I did curbside delivery because I'm severe immune compromised and handicapped and asked Aisley for napkins when he bought my pizza because I'll be eating in the car. Aisley simply said no I don't have napkins and never came back so I called to ask for them and he said no he can't bring them out cuz he was too busy. Unbelievable!!! And súper rude about it too. So he's saying all the customers coming in after me are more important. I come here all the time and won't be anymore. Treating people like that is unacceptable. And I'll be calling a manager if I don't hear that Aisley was spoken to about this. read more

This place needs to get their management together. I love the food, but what a mess every time. Three times in a row now I've ordered through the app, and when I arrive at the designated time THEY set, they are "just starting it." And what's worse, they don't apologize. My family and I went to Mod Pizza for their grand opening. we really enjoyed the food, but the service was a little crazy. To be fair, it was their grand opening and there were some kinks that they had to work out. You get to pretty much make a custom pizza with whatever you want, and they have a lot of really fun options. They also have pre-designed pizzas you can order which are all really good too. It took a while for them to cook our pizza in their big wood grilled oven, and one of our pizzas was burnt so they had to remake it, but we were happy with the food quality. I would be interested in going back, now that they have had some time under their belts to improve what was wrong then. All in all, a really fun pizza place that is a different than your regular little caesars or dominoes read more

Unbelievably.....SLOW. MOD Pizza has potential, but currently suffers from issues that may result in lackluster, long term success. As a new business, perfection is not their strong point. In fact, neither is consistency. MOD Pizza bills itself as "fast", but you will not receive that at this location. The first visit was disastrous. The employees were obviously poorly trained and/or prepared, as they did not know the ingredients for the default menu options, which directly resulted in extended wait times and accuracy. One pizza and salad were both made incorrectly. Another visit was made a few days later, to ascertain if the issues were still present, which they were. When ordering a mainstay pizza, all three employees involved in the creation of the pizza, had to look at the large customer menu to determine the ingredients, with one asking "what goes on this". The employee taking the order had to be corrected as well, as he did not know the ingredient list. Again, a prolonged customer experience resulted from the employees lack of training. Even as a new establishment, employees should know the basic menu. MOD Pizza offers 30 toppings, yet the customer has no way of knowing what those toppings are, as they're not listed, and one should not expect the employees to know what those offerings are. The menu also lists draft beer, yet this location does not serve it. Establishments should not have menu items which are not available, nor will become available. Although the establishment is not intended to be fine dining, the open, modern design contributes to a loud atmosphere, which can make casual conversation difficult. Surprisingly, there are no tables that will seat more than four persons. Patrons may relocate tables for larger parties, but this seems to be an oversight. The bar top style seating is great for individuals or couples. The food is fresh and provides great flavors which are true to the ingredients. For those looking for healthy dining options, MOD Pizza lists calorie contents for its mainstay menu options, all of which are much healthier than other chain pizza offerings. If you're looking for fresh, quality dine-in, MOD Pizza should be on your list, but beware of the shortcomings. Update: Still Unbelievably SLOW. Having been opened for several weeks, customers should expect that employees know the basic menu and can perform their assigned roles with efficiency. With 12 customers in front of us, we waited for 22 minutes to place our orders. Mod Pizza should remove SUPERFAST from all of their marketing materials, at least for this location. Unfortunately, the employees still look at the menu for the ingredient list of the namesake pies. The employee had to also be instructed on the proper toppings and to distribute the toppings on the dough, as she had 70% of the toppings on 1/3 of the pie. The end result, quality, fresh and tasteful pies are the only positive. read more

I absolutely love eating here. Our family was happy to hear when they announced the construction of the Spanish Fork location. This is reasonably priced pizza, and it tastes pretty good. Been using this location for several months now. Absolutely love this company and this location. Flat price for size and dough regardless of toppings. Love that they label each box for delivery with its contents, exactly what pizza and toppings are inside so handing out the pizzas to the right people here is easier. The only problems I've had are with the online order form not being able to validate my orders, so now I have to call in my deliveries. read more

The dough is made elsewhere, then thawed at Mod. They make it look fresh, as you see the balls of dough rising. But, they're very careful with their advertising to say "freshly pressed dough," because the pre-made dough is technically, "freshly pressed." To make it worse, they flatten the dough ahead of time and leave it sitting on a metal mesh pan, allowing it to dry out on top and bottom while waiting for customers. So, even "freshly pressed" can be a bit of a stretch at times. The staff was a mix of very kind, funny people with great customer service skills, and some people who sustained a conversation with each other the entire time that I was trying to order. I didn't love being treated as a nuisance while ordering. Luckily, the nice staff member helped me feel at least a little welcomed. When I got to the cheese section, it was the tiniest amount of cheese. It was barely enough to cover a bagel pizza. I asked for more, and was given another small scoop. It was still far less than you would get at any regular pizza chain, but I didn't feel like asking for literally 4 scoops to cover the whole thing. Mod puts the cheese and toppings in the center area of the pizza because the dough doesn't have a pre-formed crust, so they don't put cheese or toppings very close to the edge. The resulting genius of their plan means that you will have a much larger crust than average, so they can skip on the toppings and save cash, while you're stuck with your favorite: crust. I will say that the toppings at Mod are higher quality than their competitors. Particularly the bacon, onions, and sausage. And their cheese, when served in proper portions, is also good. The white sauce, I felt, was sub par. Pretty flavorless. I know this is a weird side note, but I would prefer the white sauce to be served with a ladle, so that it can be spread in a uniform consistency instead of the grid drawing that I got with the sauce. The drinks are the best thing that they have going for them at the moment. The Marionberry lemonade is very tasty. I don't know about their soda quality, but I assume it is fine. As we were heading out, the evening staff was rolling in. They seemed much friendlier and happier to interact with customers. At the end of the day, this is the third time that I have tried Mod (different locations each time). I never have an awesome experience. The quality of the crust, or lack of quality rather, is enough to keep me away for a long time to come. read more
