Yup, I'm a fan of In-N-Out. The menu is modest, but they aren't trying to be all things to all people. They do burgers and fries well. They do shakes ok (there are better shakes to be had elsewhere). There can be a long line in the drive-through, but they do a solid job of keeping it moving as quickly as possible. This was the nicest best service from a In-N-Out Burger that I've ever had in my life. We had so many workers come up to us to ask us how we're doing, check on our orders, bring us our orders, or clean our table. Really nice genuine workers. In N Out is hyped up by many many many people. We decided to eat here since we were traveling and of course, I've never had it! To be blunt, I wasn't impressed. Food wise, it tasted like a generic, regular cheeseburger, nothing special. I thought it lacked flavor. Bleh. I didn't order fries. Their strawberry shake was decent, though. As for service, it was extremely slow. 20-25 minutes slow. There's also a lot of teenagers that hang out here. Don't plan on relaxing or holding a casual conversation with someone. The food was awesome. One of the best burgers I've ever tasted in my entire life. We only got three burgers and they were so yummy but they didn't have any barbecue sauce so we had to go over to Culver's to get some but AnyWho, the food was great, the time was a little long, but there was a lot of people here. There's probably at least 100 people inside of the restaurant so it was a busy day!! so that's why it took a little long but service was fine. We didn't sit inside we just went back to our truck to eat the food, but the seats look really nice. oh yeah and by the way, we were on a road trip so we stopped here for lunch and got back on the road. Located on their web site is their secret menu. 4x4, Protein style, raw onion and no spread (basically sugar free for diabetics like me), fries (obviously have starch), and drink for under 13. I grew up in SoCal so I'm a die hard In-n-Out fan. Not everyone will agree with me on it being the best burger. But hands down (for the price) it ain't too shabby. They pretty much offer three different types of burger combos and fries, along with shakes (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry). I guess basic works for them because a lot of people like their food. I got a single cheeseburger with fries and a strawberry shake. I thought the shake was too sweet so I didn't finish it. Oh yeah and I got a Diet Coke! Who does that? Me! Coke Zero would've been better but it isn't an option here. The customer service was great! The employees were friendly and gave us the order quickly. We had been driving for about six hours from New Mexico so we got down to eat. It was super packed inside. We sat at their outside tables. Everything was also clean so that was cool! I spent $26 and change (I purchased 2 other meals for the bf and son) which wasn't too bad. I would come back to this location or any other if I'm nearby. They have a big sign on the window that says they're hiring. They start at $13.50 per hour. That's pretty good dinero to work at a fast food restaurant! I was impressed by that. Good experience here. Went here tonight as this is one of my favorite locations to go to when I'm in town. As I was waiting in line to order, I overheard what seemed like a manager, who I later learned is named Tessa, yelling at one of her female workers who was working the grill. Mind you, it was an extremely busy time, and this worker looked like she was working fast and hard. According to the snippet of the conversation I overheard, she wasn't very happy with the speed at which this worker was cooking, and instead of motivating her or jumping in to help, she was berating her. It was extremely rude and unprofessional to see this happening mid rush. Please do better, and treat your hardworking employees better. read more

Upon arrival, we were astonished by the excessive amount of automobiles in the drive through lane, henceforth we decided upon entering the establishment like savages from the nineteenth century. The adolescent behind the counter was flabbergasted by our inability to comprehend the absence of bacon. Although dismayed, we reluctantly ordered a measly, ordinary, tasteless, bland cheeseburger. Boy were we wrong. This particular burger was no ordinary cheeseburger. For an ordinary cheeseburger has a sufficient amount of beef wedged between the buns. To say that there was a lackluster amount of beef on this In-n-out burger would be a severe understatement. If you prefer 70% bun, 25% toppings (but no bacon), and 5% beef then this is your best choice. The fries were good and salty. read more

Their dinning room is always clean, customer service is great, you don't stand there forever if u have a question, bathrooms are always clean with TOILET PAPER!!! Their menu is simple so they can be fast. The minute u add all these different burgers, it slows you down. Simple works for them. If you want you fries cooked lighter just ask. They can do it. It's all about customer service and that is what you don't find at other fast food joints. These are a big enough deal to keep me going back.
