Would give zero stars if I could. We got two entrees and are still sitting here waiting for them 45 minutes later. Terrible service. Multiple people just standing around while we were waiting, and when we went to see what was taking so long, they said they were backed up. Wrong. At least 4 other cars got their food before us. Drive thru @ 10pm at night was super slow. Halibut was hot and yummy but they forgot my fries. They put both sauces in the bag so not sure how they forgot the fries. I didn't want to wait back in the line and the lobby was closed. read more

They know how to do Halloween right!!! I saw the old school Halloween flashlight toys where back for the year so I took my Halloween obsessed toddler there for a kids meal. My daughter wanted to eat inside instead of the drive thru. As we were walking in she asked if there would be Halloween decorations. I said no. To my surprise there was some amazing decorations. The food was good and the staff was great but seriously this review is mostly to say thanks for the awesome experience for Halloween. read more

Super disappointed in the customer service. The workers were so rude and disrespectful. We were waiting for our food and we heard one of the workers literally shrieking and screaming "why can't people see we're f*****g closed!" They didn't realize they left the window open and we could hear them mocking the customers and they turned around to see us totally appalled and they slammed the window closed and walked away. They also got our order wrong. We arrived at 9:24 and left at 9:30. They don't close until 10 I'm not sure why they were complaining. The behavior was really concerning. read more

Today we gave Arctic a shot mainly for their awesome Halloween kids meal. The employees were nice enough not very sociable but still nice. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our kids meal and two cheeseburgers. I can appreciate the clean packaging and extra mayo BUT the burgers were cold and the slices of cheese were equally as cold and not melted. The fries were a bit on the chilly side but the few warm ones were really lovely and crunchy. They also have a great fry sauce. read more

What the hell, Arctic circle? Ok, we know they make some pretty decent burgers. But here I am minding my own business and AC throws their 3 pc shrimp at me. I'm thinking, ok, I wouldn't mind some lunch time shrimp. What I was not ready for and what I do not appreciate is being totally 1-up'd by the circle. I'm a pretty confident home chef. And my shrimp game is pretty on point. So to have this perfectly breaded and well seasoned nugget of gold shoved in my face just really knocked me on my ass with amazement. In fact, I'm going back for seconds. I thought the smiling dude who handed me my bag of food at the drive thru was just being nice, but he knew EXACTLY what was about to go down. Their to slow and incompetent to pay attention to any order given to them they can't even under to keep a hot dog dry with nothing on it instead they load up the hot dog with mustard and relish and they forgot the burger patty on a jr bacon cheeseburger. They need to hire on new workers who are actually competent at their jobs. read more

I have only used the drive thru at this location. My kids love that they get a free mini courtesy ice cream cone. We usually just get fries for everyone in the car and courtesy cones. The fries are delicious, both the regular and the sweet potato fries. And the staff are always very sweet. read more

Stopped for shakes and they didn't have the flavor shake I wanted. But that in and of itself wouldn't have gotten the bad review. However we then waited almost 15 minutes for our shakes. When they brought them out they were melted and dripping everywhere. I asked if they had lids and they said they were out. So why didn't they put them in a larger cup so they weren't dripping ice cream all over the car?!? They didn't even bring napkins with them until after bro find them out and realizing they were making a mess everywhere. There are a LOT of places to get ice cream - AC better step up their game! read more

The employees here are incompetent. I asked for a cup with ice cream in it, so I could make a root beer float and the person operating the register had to over complicate things and demanded I get the float then had to ask a manager if it was ok for me to put my own soda in it from their self service machine. How can I not rate this Arctic Circle? Anyone who eats here is likely to become a regular. First and foremost, the service is excellent. I know price usually comes first in Utah County, but I'll get to that in a second. I know EXACTLY what I can expect when I walk in the door, and that is to be greeted warmly and to have a clean place to eat. Every time I eat here I know my meal will be brought to me once I'm sitting and that they'll offer to bring me fry sauce, napkins, or the nile if I request. 9 times out of 10, the employees circle the restaurant and ask how my meal is, and if I'd like a complimentary ice-cream cone. This is unexpected for me, who is averaging a 3-dollar lunch whenever I go there. Which brings us to price. If you use the coupons, you can eat like a king for 3 bucks or so. Especially compared to other 'dollar-menu' type fast food joints out there. I will drive past a dozen other Wendy's and Mcdonalds to take my family here. read more

This location is always extremely dirty. The customer service is horrible. The last time I was there, 3 workers who had the night off were hanging out there and kept going behind the counter. Their drink machine wasn't working properly. The manger just starred at me when I informed him that the syrup needed to be changed. He hollered at another worker to do it, I patiently waited 5 minutes...it never got fixed. The manager spent the entire time we were there on his phone. The halibut was also burnt, which would have been fine if it didn't cost so much. If your craving Arctic Circle go to the one in highland. read more
