This review is exclusively for their catering boxes of 18 or 30 sandwiches. I had an occasion to order a box a day for over 3 weeks. They were always made to order, on time, and fresh and made right. Jimmy John's has a customer for life for Catering! Also, during the week prior. I tried Jimmy John's, Subway, and Jersey Mike's catering boxes. While all those places were decent -- Jimmy John's just seem to be a better value and a more will received boxes of sandwiches. I'll be back. read more

Sadly this place has gone down hill last few times I've gone the drive thru line is not "freaky fast" in fact it was scary slow. The kid working the window might have been having a bad day but he also just looks like hes not trying. They probably don't pay him enough but it's disappointing for the customer. I couldn't see a name tag but his apron was all ripped on top. He had zero people skills or customer service ability. He mumbled something and when I told him I couldn't hear him he gave attitude. Then when my sandwich was finally ready he said nothing and just handed it out the window. Obvious attitude. Justified? I don't think so. Even if the cars in front of me were giving him a hard time, probably for being slow, I wasnt. After all that my order was still wrong. Ive also been a rewards member for a while for what they advertise as "freaky fast rewards" and have never earned enough to redeem any points. I asked for no mayo because of an allergy and they thought that meant no avocado spread as well making my sandwich extremely dry and gross when it shouldn't have been. I got a turkey tom and it tasted absolutely fantastic! The employees were super quick with not just my order but my whole family's orders. The employees were super nice and interacted with their customers. I love that sandwich's are easy to eat with out making a mess on your clothes. I'm a very Cautious eater and their are some sandwiches that are made that are sloppy that fall apart when you eat but not at Jimmy John's. Ordered doordash 4 hours ago and food has yet to be seen. Called twice and both times was met with a short response of "it's on its way", given with a small snippet of attitude. Never came. Went into the store about ten minutes before they closed after waiting forever and the staff was extremely rude and not understanding. They accused us of putting in the wrong address and their only response was "well maybe it got delivered to the wrong address". No resolution. I asked for the order to be remade and a very rude lady could only say "we close in TWO minutes" with the snottiest attitude. I told her we had been waiting 3-4 hours for our dinner and had been let down because THEY could not fulfill the delivery. There were still people in the drive thru and orders were still being made but she decided to be rude and turn me away. Not even so much as an apology. She was rolling her eyes the whole time and giving me dirty looks. I'M not the one who messed up here and she had the audacity to be rude! Working in customer service I could NEVER treat a customer like she treated me tonight. I will never be returning to this location. Not to mention we ordered last night as well and they cancelled our order because they ran out of bread. A sandwich shop that is out of bread. Whoever is running this business is doing a bang up job. Update: I had two different people from Jimmy John's reach out to me and offer to make it right. I have been constantly going to Jimmy John's for 5 years and this is the worst location I have been to surprisingly. The employees working were not friendly at all. I asked for extra mayo and sauce on my number 10 and there was not extra mayo or sauce. I had to ask for mayo packets. I do not like a dry sandwich so I try to make it not like that. They forgot to give me my kickin ranch until I went up and asked for it. Employees not wearing aprons. Half of my sandwich did not have the shredded lettuce instead it seemed to be lettuce from the unwich bin. A bonus was they were quick. That's always nice but I sure was disappointed in my sandwich. It's not been my first time eating here but I haven't had Jimmy John's in years. Between price, quality, and quantity I'd give it 5 stars. The veggies are a good quality along with the bread. The meat is of average quality in my opinion but it's better than other options out there. For the cheap price of Jimmy John's you can't complain. It's not my favorite sandwiches but they are great to have. read more

I think Jimmy Johns saves me from starvation every night I want delivery. The hunt is too stressful, the cost is too high, they all take over an hour and I never end up ordering anything. Now I know why we have beans in the pantry lol. I searched yelp for food places that deliver. I searched for over 30 minutes then resulting to pizza joints around the area. Surprisingly, only the big chains and 1 or 2 ma and pa places delivered. AND after figuring out what I wanted, they all came out to be more than $15 before tip. I'm the end, I chose Jimmy's again. Now we have ordered delivery about 10 times from this location and three of those times we had some mixups on ingredients. That being said they've still been great and we love Jimmy Johns. Just a tip for management. Keep it up guys. 5 STARS all day! read more

Today I had my first jimmy john's experience, and wow. The establishment was very clean, the cashier knowledgeable about their subs and very sweet (thanks shelbix). I paid and walked over to grab my fountain beverage- before I put the lid on it my order was up! Wonderful and friendly team, good (fresh) subs. I love Jimmy John's. They have great sandwiches and cookies. You can customize your sandwich and have it made just for your taste. I order my food online from my desk at work and within 15 - 30 minutes it is being delivered to me. The website is easy to use. I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's to anyone. read more

SO VERY SLOW. i come to this jimmy johns very frequently. last week i waited close to 20 minutes for one sandwich. there wasn't a single car in front of us so they weren't too busy, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt since lots of places are short staffed!! i visited this location again today and waited even longer for 1 sandwich. SO SLOW. i paid for my order and waited for forever without any apologies that it took so long. lots of people go to jimmy johns because it's quick and they can get it on a short lunch break. you would have to wait your whole lunch break to even get your sandwich. read more

This location was freaky SLOW. They also didn't follow through with any changes I requested to my sandwich. I asked for no tomatoes and to add onion and hot peppers. This Jimmy Johns does such an amazing job! I usually come in during the lunch rush, and my order is always finished "freaky fast"! The sandwiches are consistent and delicious. A combo meal (chips, drink, and sandwich) is about $9. I always order the #12, and it's also always "freaky fresh"! One time, I ordered the #12, and I guess the guy behind me did as well! He took my sandwich, and the employees were incredibly apologetic and had a new sandwich for me in less than five minutes. (keep in mind, this is less than five minutes from when I first ordered, during the lunch rush). Obviously, this mishap was nobody's fault and an honest mistake! Also, for any of you with allergies, Jimmy Johns makes sure to clean their tools and workspaces to avoid cross contamination. They also have the unwich without bread that tastes delicious! I've never been disappointed by this location and I'm sure you won't be either- unless you hate well-made and delicious sandwiches at a reasonable price! read more

Fast service. I love the unwhich sandwiches and the fact that they deliver. The only issue I have is it's kind of pricey for sandwiches that are mostly plain. It's not as gourmet as other sandwich places. I wish they offered gluten free buns. read more

Not very impressed with this Jimmy John's. I love Jimmy John's and recently moved to Orem and this location is super close. Ive been there about 4 times since I've moved and each time I'm less impressed. Staff was rude and I asked if they could put in my number for points before giving them my card and they told me it was too late and they don't do points where there's a rush. (Apparently a rush is when there's one more car behind me.) had the longest wait for sandwiches when I was the only car. I'm usually very Patient but I don't think 4-5 minutes for 2 littles John's and that's it, is appropriate. They were both the exact same sandwich. Went to the store and purchased two sandwiches. When I got back to work I realized they gave me the wrong one. Called in and spoke with a supervisor and even tho i was out of their delivery area. Hate to be a "Karen" but whoever was working the drive thru July 29th around 7:30 pm was very rude. Food is good as always but I won't return based off of the customer service I received today. I ordered with a please and thank you and when I pulled up to the window the guy working did/said nothing other than sticking his hand out. I gave him my card and was put off by his attitude already, I said thank you when he handed me my sandwich and he replied with a blunt "goodnight" that sounded incredibly rude, I would have rather he said nothing as he sounded like he hated the fact I was there. I pulled forward to throw garbage out, and looked back to see his whole head out of the drive thru window staring me down, he then continued to glare at me as we drove away.
