I moved to Utah from the Philly area. Back there there's a great sub shop on every corner. I had one on the next block from my office and went there weekly. But here, Jersey Mikes is it! Only decent subs that I've found in Utah so far, but they satisfy the craving! Bonus is the locations in Orem and Springville have really nice kids working there. I can call in an order a few minutes before closing and pick it up right after and they're fine with that. Great crews in both places! read more

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. They have a drive thru which is convenient. The employees are nice and the service is pretty quick inside. Last time I did go, the drive thru wasn't a long line but the wait was really long. I ordered the Italian sandwich and when I got home and opened up my sandwich they gave me the completely wrong sandwich. The sandwich had roast beef on it. I've been to this location many times over the last few years. Today I ordered online and picked up in store which is unusual for me because I like going through their drive-thru. They have a good variety of different menu items from cold to hot. If you choose to go Mike's way, it can get very soggy really quick so keep that in mind. I like that they have in the past carried Tastykakes that you can't find out here on the West Coast. Something I've noticed about this location is that they can be a little slow, but they make it up with customer service. Another note this location shares a parking lot with a lot of other businesses. It's relatively small, hard to get in and out and the dumpster creates a blind spot. I've nearly been hit twice in this parking lot. Once trying to park and the other by walking in hence the drive-thru. read more

I stopped there a week ago went to the drive-thru was the third car in line and waited for 35 minutes. Finally called inside the store they told me they had a bunch of online orders . I told him they probably ought to take care of their customers that are here and not worry so much about the online orders . Ended up backing out of the drive-thru as there's no way to turn out of it . Thought I'd try it again tonight was the only car there made my order made my payment and they said it'll be about 10 to 15 minutes we're understaffed . In the mood for a quick snack, so decided to drive through the local Jersey Mike's for one of their mini sandwiches. It was later in the evening and the store wasn't too terribly crowded that we went through the drive up. Ordering was easy. Service was on the slower side. One of the drive up window workers did enjoy his beverage which seemed to add a little bit to the delay in attending to our order . Husband got a regularly size sandwich along with my mini. Nothing fancy just a couple of Turkey with provolone sandwiches. they were tasty, however definitely oversauced to the point where the oils were dripping through the wrapper. Waited in the drive through for almost 40 minutes, we called the store to see what was taking so long and they had no response to my question, we were second in line in the drive-through, we waited for so long. It wasn't even worth it at this point for our sandwiches, so we called the store to see if they could move the cars in the drive-through because the orders were taking so long if people could just park in parking spaces and the workers did nothing, so I politely had to get out of my car and go talk to the car in front of me in the car behind me about getting out of the drive-through, everyone in the cars were so frustrated and were so confused as to why it was taking so long! 40 minutes for a SANDWICH?!?!? I usually love Jersey Mike's because they're # 8 is so delicious. The bacon is usually really crispy and brown But the Springville Jersey Mike's continuously has soggy uncooked bacon. The original Italian... let me just say is packed with flavor no matter if you have it Mikes way or your own way you will not be disappointed. I always get the cheesy bread to go with it just adds that little extra layer of flavor and crunch I love. The service here is pretty good watch out for when it's sports season entire teams come in. On my way home after a long day at work tonight. Pulled in for a 'quick' sandwich for me and my wife. Ordered a Ham sandwich for my wife and Chicken Philly. Three cars in front of me, I waited over 20 minutes for the first car to move. Got to the window after about 30 minutes stuck in a line I could not back out of. Finally got my sandwiches, but when I got home we had been given a philly steak instead of the Ham sandwich for my wife! To the company's credit (and for this reason I've upped my rating from 1 to 4 stars), I went by this morning, related my experience and the company gave me two free sandwiches. Been here multiple times. Don't use the drive through if you want your order correct. They have an extremely limited amounted of toppings, yet somehow manage to get the order wrong every time? I drove all the way home to find out my sandwhich is plain bread, cheese, and pickles? That's not even close to my #14, mikes ways, on rosemary parm, add pickles, banana peppers, and Mayo. So I would like to come back and change my review which I just saw that the company responded to this review when I made it so I'm sorry I didn't get back to you, I actually went to this location twice this week and both times were great, the first time I ordered a sandwich with the gluten free bread at the drive thru and they asked me if it was for preference or allergy, because I have celiac even if I don't eat it the cross contamination can cause internal damage even though I'm as sensitive as most people are so it was very appreciated cause most places don't even bother to ask or even care, but the sandwich was amazing and the service was super quick and 100% correct along with the service we got today, the last few times were a huge difference than the first time I went and had such fast and friendly service so I thought it was fair to come back and update my review and to give it the 5 star that I believe that it deserves now read more

Simple straightforward sandwich. My reputation precedes me, I forgot a picture and the sandwich has been eht. Mikes original Philly cheesesteak was pretty dang good. Price aside it was a good greasy sandwich filled with tons of meat, grilled peppers and onions and cheese sauce. Well seasoned and simple, and a great experience. Their subs are great but expensive. I want to give them a 5 star rating because they have gluten free sub bread, and prepare those in a separate spot with separate utensils protecting the instance of cross contamination for those of us who are actually sensitive to gluten or wheat. Its almost $40 for two sandwiches and a drink which is a bit high priced to go there frequently. Friendly service though, and, different drink options than most places. I've always ordered to go/take out/or pickup. The place looked clean the few times I've went, so that would be good for the ambiance part. I don't know why we keep coming here they always mess up our order. I had a super long day and was going to go to cafe Rio but they struggle too! They ran out of tins and had their doors locked so I went to Jersey Mike's. They were advertising the grilled portobello and cheese sandwich with the pic attached so I thought I was getting something similar (onions and green peppers are in the pic and online it says in the description) and got the giant. Unless you have 1/2 hour to spend in the drive through (or in line inside), do not go here. You can get mediocre sandwiches much faster elsewhere. I have tried and tried. Thought maybe it was a fluke that once so lets try again. But without fail, it takes 1/2 hour to get through this drive through every single time. Takes just as long to go inside too. And the food just isnt that good. Hubby likes it ok, so we try again. But today Ive had it, at 3:00 in the afternoon when a "rush" isnt even a thing. And no apologies, just excuses. Jersey Mikes Subs I tried Jersey Mikes a few years ago in Orem, Utah. Then they opened a new location in Springville Utah. I took my Mom there after explaining they cut their meats fresh and they do their sandwiches "Mikes Way" which is with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, tomato, lettuce, onion, etc.; We really love Jersey Mikes. I think the Springville location in a lot better than the Orem one. I always get the "Club Sub" with ham, turkey, bacon, and provolone cheese. I always get my sandwiches mikes way! Just recently I tried their Agave Cream Soda, and am hooked!!! It is so good, they also have other drinks, but if you like cream soda, I would highly recommend trying theirs! One last thing to do, is to subscribe to their newsletters/emails! They will send you a free sandwich and drink every year for your birthday that doesn't expire until your next birthday! This is now my new go to when I'm wanting something decently healthy & too tired to make something myself. I went there for my birthday promo sub when I wasn't feeling well & they'll never know how grateful I was to have some good food that day as I hadn't been feeling up to it yet. They have the good kind of sodas- the Stubborn real sugar kind that goes amazing with the subs.
