I placed a pickup order and, after getting home, realized the store had forgotten one of the items I paid for. I called expecting a simple refund for the missing item, but instead I was told my only options were to drive back to the store for a refund, have the item replaced, or accept coupons. The missing item was only about $2, so this wasn't about the money. It was about how the situation was handled. The mistake was made by the store, yet the burden was placed on me to spend additional time and gas to fix it. I simply wanted a refund for an item I never received, but I was told they don't process refunds over the phone. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a business responds when they make one. Requiring customers to make another trip just to get their money back for an item they never received is not good customer service. I hope the store reconsiders this policy, because it turns what should be a quick and easy resolution into an unnecessary inconvenience. read more

This is not a food review! I only got a pint of ice cream because I had family members that really recommended it. And it did not miss. I got the Reese's one (with vanilla custard) and it was the best Reese's ice cream I've had. I loved how big the Reese's chunks were and they were all throughout. The ice cream itself was also good. Came by for lunch and our experience was okay. Our staff interactions were good but the pick up experience was so so. My coworker's order was quick and easy while mine took an extra long time. So every time I went to other state, I'll be stopping by to one of Culver's location for their butter burger, cheese curd, and frozen custard. It's been a long time since we dined at one of their location and if you looked at their menu, you have plenty to choose from. We got a little bit confused with the menu when ordering and the gentleman who took the order was confused too. He didn't try to explain, rather let us to figure it out ourselves. Thankfully my memory came back and I had to explain the order to the rest of my group. Two of my group ended up getting the food wrong because of the confusion of frozen custard and the mixer, which is not their mistake. However, it wouldn't happened if the gentleman care to explain about the difference between the types of custard since we mentioned that it's been a while since we ate at Culver's. The food was good. I like the spicy chicken because it got more kick than Chick-fil-A spicy chicken fillet. If you wanna go, the cheese custard is definitely my recommendation. read more

This location is change ownership and I have noticed two things one things look cleaner that's great, but it also seems to be struggling with staff that might count for slow service. When I'm coming back on Highway 6, I always stop at Culvers. Having found Culvers when I was in Wisconsin, I always compare the restaurant to what it was like back in the Midwest. The burgers are just as good as I remember. The fries here tend to be a bit limp, so I get the onion rings. And of course, the custard. Oh, the custard. I'm sure my waistline hates me, but I always get get a Concrete Mixer with the chocolate custard and then whatever my brain says it wants at that moment. My one disappointment was the cheese curds, but that's probably because I remember the ones from Wisconsin, and I don't think there's any place that does cheese curds like the Cheesehead state. Ate here for the first time, it's got the fast food burger queen counter which is a turn off for me. Ordered the fish and chips and it reminded me of deep water horizon as the oil was gushing. Needed to take all of the batter off the cod because my oil tank was already full after eating at the T-Bone. My meal was a 1.5 at best. Also had the chili and the cranberry chicken bacon blue. The chili was actually good for a place like this and the salad was nice and is the reason why they have 3 rating from me. Sorry, no pics of fast food. I got their blackberry cheesecake concrete mixer and it was probably the best ice cream/custard I've ever had. Everything about this company is horrible except the food and even that is hit and miss. After countless horrible experiences this one tops the charts and we are done with Culver's as a food chain. Today at the drive up they informed me the food is about 25 minutes behind. I appreciated the heads up but wasn't in a rush so I ordered the food. I get up to pay and they hand me the ice cream. I ask them to hold it for me since my food won't be ready for 30 minutes and they inform me they can't do that. As I sit in my car I start eating my ice cream and notice it wasn't the flavor of the day it was just chocolate so as I get out of the parking lot to go ask for it to be corrected. After getting some advice from a 16 year old who shouldn't be giving advice I go inside and am informed to go get in line (behind 10 other people). I informed them I wasn't going to do that and I requested they just correct the quick issue. The lady working the ice cream says she will take care of me. She throws the flavor of the day ingredients into a cup and hands it to me, saying I can mix in the ingredients. I was looking forward to stopping here to pick up some dinner on the way home from a four hour road trip. Culver's is usually always a treat, as I do not normally eat fast food often. On this visit during the fall of 2020, I went in to use the restroom, and noticed the line was filled about ten people back, with unmasked individuals. After all of the news and the past several months of wearing masks everywhere we go, I was shocked that so many people were inside this Culver's without masks. Even some of the employees were not wearing their masks over their nose. One customer even said to me..."show your face! take off your mask!" I decided not to stay, as I did not feel safe. I mentioned my experience and how it made me feel to my students in my classroom, as we talk about masks quite frequently, since we have to wear them all day long in our classroom. We discuss different experiences and my students have realized they are better at wearing masks than most adults in this state. While speaking with my students, I did not dissuade or say anything harmful to the business. However, I did try to call the store to let them know how I felt and ask why there were so many people allowed in their store without masks, and the owner told me that they were not the mask police. The person on the phone who I spoke with was extremely apologetic. I was surprised as we have a mask mandate in the state and Culver's also has a drive through, which would be perfect for those who decide not to wear a mask. Unfortunately, the owner Monty, emailed me and was completely terrible. Not only was he threatening me and bullying me in each email, after I asked him to stop multiple times, he also decided to Google my name and find the school district where I worked. Instead of listening to what I said to my students, he created his own version of what happened, and created a complaint against me with my work. This was extremely scary and I felt completely violated. Most managers of any business would listen and use it as a learning experience for their staff. However, this was handled extremely unprofessionally, and I felt bullied and harassed by this manager. Since I did not say anything negative about the business to my students, the complaint was dropped at my place of employment. However, I did reach out to someone in corporate to explain the situation. They had suggested they would send coupons in case I ever wanted to try another Culver's. (Coupons never were received anyway, but would have been a kind gesture) As a result of this experience, I will never return to this location, or most likely, any other Culver's. read more

Stopped her on our road trip. I got the tomatoe florentine soup. It's good one of my favorites. I also got the crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. My brother got the spicy sandwich but wasn't really spicy but you can taste the spice. My sister got the chicken tenders she like them. My aunt liked their chili soup. Also they ran out of lettuce & was using the salad lettuce for the sandwiches. Also when they gave us our ordered they gave us a regular soup instead of a large on & forgot to give us 4 fries. Consistently so slow in the drive through lines that I've stopped going there and now I drive to the Orem location if I want Culver's bad enough. More than a few times I've waited 30-45 minutes for the food to come out after I've paid. They run out of room to line up all the waiting cars. We've had to go inside to rectify orders, and the managers aren't engaged at all. Explains a lot. Never any apologies or corrections to their many mistakes. Just very "oh well, deal with it" attitudes from all of their staff. The food is relatively good but you probably won't get what you ordered. We found Culver's when we lived in Nebraska. Loved the food! I was so excited when they came to our area. Sadly, I have sworn off going to ANY Culver's if it's true that it is corporate policy to automatically assume that every customer wants the double butter burger and the larger concrete, etc., without asking the customer what size is desired. I feel that is a completely dishonest and predatory treatment of the customer. The first time I ever experienced this I went in to complain to the manager that there had been a mistake, and was told that there was no mistake, that it is corporate policy to assume that when a customer asks for a butter burger that they mean for it to be a double. When I complained about that, the manager gave me a coupon for free burger. When I got home I realized I had been given an expired coupon. I did not return for over a year. I decided to give them another chance recently when I realized they were under new ownership. Nope! Still saying that that is corporate policy. First time going to a Culver's. I wish they had one in my hometown of Las Cruces, NM! We went inside to order, the wait was not long and the cashier helped us with recommendations. The kids meals all come with ice cream, the kids loved that. Restaurant was clean and the wait for food was not long, maybe 5-8 minutes but all fresh. Would recommend for everyone to get a double for the burgers just because they are a little thin, similar to a Freddy's burger. Much better quality compared to In-N-Out food. The owner doesn't let people add nuts to their shakes, which is crazy all other Culver's allow nuts in their shakes. The shakes my son's received weren't even mixed fully. headsets are broke. They are not rerouting traffic so you're watching the person in front of you wait for their order when you are 5 feet away from the drive up window makes no sense. I had heard pretty bad things about this Culver's location, but we had a great experience. Susan was extremely friendly and patient. We had a miscommunication about one item and they remade it for us in about two minutes without complaining.
