Occasionally I will grab a take out lunch while I work from home. The local pizza place in town had disappointed me so I wanted to try The Pizza Factory. I ordered a mini pizza which I thought be the same approximate size of the lunch personal pizza at the other local establishment. Imagine my horror when I got the pizza in the image. It's like something from a child's meal; tiny, overly doughy and completely devoid of taste. To make it worse it actually cost more than I have paid at the local place.The atmosphere of this place was creepy with cracked outside windows and glass panes you can't see through. Randomly stumbled across this place with my family and it's now our favorite!!!! The bread twists are delicious, Cajun pasta recommended by our waitress was to die for, and the pesto chicken sandwich was heavenly! They even have fun noodles for the kids spaghetti my niece loved. This is now our go-to place and we're so happy to have found it. Customer service is amazing, clean environmental, and serious the best food I've had in a long time. Keep up the great work!!! Overall it was fine, not the worst place but not by much. The garlic twist I ordered was raw in the middle, I could pinch off parts of the bread and roll it back essentially into dough. The fettuccine alfredo was swimming in pasta water and the cheese tasted like fake, spray can cheese just absolutely inedible. Finally the pizza I ordered the garlic alfredo pizza which honestly was pretty good but the crust was once again raw in some parts. The only thing that wasn't raw was my Diet Coke. I've never been so maybe I caught them on a terrible day, but I don't think I'll be going back to give them a second chance with how bad this first time was. read more

Salad bar is usually pretty good. We watch my soup sit up by the heat lamps but not under them. While the rest of our food cooked. So by the time the calzone came out (a little on the burnt side). The teenager said "it will be a 15 minute wait" (for single penne/chicken and a bread stick.) I was craving their Alfredo sauce. Left at 9:19 only after I finally asked about my single order. An adult came out and looked up my order. One minute later I watched a teenage boy in the kitchen make my order. One minute later I had my order. The restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday night. We used to love The Pizza Factory and Lindon so we were excited to give this location a try. Unfortunately, it just didn't live up to our expectations. We were seated at a Booth which had not been cleaned. When we asked to have the table wiped, we were told it was clean but the the paint was coming off. Made no sense to us so we requested the table be cleaned again when our waitress came to the table and to her credit, she obliged. Waitress was prompt and courteous. Ordered a small pizza, salad and a chicken pasta dish. Salad bar - no complaints. Other items were flavourless. $36 seemed overpriced for a sub-par meal. I came with a friend for lunch and it was my first time. I got their pizza lunch special with a ceasar salad and it was yummy. However their bread sticks were AMAZING. Seated fast. Had high hopes. She was quick to come back with water the first time but then we sat for 30 minutes before she came back for our order. A table sat after us had their food before we ever even got to order and we had the same waitress. She would constantly come back to the table next to us and never even check on us while she was right there. I had to hunt her down twice to ask for things. The food was ok. I wouldn't ever go back. They seriously have the best salad bar ever. -PIZZA! We love their pizza. Recently we discovered their cauliflower crust and it is to die for. Can I give no stars? Got seated right away which was good then sat for 20 minutes before we had to stop and ask for help. After we ordered another 20 minutes went by and had to ask for the breadsticks we ordered. Waitress asked if I wanted a refill, "yep", and then psyche she never refilled it. Final bill was wrong. I went to the Pizza Factory two days ago. It wasn't too busy when my wife and I arrived. We made an order and was told we would need to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, we began to inquire. Finally they brought out our pizza and breadstick which were very cold and obviously had been sitting in the back for some 25 minutes. We had to completely reheat our order at home. I talked to the manager and he said sorry, and explained that they are shorthanded. My advice to him, set the right expectation if your crew is that bad. Promise 45 minutes and cold food! Our waitress was friendly and took our orders, served our food, and refilled our drinks with a smile. The place was busy with a lunchtime crowd but service was great and we didn't wait long for our food. I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, not the most exciting dish I realize, but its what I like. The pizza had a thin crust, a small amount of sauce, and a decent amount of cheese. It was good pizza but nothing special. Two of the other people in my party ordered pastas and seemed to enjoy them and one person ordered the margarita pizza and said it was really good. I always get the all you can eat soup, bread twists and salad bar. Great value at $8 or $9. I love the salad bar because it's always clean and well stocked. The produce is always fresh too. Ate dinner last night and our server Ashton needs to be trained. My husband ordered the unlimited soup and salad and got his salad to go. I tried taking my sister out for a nice girls night- we should have just gone to Mcdonalds. Our host forgot about us and seated everyone else before us. Don't waste your time and money here. When I walked in, the place was crowded, so I thought it must be good. After waiting 20 minutes for a table (yes, I was warned it would take that long), we waited at least 25 minutes more to have my order taken. Then we waited another 30 for a simple pizza and a basic plate of pasta. It was supposed to be wholewheat fettucine with marinara sauce and Italian vegetables. When it finally came, it was penne pasta with about 2 tablespoons of really oily marinara sauce and a tiny sprinkling of vegetables. This cost $10! The pizza was better, but overpriced compared to similar pizzas from other places. Then I couldn't get a server to bring me the check and a box for leftover pizza until I went and stood in the middle of the restaurant and glared at her. I left the restaurant after 2 1/2 hours, my wallet over $40 lighter and my stomach burning. I could have had a nice meal for less than half the cost and in half the time at many other places. P.S. While I was waiting so long, I decided to go to the restroom. I took one look inside and decided I could hold it. It was absolutely filthy inside, and damp and dark. The breadsticks in a more recent order were made several hours, if not a day, in advance. The bread appeared and tasted soured.
