Maybe don't advertise that you have GF when your workers know nothing about being Gf and the precautions they need to take. Every mod I have been to has been great with it. Separate sauces, workers change gloves, they don't mix spoons, and they have always had a mat to cook it on in the oven to avoid cross contamination. Well this location is shit. He first touched the crust with his old gloves, used the same contaminated spoon, and both workers argued with me about having the cooking mats. They looked at me like I was an idiot. Order your personal pizza (with a bunch of sauces and topping choices) and they make it right in front of you and cook it pretty quickly! Plus they have extra sauces to top it off! The crust is thin but not crunchy - just the right balance to crispy/chewy! The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful and the place itself is very clean with plenty of seating! I usually really like MOD but we regularly see the manager in this particular location scold the employees for putting a normal amount of cheese and toppings instead of like almost nothing it's ridiculous. I have to ask for more cheese at least three more times to even get it to cover up most of the sauce. It's not the employees is the manager we have witnessed it twice. We used to come more often but we don't come as often now because it's such a hassle to get a good pizza. read more

We dined in at MOD Pizza and ordered a gluten-free pizza. We then watched as our gluten-free pizza was pushed into the oven with other pizzas, no tray to protect it from contamination. The manager refused to come talk to us, but the person making the pizza told us that "the gluten cooks out" when the oven is at that temperature. We tried to explain that this is false and that we needed another pizza prepared on a tray. They refused, charged us full price, and continued to argue about gluten contamination. Short staffed, deathly slow, every worker is woke and has trouble taking my order. This place has become a joke.

Traffic was gnarly. I mean, not just here in Spanish Fork where it seems to always be gnarly, I mean all the way down I-15 it was gross. Hours gross. So when we got off in Spanish Fork over Labor Day weekend, we needed something that provided an easy right turn. That's probably not the best way to pick a place to eat, but it's what we did. Traffic makes you crazy. We ordered ahead of time online and just pulled off to walk the pup and take a little sanity break, and needed to get back on the road quick. It was a divide-and-conquer situation and I took pup duty while my girlfriend handled the pickup. Unfortunately, even with a dog who does things on her own schedule, I was done much faster. Apparently our orders were actually done almost as soon as we arrived (hooray for online ordering!) but someone else had tried to take our order by mistake, and in the age of COVID, you have to remake everything. So one pizza sat and the other one got remade. Both pizzas were good--the veggie one was fresh, and the spicy sausage one certainly had sat for a bit and lost a bit of that fresh pizza charm, but both were good flavors and the sausage is indeed just a wee bit spicy. Mostly I was after convenience as there are other spots in SPORK (that's my inside joke name for Spanish Fork) worth trying when you have a sec, but for us, it was convenient enough and we got back on the road and out to our Labor Day weekend with a little food in our bellies. read more

There were four workers but only two were helping people in line. These workers moved slowly and weren't super friendly. :// The environment was great. Being from WA, I've loved MOD for a long time but for me, it's way less about the pizza than the salad. I love that you can pay a set amount and they make your pizza or your salad any way that you want it. Unfortunately, there are no MODs in NV where I now live and popping into this location for a salad to share with my wife for lunch caused acute longing for easy access to their fantastic salads topped with their delicious house vinaigrette dressing, I usually go pretty heavy on meat and veggies like cauliflower when they have it, and artichokes. The pizza is OK, It's better than average and pretty tasty so that's a win. I decided to try one of the Key Lime (I don't think we're allowed to call it a "Ding Dong", but it is) and it was straight crack. I could eat half a dozen right now. this is a great location and I'll try to stop by whenever I'm in town. I really do miss them. read more

Not my type of place. We were supposed to go to Cubby's but the line was stupid long so we went next door to Mod. Pizza was..ok. They advertise something along the line of super fast and super good pies, but the wait was average. I did see a "Help Wanted" sign outside so maybe that's the reason for the average wait. I ordered the meat lover pizza, don't recall what they labeled it, and again it was just ok. Parking wasn't bad. Plenty of restaurant space. The staff did just stand there with a blank 420 stare for a minute when I walked up but, again not my kinda vibe there. I give it two stars because the place is just not my vibe. Too...woke. Rainbow hearts, hippie music and no beer. Not going back. I'm not saying it isn't worth the trip for some who are into that. It's better than Dominoes pizza, mostly. When I finally was able to ask where my pizzas were he yelled at me stating that they weren't made yet (meanwhile one employee is standing there making boxes, not pizzas). Just want to say I am a big fan of mod pizza, just not this one or any of the employees that worked on the evening of Thursday, June 27th. Walked in and noticed the restaurant was very empty but there was a line of about 10 people. 25 minutes later the restaurant was still empty and I'm not sure a single pizza came out in that time. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter just wasting time and standing around. Finally decided to bail after hearing the people in front of us in line explain that they had arrived 40 minutes ago. Every employee in there should get canned on the spot if possible. I have gone to this location for a few years. When Aaron and Michael were the managers there was a vibe in the store. Employees were happy and the store was well staffed. Now you go there it's not the same. Short staffed. When I was getting my pizza made the employee ran out of product. There was none underneath in the cooler so she had to get some from the other station. Being a past restaurant manager why wasn't everything stocked before the day shift left. Don't they have a sheet to check off to make sure the next shift is ready. I will still go but things are sure different with the new manager. read more

Okay, okay...I can get behind this place. I've had other make-your-own-pizza places and this one is right up there. We ordered a pizza (shocking, I know, right?) - the Jasper - and a salad with all the fixings, plus some garlic bread. The crust is pretty thin - when it comes to pizza crust, less is definitely more (in my humble opinion) so I was a big fan. The toppings weren't sparse, and the food quality was solid. The salad was surprisingly fab. I added all the best veggies and some chicken and it was filling (as far as salads go). This is definitely a good ...we're on the road and don't feel like a "whole thing" for dinner but don't want trash fast food... spot. It could also be a ...I really want pizza but I don't feel like consulting with everyone about what they want because I just want to order all the weird stuff I like... spot. I hate to do this because I like MOD Pizza, but this location is the worst I have ever been to. It was Friday night at 5 o'clock. So it was a busy day and time, so you would think they would have their best people working and helping the in store customers. There were seven people working this location and they were the slowest people I have ever seen. There was a line out the door and they were taking calls for takeout, but the girl that was that was helping the people that were in the restaurant was the slowest person they could have put on the line. After standing in line for 15 minutes with it not moving, we asked to speak to the manager. He was a young kid who was walking around not doing much before. After we brought his attention to the long line. He did jump in and helped move the line along until we got through the line, then he again walked away. None of them in the restaurant were really moving very fast. The line could have used 2 more people at least and someone to clean tables after the guests left. After we requested more help for the only girl who was taking walk in orders. And we got through the line, she then started talking to the guy who was building the online orders and they were looking our way. She still had a line out the door but had time to flit around and chat. We weren't the only customers who were upset. Like I said we like MOD Pizza but I will never go to this location again! Now after looking back through other peoples reviews I wish the owners would look through Yelp once in a while and take inventory. They need to!!!! read more

I love MOD Pizza, I hate this location. They refused to add extra pepperoni because "I already had enough", this was a build your own pizza I was only choosing 3 meats with extra pepperoni. They keep the Parmesan cheese under lock and key. The person building my pizza was about to add the pepperoni but this other lady came and told him that it was already too much. I still ate here and will give this location another try (maybe someone trains these kids by then. I usually go to the Salt Lake location which always builds my pizza as ordered without issues. Tables were dirty and they were out of water cups, had to ask for cups twice before someone who wasn't even in their shift gave me one - not sure that's even allowed but she was nice to do that. *Sigh* They kinda ruined my experience today... read more
