I was honestly embarrassed when it arrived. The meat was awful--an extremely processed, generic-tasting product that bore little resemblance to the lamb gyro I remember. It was basically pita bread wrapped around something that tasted like cheap lunch meat. I don't expect a fast-food restaurant to be gourmet, but a Greek-owned restaurant should be able to make a decent gyro. This wasn't merely mediocre; it was genuinely unpleasant. Taylor, the General Manager, went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of and had a great experience. It's clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and his team.
