Do not go into this store!!!! WARNING!!!!!! The owner is disgusting and so are his employees. My husband and I went last weekend for lunch. The kid (cashier) dark hair in a ponytail was extremely rude. When we ask to speak to a manager we were met with a old man who presented himself as the owner. We explained to him what took place but insisted we were in the wrong???????? He said because I told the kid he was rude and didn't need a customer service job and made him cry that this was my issue? The old man actually got into my face pointing his finger in my face yelling at me until I stood up and shoved him back away from me, at that point I saw that it was going to get ugly when my husband jumped in front of him and ready to kick his ass, so we decided to get out money back and leave (also I'm 5 months pregnant) alll because he couldn't handle his employee. The kid was so rude with an attitude when we first walked in. He didn't even greet us, he stood there and just stared. While taking our order his attitude was like we were interrupting him. He was on his phone when we walked in. Honestly! I was soo shocked at how we were treated. We went for lunch, not a fight. After all was said and done the "owner" tried to give us the food for free and I told him to take his food and shove it up his ass! There would be no way I would ever eaten his establishment ever again. Seriously the disrespect was astounding. We've never ever been treated like that anywhere. But it's interesting after reading these reviews of the Spanish Fork Culver's in Utah? There are a lot of clients about the store and the owner. This guy is violent. For him to stand in front of me, with me five months pregnant and my infant daughter in a highchair in front of my husband and do what he did? Stands to show, there is a serious issue. We will never go back there again and I am going to file a complaint against him. Don't ever go to this specific store. Don't support people who treat their customers this way. It's so ugly! Culver's is good, but I don't think it's great. Their Butterburger's are pretty alright, but the service was a little slow, and I've ordered over two or three shakes that were wrong or tasted weird. It's usually a pretty okay place, but it's never been anything special. This place is definitely not my first choice by a long shot. Dairy Queen makes a better shake. read more

I stopped through the drive through. They messed up the order - forgot bacon on a bacon burger. I went inside to fix the shortage. A new burger was returned to me with no bacon. Seriously how do you miss that. I asked for the manager on duty she was over seeing my order the whole time. I asked how did you miss bacon twice when that's the whole reason I'm standing here. I have worked for 5 years in the restaurant industry. When u got to the window, the cashier practically threw my drink at me and the straw fell outside of my window. I was confused when I got my shake, because it was melted and sloshy, like milk. I politely asked, "What is this?" To which she replied, "Uh, a shake-" I asked if it was supposed to be so liquid, and rudely, she said, "a UH, yeah...it's a shake!". I requested for it to be remade, because it was thin like milk. The food rules! Culver's is one of those fast food franchises you look forward to going to, knowing it's gonna take a few minutes to get your food put together. It's good, quality food most of the time and it's worth the wait! I love the butterburgers and always get a concrete shake, when I go. The other reviews about the customer service are relatable, and the employees definitely need to step it up a bit. It could be the management not training their people as well; it's tough working with younger people with varying levels of workplace skill. It happens. If the employees could step it up, and the management could take a leaf out of Chik-Fil-A's book about etiquette, cleanliness and efficiency, I think this location would rock. read more

I give five stars for a fast food restaurant, based only on my experience going through the drive-through. Because your burger is prepared fresh for you upon your order of it, the drive-through is not fast. Therefore you place your order, and then park in a designated drive-through parking spot so they can walk your food out to your car. The hamburger patties are high-quality and more flavorful than any of the other standard burger establishments in town; better than McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and Carl's. (My next best hamburger patty is found at Wendy's). Therefore that makes the price at this restaurant a little bit more. I just bought their seasonal pub pepper grinder burger - so delicious. The fries are the thick-cut whole potato variety with the crinkle cut edge nicely salted. Rounded out with a medium drink and you spent nine dollars. read more

I'm not sure about some of the other reviews I've seen on here. The guy posting about dry, salty, flavorless burgers must be a competitor. I was first introduced to Culver's when I lived in Lehi. Their hamburger meat is definitely at the top of my list for flavor. After moving far south of Lehi, I was excited to see the new Culver's coming to SF. The restaurant's name preceded it. The first time visiting, the lines were crazy long, but people were willing to wait 20+ minutes to order good food. I love their pastrami burger. I like that you can double or triple the size of your favorite burger. Fries are similar to other restaurants, but they compliment the meal well. I love Culver's burgers. Burgers that push the edge away from fast food towards casual dining, with thick fries and their signature frozen custard shakes. The custard is smoother than a typical shake, whether you like it thick ("concrete ") out thinner, and their butter burger with cheddar and all the trimmings is one of my all time favorite burgers. This location has had our service twice, and each time was clean and excellent at the desk. Between the slow taking of orders and the even slower preparation of them you could starve to death in the waiting area or run out of gas in the drive-thru. Run, do not waster your money eating here. My husband called in on order for me to pick up on the way home from Orem. After a fifteen-minute drive to Culver's I find my order has not been started. After a twenty-minute wait half my order appears on the warming station. Through the whole experience the women in the front were pleading with the cooks in the back to complete my order. The one said, "I'll get it later". The cars in the drive thru were being helped quickly while I stood in line another twenty minutes. After forty-five minutes I walked out with a called in order over $60.00. After arriving home, I find the order is not right. I guess that is what happens when young adults are left to play around. I now know it is worth the drive to the Orem Culver's if I ever get the craving again. Don't think that is going to happen. I enjoy this place more then most fast food burger joints. The hamburgers have a good flavor. The fries are those crinkle fries that remind me of school cafeteria fries, but these are definitely cook/fried much better so they taste great. Your food is excellent but I just visited the Spanish Fork location and I was very unhappy with the service. All employees seemed annoyed because they said they were busy when I called to place an order to pickup. When I pulled up to the restaurant there wasn't a single person in front of me to place my order at the drive-through and yet I still waited 15 maybe 20 minutes before my food came out to my car. I've seen far more busy Culver's locations and they seem to handle a rush and still maintain a positive upbeat attitude. I will very much hesitate to ever come to this location again read more

I grew up eating Culver's in Wisconsin and was excited to eat it again when I was driving by on a road trip. But the service here was horrendous. It's pretty impressive how long everyone was waiting for their food when several employees were standing around doing nothing and the food under the warmers was seemingly backing up itself. The guy who took my order didn't even know how to talk to customers, and gave a guy a really hard time when his order was wrong instead of helping make it right. They seemed to be understaffed or just running super slow. When we did get our ice cream, our single scoop was extremely disappointing. It was very very small (I've been to a lot of Culver's) and they forgot our toppings! 20 minuets in and praying these onion rings come out soon. Culver's should have a gas pump at the drive through. I got here with 3/4 tank down to 1/4 I have been waiting so long. On the plus side I get to watch the high school employees' relationship blossom while my onion rings cool to a room temperature. My wife and I both love your burgers, fries, and custard. 2) Great restaurants succeed because of great products and awesome customer service. 3) Your Spanish Fork location does NOT provide good customer service. My wife and I went to the SF Culver's on Friday, October 7th. We order two double deluxe butter burgers (we had a coupon and an order of fries). I wanted my burger with no tomatoes or mayo and with added ketchup and mustard. The employee taking my order informed me that they could not add items, but only remove condiments, and that I could get some . I was confused---my wife and I have been to multiple Culver's locations and never have had a problem with food customization. I asked "can I not customize my burger?" The employee then proceeded to give an unnecessarily long explanation about how the cooks were familiar with the burger's preparations, what comes on the burger, and again how things could not be added. When I finally was given a chance to speak, I said, "okay...I think I'm good on this subject" and we proceeded to finish our order. The employee then said, "okay, so you wanted no onions, right?" I said, "no, onions are good." The employee then gave me my total (around $7) and we drove around to the window to pay. I felt a little condescended to, but decided to let it go and move on. After paying, the window employee offered us fry sauce or ketchup for our fries, upon which we said yes to both. The employee then gave us to small containers of each (which was weird to me---I would've put them in the bag with the fries when the food was delivered), and told us to pull forward to the drive-thru parking spaces to wait for our food. After a few minutes, I got the feeling that I should check my receipt to make sure that the order went through correctly. I was disappointed to see that "no mayo" was absent on the paper (though, to your credit, "no tomatoes" was clearly marked). I jumped out of my car and went inside, right up to the counter. While one employee was helping another customer with some kid's meal items, and while I acknowledge that the other counter employees were busy at the moment, it annoyed me that I was seemingly ignored for two minutes while the restaurant itself was NOT very busy (it was about 5:15 PM and very few customers were present inside. I held out my receipt with my arm extended, but no "can I help you" came. I finally said "excuse me...can you help me" to the nearest employee, who passed me off to another employee, who then passed me off to the drive thru employee I gave my order to. I explained that I wanted no mayo on my burger and that it looked like that was left off the receipt. Not had my food been delivered to my wife while I was inside, but the employee then proceeded to give me a long explanation about how the "no mayo" thing was missed, and seemed to insinuate (indirectly, not directly) that it was my fault. She made no offer of fixing the problem (remaking my burger) at this point. There was an awkward pause. We finally spoke again, and I said "I would like my burger made the way I asked for, please." The employee then took my receipt and instructed the cooks to do a remake. Shortly thereafter, my burger came out, correctly made with no tomatoes or mayo. No mustard packets were included (though we did have ketchup packets from our fry order). Bottom line---I never got what I wanted and ordered from the restaurant that night. My wife and I were quite annoyed. I have worked in three restaurants before and my wife has worked in two, including as a manager. We both feel that we know what good customer service entails. While we love your food, this experience was WAY off the mark. I acknowledge that this might be a unique occurrence, that other customers may have better experiences at this location, and that the drive thru employee may have a different story about this event. If I could zero stars I would, got in the drive thru which seemed to be advancing at a steady rate. I came around the corner and saw at least five cars with numbers on the door handles. I get up to the window and what do you know they are out of hot fudge for my malt but we're running to the back gave me number and made me pull forward while they made it was 15 minutes later they came out with our food, and guess what? NO MALT! When I asked about the where abouts the worker said "oh you had a malt?" like what the hell have I been waiting for, for 15 minutes. She proceeds to ask me if I want a free basket, no I want my malt. We finally walk in and the malt is sitting on the counter. They give it to us and it is full liquid. the whole experience was 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Never going again. read more
