And now I'm glad that they have a shop here in Spanish Fork. Service is great. But the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The seating area is always clean and bright. Now for the food. The cheesesteak is made with thinly sliced steak cooked fresh on the grill with onions and peppers and mushroom mushrooms. I don't get the peppers. They give me heartburn. But the way they cook this is so awesome. The steak is always tender and juicy. And they use a little bit of salt use a little bit of salt, but a lot of black pepper. And that's what I love. And then they melt the provolone cheese on top and then put it all in one of the softest tastiest best buns I ever ever eaten. I got the full-size. They also have a half size and a monster size. They have expanded their menu to include pastrami. But I will always get the steak and everything.

Bread was great meat tasted great. Could have used some chopped hot peppers but overall it was good. Daughter who wanted to get something else ate a few bites of mine and said "yeh we should come back". Service was quick, place wasn't packed on a Wednesday night not surprised, probably busier on the weekends or maybe even earlier. But we will visit again.

First of all--Jen. Let's talk about Jen. Not just a waiter. Not even just a great waiter. Jen is the kind of server who could probably defuse international conflicts between breadstick refills. I'm pretty sure if I asked her for emotional advice, she'd fix my entire life, bring me a fresh salad, and somehow make it all feel like my idea. Absolute legend. Now... the spaghetti and meatballs. Calling it a meal feels disrespectful. This was an event. The meatballs? Roughly the size of small planets with their own gravitational pull. I'm fairly certain one of them had weather patterns. The spaghetti? Endless. Not in the cute marketing way--no, I'm talking biblically infinite. I started eating sometime around sunset and emerged a different person, possibly older, definitely wiser. And me? Oh, I was insufferable. I leaned into it. Dramatic sighs after every bite. Loud declarations like "THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING" to absolutely no one who asked. At one point I made prolonged eye contact with a stranger while twirling pasta like I was in a slow-motion commercial. Jen handled it like a seasoned professional, probably adding "dealing with absolute chaos goblins" to her résumé. In conclusion: incredible food, god-tier service, and a deeply humbling reminder that I cannot be trusted in the presence of unlimited pasta. 10/10. Would embarrass myself again.

He gave a wonderful recommendation for the garlic chicken pizza!! So we split the feast for two which included 2 pasta bars, 2 unlimited salad bars and a pizza. We got our pizza half Napoli and half garlic chicken. The pizza was brick oven fresh and hot! The cheese was very commercial ready stringy! Yum yum yum not greasy at all. Plenty of topping on each slice of pizza, took us to church!! Woo!! The salad bar was well stocked, clean and fresh, no old lettuce. We actually met a wonderful older couple sitting next to us who were doing the half marathon tomorrow too, so it was very friendly, and ben needs another star or a raise!! Will most definitely be back! The building is so rustic I felt like I was in Italy, I just needed to know Italian!

Historically we've always had great food here, and we haven't been for a few months, but we were here just the other night with family for a graduation party, and almost everyone on our party commented the same way - "it isn't what it used to be". I don't know if it's changed ownership, or what has happened, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. I had the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, pasta bar. I always love their chicken noodle soup, but this time it was watery and not creamy like it's always been, and the flavor was entirely different. The salad bar was good, but their traditional green ranch dressing is no more, and all they use now is cheap, white, runny ranch dressing. The pasta bar was fair, but the selection of the sauces, I felt, was poor, and the marinara sauce that I settled on for my only trip thru was very watery. My wife ordered a small pizza, and it wasn't great. Very dry, hardly any sauce. Our server was great, no problem there, and the atmosphere is still good here, but their food quality is declining, and THAT'S what we come here for. Feels like they're cheaping out here. Pick it up, Brick Oven!
