Once and a while you find that great franchise food place that you love. Other times you find this. I have rarely eaten at a place so slow. I walked in at 11am for lunch and was the only person there and my wait was over 15 minutes. Then it was not even cooked right. Burger was slapped together and falling apart. I have made a few trips there always hoping for it to get better. No luck. I will return again someday but I will wait for a few months for different employees. I have tried this a few times hoping for a change with no luck. read more

Waited 10 minutes in the drive up before someone took our order. The guy taking the orders was kind of rude. He rudely told us just a minute while we were in the middle of giving our order. Waited another 10 minutes to get our food. read more

I waited over 30 minutes for my food, which was really disappointing. When I finally got my order, my chicken fries were cold. thanks smh

Ordered a whopper, got the smaller Whooper. Not that complicated of an order... and wrong on 1 item

I not had Burger King in a long time. So I thought I would get some sausage biscuits from there the other day. For some odd reason, they ran out of biscuits at 8:30 in the morning... 8:30 in the morning? Are you kidding me? Anyways, they still had two left, of which I specified that I only wanted sausage biscuits - no egg or cheese, period.. What did they up and do? They gave me sausage, egg and cheese biscuits! Now, I would normally take that as a bonus. on that day, however, I specifically did not want those things. What if I had a food allergy to the eggs or cheese? fixed it? No, because I was in drive-through, and had already taken off to my meeting, which I was already late, for. There's a reason why Burger King is dying across the country, closing up restaurants and such. From store to store, they are inconsistent with their quality of food and the service like nobody's business granite, each restaurant is going to be slightly different from the next, as far as the chain goes, but there still is some similarity with the type of service that you should get on a basic level. Burger King has none. Sadly, their food is actually better than McDonald's when it's consistent. But that's the problem - there are never consistent as much as I like Burger King, I feel like I need to stop going there, simply, because I can't count on them to offer a base level of food that will be simply acceptable, regardless, of which Burger King I go to. The one I went to on this day in particular was in Spanish Fork. Do yourself a favor and just don't go there. read more

DONT EAT HERE!!! The place seems like it is older but they could at least keep it cleaner. The bathrooms are disgusting. When I was ordering my food I noticed the workers making my food weren't wearing gloves. It was bare hand contact with the food. The food tasted funky. Extremely salty and soggy fries. My burger looked like it was punched by a worker. A few hours after I ate I started feeling extremely sick. I am assuming it was because the workers weren't wearing gloves. Never going to eat her again. There is a reason that Burger King is closing a lot of its restaurants. There is no way that this food is safe to eat after seeing how the workers make it. Still makes me feel sick just thinking about it. read more

Ordered two Whoppers, two cheeseburgers and 3 small vanilla shakes. Order was placed at the drive thru window at 6:30PM. No other cars in drive thru and one customer inside. Was greeted within 5 minutes and was told twice to wait to place order. After order was placed went to the window and paid with credit card. Waited another 5 minutes and our shakes were handed to us with no napkins or cup holder tray. Another 5 minutes passed and knocked on window and had to honk my horn to get someones attention. Worker apologized and stated he did not know what was taking so long. Waited another 10 minutes and knocked on the window again and asked them to refund my card since we could not wait any longer. Total times wasted at this location was 25 minutes;. There were three employees standing around doing nothing so i was a little confused why i didn't get my order. read more

Pay DoorDash to deliver Burger King I was so excited because I haven't had Burger King in such a long time but then when DoorDash brought it to me and I went to bite into it it was gross not only was it grows the tomato with soggy I just didn't taste good like Burger King has been always my favorite growing up but I definitely will not be going back to Burger King until they can get somebody that knows how to do cooking because it definitely wasn't even done right it tasted awful so I've been $19 at Burger King for nothing will not do it again read more

The WORST BK Ever‼ My sister n I stopped by for lunch. I ordered a A-1 Burger, she got a "chicken" burger. Her chicken was NOT real chicken! 3rd person I know that said this. Mine was very dry, I did not taste any A-1 sauce at all. The bun n meat were not warm or hot‼ The bun did NOT fit the meat patty. Very dry so I added a catchup packet. Yuk! NEVER AGAIN‼ read more

God awful service. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was in the passenger seat with my mother and we Went through the drive thru to order 4 value sandwiches. The employee taking the order was new. And couldn't take the order quickly. Which I don't fault her for. Until the manager jumped on the speaker cut her off mid sentence and refused to let her order. Ended the interaction with him sarcastically saying have a good day. Needless to say will not be returning until they find shift managers that aren't disrespectful and rude to paying customers without provocation. Will be contacting the general manager of the store and corporate. Hope it was worth it guy. ended up going to McDonalds across the street where they don't verbally accost paying customers. I would suggest the same if you are entertaining the thought of coming here. read more

Based on it being fast food I give it a 4 because my Whooper was fresh, with fresh crisp lettuce. The tomato was a good slice. Fries were fine. Went via the drive thru at 5:30p. read more

When we first walked in they were very attentive. They have a very clean establishment, including the bathroom. All of the food we received was fresh, even though we came in at an odd time of the day (not lunch or dinner). They were cleaning their drink machine, which I don't see many fast food restaurants doing. We also noticed them throwing out the old food that expired from the time they cooked it, which you HARDLY EVER see fast food places do. For those who don't know, fast food places have timers for each of the foods they cook. If the food sits past the time, they aren't supposed to sell it. We ate in and when we left, they smiled at us and said, "Have a nice day!" read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! For several years it has continually went down hill!! They give OLD NASTY French fries EVERYTIME! It's disgusting! The last few times I went, I have asked for FRESH and not fries sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. I've even had to go back, because they didn't listen to my request! The food is put together with teenagers that don't care, while the MANAGER WATCHES and they approve of this, because they don't care either. I've called and talked with the night managers a few times about it and they act like they didn't know or they don't care. It's crazy, DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The owner of this Burger King needs to eat there once in a while and fire the staff, they must not care either!!! Or just shut it down! Now there's a chick-fil-a next door, so I'm sure people will quit eating Burger King! read more

I remember as a kid loving Burger King. Maybe I was just naive and my pallet has matured. I don't know. But this location is the spoiled cream of the crop you'll regret eating. Don't try to eat here. But if you do, forgive yourself and learn from your mistake. read more

Ok the new steakhouse 1/2 lb is great at most Burger King's but these peeps can screw up a wet dream,. It was cold on top with old not melted cheese and hot on bottom with that fresh burger flavors, so I got one old burger out of the steamer and one new burger right off the grill, , and the top cheese was old and crumbling, not even like regular American Cheese, but like the stuff that was left in the tray to long and "we can't toss it out so let's use it on the next $10 meal sucker, you could have used it on a sandwich that wasn't$10 like maybe a regular cheeseburger. Just not the new signature burger and mine to boot. read more

got all of our food after going through the drive thru just to get cold whoppers and cold fries. Tried calling the location to get a refund but the phone just keep ringing and ringing.. no wonder there's only a 2 star rating.. read more

Stay away! The only reason I went more than once, was because I needed to get breakfast both times. I've enjoyed a couple things on BK's breakfast menu through the years, so I thought the first terrible experience was a fluke. Nope! They never have had at least 2 things I've tried ordering, and it's been cold and gross. Like, take one bite, and want to never eat again, gross. read more

I can honestly say the Manager at this location has a very PISS POOR ATTITUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME I've come through the drive thru. This morning I asked how much a ham egg cheese breakfast burrito costs and her response was "can you not read the price on the menu?" With an annoyed attitude? First off Learn some respect. You don't talk to people/your customers like that! I don't understand why your attitude is so rude and disrespectful?? If you hate your job that bad then maybe you shouldn't be working there? read more

Its been mostly a great place to get a quick bite. I've had a couple times where the service was a little slow, but my food is always up to the fast food standard. read more

We had a coupon to use and received very poor service. Of the family deal we only received 2 of the 4 orders of fries. The girl at the window was in training. But very rude. We got home and found their error. Very poor service throughout. read more

We went threw drive thru and the lady was so rude and condescending. She was rushing us while we were trying to order. Worst service ever. Don't complain that your job sucks when your service is a lot worse. read more

We went through the drive thru and told them to give us a minute. After a minute they asked again, making me think they are very impatient. We ordered two number 3's one with coke and one with a chocolate Oreo shake. And also a number 4 with a classic Oreo shake. All are bacon cheeseburger variations and med size. We received the number four with NO bacon and we didn't get the chocolate Oreo shake, instead we received two classic Oreo shakes. When they handed out the food it was handed out by a different window person who had to ask if it was the right order, only mentioning whoppers and not the bacon. We didn't even receive a thank you. At least the fries were hot.... My son says when he had to go in and get a new sandwich the manager was making sandwiches and there were only a couple other employees at 6pm.. rush hour. The guy at the register had to go tap the manager on the shoulder to get her attention to make my son a new sandwich because she was not listening to anyone... not a happy customer!!! Update: I did this review in BK parking lot and looked up to see a line of cars in the drive thru and the two female employees were now sitting outside smoking. Explains a lot... needs new management!!! read more

Every time I come to this BK some thing is wrong, this time there credit card machine doesn't work. They can only take cash. It's 2017 figure out a solution. They also often have waits when the shop is empty and the employees are very hit or miss if they are going to be friendly. I don't know if he owner is invested at all in This restaurant read more

I wish there was an option not to give any stars , this place is filthy , run by teenage kids , no customer service skills whatsoever , no matter if you go through drive through or dine in they rush you and make you feel awkward , we will never return to this Burger King again , what a waste of money. read more

Just tried the chicken Parmesan sandwich. Yuck! Dry as a bone. The chicken is good (really good) but they must have sprayed the sauce on it (or used a little paintbrush). I like the taste of this type of sandwich but unless you just want a good chicken sandwich you might be unhappy. The price is right but disappointed overall. Won't be buying that, again. read more

Food was fresh. Onion rings were awesome! Employees were polite and friendly. Would eat here again.

I left my purse at this Burger King while traveling to a neighboring state. I was 300 miles away when I realized it was missing. I called the store and they had it in the managers office. I wouldn't be back for three days and they kept it for me safe and in tact until I was able to pick it up. I can't say enough about the honesty and integrity of the employees at this store. Something that was very stressful was turned into a good experience because of their honesty. It would have been easy to take one of my cards or to keep the whole thing but they did not. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you. read more
