We always enjoy Pizza Factory. They have a yummy salad bar, but we always have to get the bread twists! They are the best!

We used to love The Pizza Factory and Lindon so we were excited to give this location a try. Unfortunately, it just didn't live up to our expectations. We were seated at a Booth which had not been cleaned. When we asked to have the table wiped, we were told it was clean but the the paint was coming off. Made no sense to us so we requested the table be cleaned again when our waitress came to the table and to her credit, she obliged. Waitress was prompt and courteous. Ordered a small pizza, salad and a chicken pasta dish. Salad bar - no complaints. Other items were flavourless. $36 seemed overpriced for a sub-par meal. Again, well we have enjoyed The Pizza Factory in other locations, this one has some work to do.

Again, way too much sauce. Way more than first delivered. Added more to warm up?

Was looking for a nice dinner for my wife, daughter and her husband. Was not pleased with the visit.  Arrived at 6:30 pm Close to 7 before anyone came to talk to us.  Order went well.  Long delay before drinks arrived. Drinks gone before breadsticks came out and no refills until after breadsticks arrived.  Breadsticks came out later.  Food came out later.  Pasta dishes were well proportioned with sauce and toppings but pasta was cold.  All four plates were taken back and "tossed".  Came back barely warm with way too much sauce.  We tried to eat what we could but too much sauce after they came back. Told waitress, she said sorry. This is not what I am used to from home town shop. Table 15, Svr#332 Ord #99 7pm 3/06

We live this place! Servers are always friendly and the food is always great. It's the best salad bar option in Spanish Fork.

Our Pizza was raw and doughy and cold. My gluten free pizza was soggy and a let down.

They do have a pretty decent salad bar, though that's not my main reason for going.

I recently had the absolute life-altering experience of dining at Olive Garden, and I'm still not…read moreconvinced I didn't accidentally stumble into a five-star Michelin fever dream. First of all--Jen. Let's talk about Jen. Not just a waiter. Not even just a great waiter. Jen is the kind of server who could probably defuse international conflicts between breadstick refills. I'm pretty sure if I asked her for emotional advice, she'd fix my entire life, bring me a fresh salad, and somehow make it all feel like my idea. Absolute legend. Now... the spaghetti and meatballs. Calling it a meal feels disrespectful. This was an event. The meatballs? Roughly the size of small planets with their own gravitational pull. I'm fairly certain one of them had weather patterns. The spaghetti? Endless. Not in the cute marketing way--no, I'm talking biblically infinite. I started eating sometime around sunset and emerged a different person, possibly older, definitely wiser. And me? Oh, I was insufferable. I leaned into it. Dramatic sighs after every bite. Loud declarations like "THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING" to absolutely no one who asked. At one point I made prolonged eye contact with a stranger while twirling pasta like I was in a slow-motion commercial. Jen handled it like a seasoned professional, probably adding "dealing with absolute chaos goblins" to her résumé. In conclusion: incredible food, god-tier service, and a deeply humbling reminder that I cannot be trusted in the presence of unlimited pasta. 10/10. Would embarrass myself again.

The fettuccini was good but the salad tasted very bitter and there was only about 1 tablespoon of dressing so it was very dry. They didn't put in any Parmesan cheese like we usually get. I had some Italian dressing in my fridge so I added some to the salad. I don't care for onions, peppers or olives so I removed those. The order was done on time. The food flavor just wasn't great this time.

Well, we're old, and we've been coming to Brick Oven (or Heaps, as it was once called) for almost…read more60 years, and I have to say, something is changing. Historically we've always had great food here, and we haven't been for a few months, but we were here just the other night with family for a graduation party, and almost everyone on our party commented the same way - "it isn't what it used to be". I don't know if it's changed ownership, or what has happened, but the quality of the food has gone downhill. I had the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, pasta bar. I always love their chicken noodle soup, but this time it was watery and not creamy like it's always been, and the flavor was entirely different. The salad bar was good, but their traditional green ranch dressing is no more, and all they use now is cheap, white, runny ranch dressing. The pasta bar was fair, but the selection of the sauces, I felt, was poor, and the marinara sauce that I settled on for my only trip thru was very watery. My wife ordered a small pizza, and it wasn't great. Very dry, hardly any sauce. Our server was great, no problem there, and the atmosphere is still good here, but their food quality is declining, and THAT'S what we come here for. Feels like they're cheaping out here. Pick it up, Brick Oven!

But everyone goes here or brings out-of-towners because it's someplace they went to as kids or BYU students. The pasta bar is very good with great sauce or gravy (if your from back east) options. Every cause I tried was great. Good Italian sausages and meatballs too. People rave about the freshly made garlic bread but I found it rather ordinary and more or less like we make at home, maybe we make better garlic bread at home than most people? But I was not impressed after all the hype. Great house-made root beer. Great Salad bar. Here is where opinions and tastes really matter, everyone told us how great the pizza was, we ordered three to go after our meal to take home. I was disappointed in all of them. Yeah, they are better than grocery store pizza but with the level of praise these good I was expecting something like Mellow Mushroom or high heat wood fired pizza. I found the dough too thick and ready and lacking in any buttery or crispy edges. The toppings were not special, canned or generic brands of meats you get at any grocery store deli counter. Maybe in the past it was once fresher and les from cans. The sauce was surprisingly lacking, if you are the kind of person who likes pizza that's really just bread with some cheese on it this will be your speed, one of my daughters doesn't like pizza sauce of any kind and she likes this pizza. For mee ti was way too thinly applied and with the really heavy cheese they use I felt like I was easting over priced cheese bread. The cheese itself was not the traditional mozzarella, it was some kind of blend that had a Gouda or goat cheese taste, some may love that but for me it was a turn off, maybe because I wasn't expecting it. The decor is fun and interesting and service was really good but over all for the price I was disappointed. Stick to the salad bar and pasta and you'll be very happy.
