I had a great experience at Jimmy John's! I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Both ladies working the drive-thru were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, enthusiastic, and provided fast service with a great attitude. They even me welcome me with the Double J which I really appreciated. Came in tonight, 3/21/25 at 7:45pm, they close at 9:00. There's a few people in the restaurant waiting for their orders and 3 staff members behind the counter. One of the employees (an older Hispanic guy) rudely looks up and yells "We're closed!", with over an hour until their closing time. Online ordering says it's a 45 minute wait for food. I understand it's a Friday night and staff wants to GO HOME at 9:00 pm. However, they should understand that CLOSING time is NOT go home time. Do NOT plan to go here before they close, you WILL be rudely turned away. You should not turn away in person customers for online orders. Poor management at the very least. read more

We talked to 3 separate employees, and all 3 were short with us, didnt look us in the eyes, and seemed annoyed to have to answer our questions. Look, this isn't the world's greatest sandwich...but it's a good sandwich. One does not ring up Jimmy John's because they are looking for out of this world gastric experiences. You call JJ's because you are hungry, want something decent now, and want it delivered. And with this they succeed in spades. Food is good, service is fast, cost is decent. And I don't know where they recruit their drivers from but their incessantly happy demeanor makes me think Smurfs are involved. Well done, JJ's, well done. PS. The place doesn't lie when they say "Freaky Fast". If you need a sandwich, and you need it NOW!!! Then Jimmy John's will not disappoint. They're a little unique, in that they offer delivery, even on single sandwiches. What I love most about Jimmy John's is there Website ordering. I place my order before I even go, and all the options are right there and easily selectable, with all the nutritional information listed incase you're a calorie counter like me. The sandwiches are good, not great, but good. I have to be honest and say that their white bread is tough as leather, so I always get the wheat bread instead. All in all, Jimmy John's us in my regular lunch time rotation. read more

We like Jimmy John's but this Spanish Fork location disappointed me. They don't listed to you if you ask for special stuff on your sandwich. All we asked for was more mustard. That was it. Didn't find out until we got home that No mustard was on the food. They barely listen to you. You need to ask them multiple times, and then ask them again. Too bad. I went in on my lunch. I didn't have much time and the place was packed. I was worried that I wasn't going to get my food in time, but within probably 2 minutes, I was sitting down eating. Not only was every employee in there happy and seemed glad to serve me, but the food was fantastic also! Somehow, even with how busy it was, the place stayed spotless the whole time!
