We arrived around 1 PM on a Saturday to no available seating and a wait of at least 30 minutes for our food. Rough timing with hungry kids in tow, especially since seating is limited and it was clearly a busy day (one staff member was also out). But the pizza delivered: the crust was excellent, and the "Uncle," with mozzarella and garlic butter, was a standout. The owner was kind and genuinely apologetic about the wait. Worth seeking out for the variety and the friendly staff. If you're in a hurry, call your order in ahead.

I mean, they're a local food truck and it seems that they strive to provide much better quality food than other fast food places...but this is pretty steep for just a burger and fries. The onion on the burger was a bit large, it was almost an inch thick and I think I would've preferred it cut up just a little more. Location: This truck is located on the side of the road, with rocks on the floor and by a lot of parked trailers/cars. I was told that they are parked here in the winter, but move around during the summer for festivals and events. They opened on October 21, 2022.

I have celiacs, so i avoid gluten at all cost, including any moderate chance of cross contamination, Corn also bothers me so another food that I avoid. beyond that I am picky with what goes into my food and how the food is prepared. Now to the review. the first thing I do at any restaurant is ask about their gluten free options and about cross contamination. This was the first day that the Provo location was open, so I expected there would be blank stares. believe it or not that happens a lot. Here they knew about some of the food but not all of it when it came to my questions. So they went back to ask, "I want to make sure so let me ask". the next thing i knew I was speaking to the owner, going over all of the items and the options I had and what to avoid. He made some suggestions and we went ahead with our order. I got. the tri tip steak and my wife got gnochi. Oh another thing about how i like my food. I like the ingredients, steak, potatoes, vegetables, etc, seasoned and not the other way around. I find a lot of places over season their food. Not here. the steak, veggies, and mashed potatoes were lightly seasoned, just enough to enhance the flavor but not overwhelm the core ingredient. the steak was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked and seasoned. I didn't even try and figure our what seasonings they used, I just enjoyed the meal. Short of this part of the meal, fantastic. With the gnochi, we had a little bit of an issue. There was a problem with how they were cooked, they were a little stiffer than they should be, but the sauce they were in was fantastic. BTW, they are not gluten free, so this is my wife's perspective. When they asked how our meal was we mentioned that to them. They looked at the gnochi and agreed. they then didn't just correct the issue, but went above and beyond. They asked if we wanted something else, made a suggestion since we couldn't decide and prepared that for us. They also did something else while we were there. They tried to make more batches of the gnocchi, not for us but so that they could see what went wrong. Then came back and told us what they had done and the results. The service was some of the best I have ever had. They had a good selection of gluten free options, depending on your sensitivity your options might change, but there are plenty of options and a few that are not on the menu. The owner suggested a burger on mashed potatoes, even though they have a gluten free bun. My gluten sensitvity is pretty high, so he was providing as many options for me as possible. All in all, I really liked the food, the service, and the attention to my food sensitivities.

Cheeseburgers are my favorite food, when I'm looking for a good cheese burger I want the ingredients to not only taste fresh but look fresh, Wayback Burgers (specifically pleasant grove location) Hit every check mark on my list. The food tastes amazing and looks DELICIOUS. The ingredients are SO fresh, you can tell they got them day of and they haven't been sitting in the back for days... The staff and manager(s) were super friendly and explained the menu well. The seating is easily accessible for any person. We ordered tons of food and it came out in minutes but I know for a FACT it was made to order! They have an Open window in the kitchen so u can watch them make ur food! Very kid friendly!!! The lighting and vibe of the whole place is just amazing. Theres a beautiful view of mountains right outside so you can enjoy and eat your food. I was honestly embarrassed when it arrived. The meat was awful--an extremely processed, generic-tasting product that bore little resemblance to the lamb gyro I remember. It was basically pita bread wrapped around something that tasted like cheap lunch meat. I don't expect a fast-food restaurant to be gourmet, but a Greek-owned restaurant should be able to make a decent gyro. This wasn't merely mediocre; it was genuinely unpleasant. I have a lot of affection for what Apollo Burger used to be, which is probably why this disappointed me so much. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering the gyro again.
