Shakes were OK, but flavorings, like chocolate, were very stingy. Hard to distinguish it from vanilla. Finally...service...our food to a long time to make and then it sat in the order-up window for at least 10 minutes, so when they finally brought it out everything was fully cold. Not good. We sent it back and finally got eatable food another 15 minutes later. No apology. Very disappointing overall. Next time I'll opt for the Melty Way shop next door. The seating area was nice enough, but I don't expect I'll be going back.
