Honestly there is so little that needs to be said about Two Jacks Pizza. It's a phenomenal pizza place. They have some of my favorite pizza I've eaten. They're super fast unlike some places where you have to wait an hour before picking up your pizza. That speed does not compromise the quality, however, as this pizza is a delight. Their chicken alfredo pizza is by far my favorite, but their pepperoni and Hawaiian are absolutely delicious as well. We even get their wings which are tasty, and their cheesy bread is delicious especially when dipped in their marinara sauce. If you want delicious pizza, this is the place to get it. read more

We first were introduced to this type of bread thanks to the Payson competitor, and rumor has it, where this chain split off of. It's a great addition to any order. In fact, a must to any order. However, unlike Fat Jack's, they charge for the dipping sauce. What?! The dipping sauce is a must. They offer a marinara or our favorite, creamy Italian. The pricing needs to be adjusted. Amazing pizza! Great pepperoni! I don't know what else to say other than amazing! It's very crispy but not hard, it's not too salty, not too greasy, good balance of toppings. They deliver, you can eat in, it's the best type of pizza place! It's like a Pizza Hut from the 90s but local. The restaurant feels very romantic in a rom-com kind of way. Where to start. The young man taking the order over the phone spoke so quickly and unclear that I didn't understand half the phone call and had to ask for clarification multiple times. But I got the order in and we went in to pay and pick up and I REALLY hope it was the cashiers first day. He didn't know how to handle a $50 bill and had to ask someone what to do after standing there just looking at it. Then he forgot all about us as our order sat on top of the oven while we waited. He even went and looked at the order tag but didn't call us. We waited over 10 minutes til we decided to ask if that was indeed ours. It was and he tried to charge us again. We reminded him we were the ones with the $50 and he finally remembered. Then we asked for the sauce we ordered with it and waited another five minutes for him to walk in the back and find out how to put Alfredo sauce in a styrofoam cup. That kid seriously needs more training or to be let go because he just doesn't care about the customer. He would rather stand around drinking from his soda staring off into space. Ok, Food wise they are amazing 5 out of 5 stars for their pizza and breadsticks, their pricing is pretty good too! However, their service is where they need to improve. #1, the majority of the time you call in you get a busy signal, when you finally do get through the person you talk to without fail seems to be the the first time they have ever taken an order. 3 separate times I have called in and they say they can't hear me, or can barely hear me, twice they have hung up on me the other time it magically fixed itself somehow. I'm pretty sure it's their phone system as I have heard the issue from other people. Also, I know teenagers are working there, but most of the time I get such attitude and rudeness from the workers it just frustrates me. They seem like they are annoyed I'm ordering food there. I would love to give this place 5 stars, they make a great pizza, it's our favorite by far, it's just so frustrating to get your order in the majority of the time (and then the attitude) I have to rate the whole experience. Fix that service and your phones and a little less attitude and I will gladly revise my review! read more

So this is the type of pizza someone from NYC would like. Large slices that you fold in half to eat. The staff here is usually pretty friendly and the delivery is on the spot. Friday and Saturday nights are genuinely busy. So put on chill pants and be a little patient. The prices are not too bad for pizza and the other items on the menu. I love the wings here. Cheese bread is also a fav as well as the garlic cheese toast. I will warn you that the pizza is somewhat greasy so if that's not your thing then get some dang paper towels and soak it up, this pizzas to good to pass up.
