Great food excellent customer service I've never had a negative experience at this location.

I took the family to Chick-fil-A, expecting the usual quick service, decent food, smooth sailing. And yes, ordering? Spot on. Fast, efficient, like a well-oiled kitchen line. No complaints there. But then bloody heck what a disaster. We walk over to sit down and every single table looked like a crime scene. Sticky surfaces, leftover scraps, like a toddler's food fight had just wrapped up. Not one staff member in sight handling the mess. We had to clean our own table just to sit down without catching something. I came to eat a sandwich, not play janitor! And just when I thought it couldn't get worse--my brother finds a black hair in his fries.Utterly vile. How does that even happen in a place that's supposed to pride itself on standards? Yes, the food tasted as good as ever--I'll give them that. But honestly? Next time I'll eat in the car. At least I know that table's clean. Sort it out, Chick-fil-A. I hate to leave a bad review but this place continues to get worse every time I go. The people who take your order are typically friendly enough but I don't think I've ever had worse chicken. 90 percent was hard, fried dough and if you dug in deep enough, the tiny bit of "chicken" was better described as dried out jerky. Went in to grab a quick snack in the afternoon. I only got the 8 ct nuggets with the chick-fil-a sauce. It's my go-to sauce, but when I order more, I usually get other sauces as well to get a variety of flavors. The nuggets were pretty good as usual. I ate it at home, but I would definitely prefer dining in so that the nuggets would still be hot. I had a mobile order before arriving, so it didn't take too long for me to get the food, and I picked up using drive-thru. But someone ahead of me in line got more stuff, so I waited slightly longer than expected. I think it'd be faster if I park and do carry-out next time. I eat at Chick-fil-A several times a month. Usually good. Until yesterday at about 11:30 am at this location in Provo. My buddy and I ordered two spicy and one regular sandwich with the pimento cheese. We were very clear in our order. Order comes out with no pimento cheese, etc. we send it back. About 7 minutes later the order is delivered to our table. In each sandwich the bun was ice cold and somewhat stale. In addition the chicken was ice cold. We ate them anyway as we didn't want to send them back for a second time. Well, all afternoon and into the evening both me and my buddy and I have upset stomachs. Never experienced this before at Chick fil A. Something was wrong yesterday and it will be a while before I go back to the Provo location. And, it was not like it was busy inside the restaurant. I was driving through Provo on a road trip out to Sun Valley and stopped in here for a quick meal. It was really easy and convenient to place my order on their mobile app. I elected to go inside and pick up my food. The employee that brought out my order was very nice and friendly, pretty much what I've come to expect from any Chick-fil-A! This location is awful. I was told the cooks do not "want to make crispy fries" so they don't offer them. Really? The cooks don't want to? We also got cookies. They are usually delicious, at least at other locations. Not from here. They were over baked and no one wanted one. I do not recommend going here. Other locations offer better food and service. You really can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. No one does COVID precautions or runs a drive through better than they do! They had fans, wore bucket hats, and said "my pleasure" like nobody's business. I would like to make a public service announcement that you MUST get a cookies n cream shake at some point in your life. It was absolutely PHENOMENAL. The fries are always hot, the chicken is always tasteful... Need I say more? The only drawback is the mess of a parking lot that this Chick-fil-A finds itself in. I got used to having chick fil a on a weekly basis due to being a student at Byu so after being out of school for a while I craved a good chick fil a sandwich. I got my usual order of a spicy chicken deluxe meal. After bringing it home, the first thing I noticed was that it was not quite as fresh and hot as I was used to. I live very close to the location but by the time I was home the chicken felt lukewarm. Despite this, the flavor of the sandwich was amazing and the fries were crispy and salty as usual. read more

I really don't eat a lot of fast food, but I need to hand it to Chick-fil-A. We took the kids there at their request for a family night. I was instantly impressed with how clean the restaurant was and how nice everyone was. The food was really good, much higher quality than what I expected. Everyone was happy. The kids had chicken, macaroni & cheese and fruit. Every detail was covered, down to the placemats for the kids. The food is great, but the customer service is always lacking. I lived in Provo for three years and I took many trips to this CFA during this time. Every single time I went, I was drastically unimpressed with the customer service that CFA is known for. I have also worked at CFA before, so I know the standards first hand. The drive thru employees at this location are particularly lazy and rude. I was genuinely disappointed with the service every time I went. I eventually started going to Taco Bell instead and their customer service was MUCH better, believe it or not. read more

I made my way down to ol' reliable and pulled into line and asked for some extra sauce to go with my lard fries and chicken strips. I had to be sure we got that sauce so there was enough to go around, let everyone swim. When I got my food it hurt to only see the standard two sauce's in the bag. I don't often leave reviews of fast food restaurants because well, the expectations are low. However, Chick Fil A is usually an exception due to its incredibly consistent food and fast food times. Despite this, I have a bit of an issue with the service of the drive-thru employees. I have gone here multiple times within the past few months and this location specifically has rather rude individuals who work the drive-thru. I get it's cold, often snowy or rainy in Provo Utah, however I almost always try and express gratitude to them for being out there despite the conditions. I have only gotten unenthusiastic, not energetic, no eye contact, and rudely stated "can you speak up" or "i can't hear you", back while taking my order. Service is almost more important to me than the food. I love the consistency of the food, however the service needs to get on that level :-( read more

I ordered and paid on the app, and then when I came though the drive thru they told me I still owed money. It turns out it was a glitch in their app saying that I still owed a few dollars. They had me pull forward, and when I pulled up to the window they were super rude about it. The employees were saying we were "holding up the line just because we wouldn't pay the $4", and were being super weird about giving us our food. At that point I didn't even want the food because of the fuss they were making of it. In the end, we had to go inside to get it all sorted out. Like glitches happen and whatever, but there was no need to be rude and dramatic. It was a very poorly handled situation by these employees. read more
