My husband and I decided to hit Culver's on the way to an event because we were in a rush to get to an event in SLC. It was the wrong choice to go through the drive thru. Our server wasn't very easy to talk to, our food took long and meal was unsatisfying. Like I know it was fast food but everything looked sad and small. My husband proceeded to spill sauce on his shirt and when we looked for napkins we each had one but there were no clean extra ones. Will I go back to Culver's again? We stopped by Culver's after our nephew's high school down at the Marriott Center. Culver's was one of the few places open around Orem that was convenient for us off the interstate. There were a ton of people, probably due to graduations, but food didn't take too long. I got the jumbo shrimp platter. The shrimp was just the way I wanted and enjoy it! Everything else was okay, but I was happy with the shrimp. I also got some custard because it's my favorite of ice cream desserts. We went in and ordered the double bacon burger basket with a peach smoothie. The food was hot and fresh. It tasted good. My smoothie was more like a concrete which I didn't mind. It did have real pieces of peach. I enjoyed it. My husband ordered the mushroom Swiss burger which was good. He also ordered the Carmel and chocolate with dove pieces small sundae. This was our first time at this Culver's. Previously we had only been to the St. George location. We are Culver's converts and anytime we're in Utah, it's on our list of must-haves now! The burgers are super fresh and delicious but the star is of course the concretes. I like that the kids meal is very reasonable priced and comes with the concrete or shake for them. Great family friendly vibe and the food is delicious and loved by the whole family! We live in Southern California and joke about driving to Utah just for Culver's. read more

You stop at 2 ordering speakers only to be prompted to go to 3 employees with iPads to take your order but there isn't a menu to look at so you have to look it up on your phone. After finally finding what you want, you pull up to the window and wait for staff to look at you like you're an idiot and tell you to pull around and park. Now you're stuck between 2 vehicles and can't leave. When your food finally comes, the employee doesn't say a word, just drops your bag and bails. What happened to Culver's? Came back into town to visit family for the holidays and was looking forward to revisiting one of my favorite places from the Midwest. Ordered online for curbside pickup. I finally went in after seven minutes to fetch my own food and it was sitting behind the counter, getting cold. They offered me a coupon, which I turned down-things happen. I drove home only to discover that part of the order was missing. Sigh. Has anyone ever driven away from a drive-thru with MORE food than they ordered? I'm no conspiracy theorist, but are there places incentivizing their workers to "forget" stuff in an effort to increase profit? Pork tenderloin sandwich had one dab of mustard in the center on the sandwich. It's like no one at Culver's really cares. Oh, and don't try the mashed potatoes. I've been wanting to try Culver's for the longest time and am so glad I finally did. I really enjoyed my meal, which was a Mushroom Swiss Burger with Crinkled Cut Fries and a Custard. My husband and I also split an order of cheese curds which ended up being our favorite thing we ordered. Overall, I give Culver's an 8/10. This was an okay Culver's to me. We stopped in for lunch. They were busy on a Sunday afternoon. Service was okay. They were not as friendly as other locations that I've been to. Your cod if absolutely flavorless. It's all bun and no flavor. The best thing you have is the cheese curds. But the marinara sauce is to acidic. In Wisconsin Culver's is so yummy. Idk exactly what your are doing wrong here in Utah, but it's wrong. Service is good. But that doesn't mean much if the food is rough. I really liked Culver's and loved their onion rings but this time we bought the large it was cold, over cooked when I took it o Sydney the manager she acted like that was normal.. I asked for a replacement and she said this is how it is and it would t make a difference. Difficult to get to location. You can see it easily, you just have to drive through other businesses to get there, or make a huge loop. Just odd. Staff was super nice and friendly. The menu above counter was huge. Have to say it made it much easier to order as you had an idea of what it looked like. Nice. Food: great sourdough burger. I walked away and the foam just like went crazy and my cup overflowed on the floor. Went to counter and told them. He came out and saw the mess. I walked away. Burger patties always have great flavor with some crispiness on the edges. I love getting the mushroom Swiss then add red onions and bacon. I always look forward to going to Culver's after a UVU game when the opposing team misses two free throws in a row. But not tonight. Tonight, I presented the associate (Lauren) my voucher for "FREE CULVER'S CUSTARD!!!" after tonight's game only to be pushed back and told that I was wrong about the free throws being missed. I thought that she surely must be joking considering that the free throws were missed, they announced free custard over the loudspeaker, and I had a physical coupon to claim the offer. She then began calling her manager who backed up the associate. There were even two other guys that I didn't know behind me in line who were witnesses of the free throw shots being missed. But still...no custard. I always thought it was great that Culver's was supporting the community with sponsoring UVU, but now I will never go to Culver's again over what would've cost them a few dollars to accommodate.
