I placed a catering order online for my job and spoke with someone to confirm my order a week before picking up and that went well. I got a receipt emailed to me and I felt good about my purchase. When I went to go pick up our large catering order of treats, I was a little bit early and was greeted at the register. Once I had said that I was there to pick up my catering order. No one acted like they knew what I was talking about and it seemed like no one was willing to go check in the back, so I awkwardly waited there until someone finally did. It was really odd interaction with little to no explanation of what was going on. I was the only customer in line and the store wasn't very busy. I ordered a cake for my wedding and they had made a completely different cake that was a carrot cake that was brown and white with nuts all over when I ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake that had only white frosting. Credit where credit is due they remade it, but didn't refund, and you can tell it was rushed it's crooked and their cake boxes are too small so all the frosting on the sides got smashed and ruined. They also still made it vanilla instead of the white chocolate raspberry I ordered. Go for food, not for cakes. read more

This Kneaders is absolutely disgusting. Horrible dirty. It looked like the windows had smeared chocolate all over them. The window at the front door looks like someone spat all over them. The ice machine wasn't dispensing any ice, when I told an employee about it he said you have to beat on it My French dip sandwich tasted old and nasty. Got a mini raspberry tart that had a big piece of paper towel baked into it. I will never go back to this location. My food was delicious, as always. But they ran out of turkey as we were standing in line. Which was surprising and disappointing. It was only 3:00. And both of my favorite items involve turkey. So I just had the broccoli cheddar soup. I usually get a salad as well. I was a little disappointed. But the soup was really good. And I got a fruit tart for dessert so I was plenty full. Their customer service has taken a huge nose dive. I made an online ordered and still had to wait for anyone to acknowledge me at the register for 10 minutes. They greeted me by saying if I wanted the French toast special, they were all out. Which wasn't even the truth because they were still preparing the French toast special as I stood there. Then I waited another 15 minutes for my online order (which was way passed the promised time listed on the app) . The person working there forgot and asked what I needed (told her again what I was waiting for). I'm not sure what is up with the management at this place but it better shape up or they're going to lose customers. I have noticed over the years a decline in customers at this location. We generally do not have an issue with Kneaders. We bought a piece of cheesecake for $6. It is tiny. This review is only about how the price did not match the goods we paid for. See the picture. Absolute disgrace. This is the second time going to this kneaders specifically because I was desperate for some soup. The first time I went was when I first moved this far south, after expecting the same service and food quality as I get from the other kneaders, I was sorely disappointed. It took over a year before I was willing to try it again and to my surprise, nothing changed. Pictures included are of my sad excuse for a raspberry cheesecake which looks like it has been sat on and squished. It's probably half the size it should be. Just waited 20 min for one loaf of sourdough bread. One family in the restaurant and no one in line. While I was waiting (with two other people) server made two mistakes on peoples orders by not reading the ticket correctly. Two people making food in the back, talking, laughing. The person running the drive through was very competent and even came over to ring me up when the previous person walked away. Restaurant was unkept, boxes everywhere, dirty windows, dirty cold cabinets with lots of missing items. I b used to love Kneaders but this location needs some serious management. read more

The soup was so thick it stuck completely to the spoon and tasted off. Like it was old and reheated way too many times. The chicken sandwich also tasted bad. I ended up throwing out the food. They can't guarantee they can do their jobs correctly. This is my second review. Saturday my husband and I wanted some sandwiches for dinner so we thought what the heck we will try again with the Spanish Fork Kneaders. Found them on DoorDash which we thought would make it better. It did not. After placing our order through DoorDash for two sandwiches, one soup, chips, and slice of cake, soda and orange juice, the app said it would be about an hour for the food to arrive. I did think "jeez that's a long time" but we did order a lot. After about 20 min our driver messages through the app saying the order was delayed and the restaurant is busy. This was around 5 pm, little dinner rush, no worries. After an hour and a half our food arrives. My husband brings it inside and looks in the bag. To his surprise he sees 3 containers of soup, 2 slices of pie, 2 pastries, a cake and one soda. I tell him "check with the driver, could he have another Kneaders order and he switched them?" He checks. No other Kneaders order for this driver. And to top it all off our receipt with our actually order was taped very intentionally to the outside of this bag. I am embarrassed to say I cried. I was very much looking forward to the dinner we chose and waited for only to be bamboozled by the stupidity of others. That's not even the worst part... I decided to call Kneaders and see what they could do to fix this. It wasn't a driver issue it was a them issue 100%. I call and explain what happened and how they put the wrong crap in the wrong bag and what are they going to do to fix it. After trying to find blame with the driver the girl on the phone finally said there are two things they can do. Refund the order or there is a button on DoorDash where you can report the issue and send the order to the store to be made again. I quickly tell my husband the steps she told me to follow to get to this remake option and lo and behold there never was. We settled for a refund on the order. Before hanging up I asked "if I place an order again how can I be sure you can get my order correct?" The girl didn't understand what I've asked so I ask again, "how can I be sure that if I ever order here again it will be done correctly?" After a long pause she says "there is no way to guarantee that your order is correct" "WHAT?! No way to guarantee the staff there knows how to do their job?!?" I cut her off because I was shocked! Are you kidding me?! She says it was busy and people were just throwing things in bags. Yep we got that honey. DONT GO HERE!! They can't even guarantee they can pack your order into a bag while reading off one by one each item that is supposed to go in it. What else can they not do right? read more

Such a great place to enjoy a treat and a birthday visit. I took my granddaughter here for a treat that she requested. Her favorite is the cinnamon roll. So of course we got a treat to. But I videotape my grandchildren and interview them from their year and their goals for the next year. Awww man I was really disappointed with this meal. I LOVE Kneaders and the freshness of their food. Took the whole family for dinner tonight (drive through). I'll start with the positive: the guy taking our order was patient and had a great attitude. My kids couldn't make up their mind what they wanted. The order was 100% correct and put together rather quickly. The girl at the window was very friendly, and smiled (I could tell even under her mask) The negative - needs improvement: my bread on my tuna fish sandwich was old and torn. There was hardly any tuna in the sandwich so there was no flavor....all bread and lettuce. I look forward to that first bite every time and it didn't do it for me tonight. Just moving to Utah, everyone raves about Kneaders... so of course I have to try it. First time in, visually.... Amazing! I ordered myself a 1/2 turkey sandwich on sourdough and my daughter a Turkey kids meal. My order was not suppose to have onions on it, but it came with onions. I took it back to the counter and the manager had them make it again. This time it tasted like onions but no onions... surprise.... All they did was take the onions off. I know this because there were red onion marks on the bread inside. Had them make it again. They finally did it right. Kids order was suppose to be turkey. They made her a ham sandwich. After a few bites she said the turkey tasted weird. Turns out, it wasn't turkey. We don't eat pork. They first tried telling me that they don't make a turkey kids meal (which is completely ridiculous that kids can only pick between cheese and ham) but then when I said the gal taking the order didn't tell me that, they made her a new one. Of course about 20 mins after we left my daughter got sick. Let's move onto another visit the next month. Drive thru. I ordered a 1/2 turkey sandwich, oatmeal cookie and a kids meal but with a turkey not ham. Both on sourdough. They made every right except the bread was broken and the mayo was so thick it was pushing out of every hole and side and it was a mess to eat it in the car. Even my daughter was complaining about it. Drive thru order number 2 about a month later. Ordered the same exact thing. This time, the gal said they couldn't make a kids turkey sandwich. I said, my daughter doesn't eat ham and you've made it before. She said, they didn't have a way to make a kids turkey sandwich. So I had to order a $6.99 adult 1/2 turkey sandwich and a cookie for my daughter. Of course she was complaining that she didn't get chips or a juice but I wasn't about to buy all that separate. Same thing.... The bread was broken and mayo was so heavy it was all over the place. The oatmeal cookie was hard as a rock! Drive thru order number 3 about 2 weeks later. Ordered my usual but this time they let me order a kids turkey meal. I asked for light mayo on both sandwiches and asked if the oatmeal cookies were fresh because last time it was hard and I had to go home and put it in the microwave. Turns out, they changed their recipe!!! Brown sugar doesn't work in cookies. I want a soft cookie that tastes freshly baked. Not one that is hard. They made the sandwiches right so at least this time I left happy. (Other than I won't be ordering cookies anymore) :-( For what they charge, you would think they would put a little more effort into their food. The staff is always happy and friendly at this location. I will add, a lot of other reviews say they don't put enough turkey on they sandwiches, every time I went, I never felt that way. I was always happy with the amount of turkey. However, maybe they could shred it just a little more because they chunks are large and hard to eat in sandwiches. read more

I tried to order a cup of soup today in addition to an order of a few other things and they say I can't just order soup I have to pay $5 extra to get a salad and a drink with the soup - it's so stupid.
