I really enjoy eating here. The salads are very good and so are the soups. The sandwiches are good too but I prefer the salads. And the fact that they give you a chocolate covered strawberry and sourdough roll is perfect. They have some very tasty desserts but we rarely ever have them. We usually order on their app and then go in and pick it up and bring it home. The people are friendly and although the music is not my choice, it's not offensive. We recommend this place. read more

My go to on a cold, rainy day, especially in the fall. Love the tomato basil and honey ham sandwich. A slice of cheesecake is pretty good as well. Sometimes when it's busy, it gets pretty noisy and that's what I get it to go. read more

We had an average meal here the other day. I decided to try their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. Not something I would try again that's for sure. The soup was good and the rest of everyone's food was good. They did mess up how they rang in the order as well but we didn't bother to complain. Every time we go to Utah, we end up dining at Cafe Zupas at least a few times. We appreciate the variety of salad options on their menu and the strawberry dipped in chocolate are an added touch. Zupa's has always been in mine and my husband's top 10 favorite restaurants. This location has been 50/50 for us, however. Today, he ordered a full bbq chicken salad for himself, and the portions were rather sad. He was given 90% lettuce with maybe 4 pieces of chicken and a pinch of the other ingredients. My one bit of critique would be to change the to-go packaging for salads. The bowls you eat them in when you dine in are perfect! They had a ton of options, but I went with the two item combo and the portions were huge! I ordered at the counter then you find your own seat. I was very very VERY displeased with the service at this location. There were 9 people working and we were just standing there with no one even acknowledging us they were all just talking amongst themselves. It was not a busy day we were the only people in line. We felt very ignored. No one would help us check out for like 7 minutes we stood there being the only people in-line and we had to ask someone to help us. Also while we were sitting eating our food our baby asleep the employees started moving all the tables and chairs interrupting everyone eating making very loud noises not a good experience I would not recommend this location. read more
