The reason this is a 3 star and not higher is cause the chicken itself was extremely juicy, however, just cause it's juicy doesn't mean the flavor was there. There are a LOT of chicken restaurants that have opened up across the valley over the last few years, and this is one of the best of them. They're good is fresh and very flavorful. And surprisingly, their kid's meals are big enough for an adult. The food comes out really quick and they don't skimp on the fries (owned by one of the original owners of 5 guys). The staff is really nice and they are willing to accommodate any reasonable requests. The restaurant itself is more modern and clean. There is a lot of seating, but this place is usually filled to the brim, so finding a place to sit can be a challenge during the lunch and dinner rush. It's also open on Sunday's, which is uncommon here in Utah. My favorite item on the menu, and I've literally tried them all, is a Cripsy avo sandwich with a shocker fillet added on! They should call this "roasted salt with chicken and avocado, and more salt" sandwich. As if the bacon ranch grilled wasn't salty enough, I ordered rosemary pepper fries. The failed to tell me that there was another half gallon of salt on my rosemary and pepper. As in rosemary and pepper fries. So they shall be called. Peanut oil soaked fries 5 generous portions of salt with a splash of rosemary and pepper. I'm sure the food is good. But I put it trashed it. The doors to the restaurant open right up into the ordering area making you crane your neck up at the digital screens. Not my favorite, but the employee manning the station was very attentive. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwhich, cheesey fries and a regular drink for about $15 which is more than I expected. The food I felt was good but overwhelmingly average. My chicken was done well, had a good deal of sauce. The bun was soft and easily smooshed in the process of eating. The fries were cut very thinly, cheese almost gravy like and definitely salty enough. I ate within the restaurant and felt a bit rushed. I was half way through my meal when an employee asked if everything was alright and it was. He came by a second time just as I finished my meal and asked to take my tray. Good customer service but I felt like I was being pushed out. The parking is a bit of an issue. There was an open spot right next to door so I took it but when I went to leave the Starbucks drive thru line wrapped all around the parking lot and I was trapped for probably 10 minutes. A quick note, right before the entrance to the drive thru there is a lane so you can make a u-turn and not a 3-point turn the way you came. I'd probably give a 4 star review if not for the parking issues. I feel bad that employees have to deal with that daily. read more

I love Super Chix. I've eaten at several of their locations and it's been great every time. The unfortunate thing is that I live in Las Vegas and apparently they canceled their plans to build locations here so i only get to have it when I'm visiting UT hope they reconsider this ASAP. Their chicen is always delicious and their sauces and flavor combinations are always on point. I even like their fries and I'm not a big fan of french fries. My favorite is the Cordon Bleu sandwich but I really liked their Chicken Parm as well. I think that was just a short term thing but I'm hoping they bring it back. The staff have been friendly and helpful at every location I've visited and the restaurants have been clean and comfortable. Always a good treat! Took the parents here while they were in town and they loved it as well. This location is great as well since it has a little more space than the Lehi location. Honest reviews: ok I'll start with the sandwiches because that's why you come. 5 stars all the way on my sandwich. Chicken was crispy and juicy and tender. It was delicious. Now the fries. They are apparently hit or miss because my fries were the absolute worst fries I've ever had. Burned and crispy to the point they were like triple fried and then left out on the counter over night to dry out. Very terrible. 1 star if that. But then my friends were more or less normal fries so I guess it's hit or miss on that. Then there is the price. $20 for a meal. Everything is a la carté so it gets pricey fast. That I would rate 3 stars. Finally it's Pepsi not coke so for me that's a bonus and the custard shakes looked incredible Altho I didn't have one so I'll give that 5 stars as well which puts us at 3.5 stars overall and I'm feeling generous so I'm rounding up here to 4 stars overall. read more

Love love LOVE Super Chix! There are times when we find ourselves eating at Super Chix multiple times a month. My husband and I love it, and even better, my kids love it! This is in the Top 5 of the places that my family will go to eat (and I have super picky kids). I love the Bacavo Ranch sandwich (with grilled chicken). My husband loves the Chicken Cordon Blue Sandwich and the Korean BBQ Sandwich (with fried chicken). Their salads are also really good. Their chicken tenders are always cooked to perfection and so moist. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on their menu - it is all so good. Although their custard is hit and miss with me. I love mint ice cream but didn't care for theirs. Their chocolate was too dark for me (but my daughter loves it). I do really love their vanilla custard though! Since these guys opened up in Spanish Fork we have been here probably six or more times. The food is always good. No complaints. We love the loaded fries. Usually we add extra cheese just because. Based on Fast Food, this is a 5-Star place. We have been there a few times now, and they have been consistently excellent. I'd dare say its the best, most affordable, fast food chicken joint. The chicken is tender, juicy, and LARGE. Especially compared to most chicken places where the breading is more plentiful than the chicken. The Cordon Bleu sandwich is the best I've had from fast food. The service was good, not great, but they are brand new and still training. The whole menu is amazing, and it's nice to have a vegetarian option that doesn't seem like an afterthought. I always get the cheesy barbecue and it's great! Just a side note, but we observed the employees cleaning the kitchen on one occasion while we were there, and I was impressed at the attention to detail and thoroughness of their cleaning! And chicken strips are an all-time favorite food. So this rating is mainly for the strips. The breading is delicious and crispy, but also delicate to where it doesn't tear up your mouth. The chicken is plump and juicy, and cooked well...not overdone or dry. The several dipping sauce options are a plus for me. I loved the house sauce, the Nashville hot sauce and the Korean bbq.
