I was craving icecream late last night and sonic was the only thing open. I started off pulling into the self serve drive up stations. I clicked the red button and someone said we will be right with you. I proceeded to wait 15 min until I finally gave up. I rolled into the drive thru where I began to order and got told you wait once again! This time was another 10 minutes. I started to tell the cashier my order when she very rudely interrupted me not once but 2 times while I was ordering 3 things. At the end of my order was finally my breaking point because she interrupted me again asking for cash or card payment. I said card and she said we can't take this payment. Wasted almost an hour of my time and couldn't even get my icecream. Very dissatisfied and very dissapointed in this terrible service. First of all my burrito was supposed to have cheese in it. There is no cheese in it. I have the breakfast sausage, egg and cheese burrito. No cheese whatsoever and I paid four dollars for this. The sonic drive-in in Lehi is way better and this burrito is pretty thin. The one in Lehi gives you thick burritos with plenty of cheese lots of eggs and sausage in it too. If you're in Moab and looking for a quick dessert fix, Sonic is a great option. The other reviews are mixed, but my experience was pretty good. The ice cream was on par with other Sonic locations and the Reese's Sonic Blast was even better than a McFlurry in my opinion. The strawberry shake was rich and sweet, really good. Anyone who knows me will know I am one to try new things! So naturally, when I saw an ad for the Grilled Cheese Double Burger I had to go try it. I love grilled cheese and I also love a good Cheese burger. So I think it was a cheesy-licious idea to combine them. It was a great tasting burger with a greatly balanced cheeseyness in every bite. It definitely has the grilled cheese qualities in every bite from the cheese and the toast for the bread. The bread even stays evenly on the burger and doesn't become soggy. The burger added is totally awesome as you also get to feel like you're eating a really cheesy burger with the grilled cheese in every bite. The drive-through TV did not work. The payment didn't work. They didn't ask for a name for the order, which in turn made them lose our order. We called 3 times asking about our order and they said to wait a bit. After waiting for ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES, we asked if the order is lost. Instead of answering us, they came at us disrespectfully, with a lot of attitude saying things like "your order is probably getting worked on", "I've had this beeping in my ear all night long, well eventually get to your food" and "we close in 10 minutes, if we get to your order we get there." I have had nothing but issues at this location. The first time I asked for coconut in my drink and they put sweet cream and charged me for it to. I had to call back because it tasted disgusting and they just offered to make me a new drink without refunding me the difference. The second time was when I place an app order and was unaware that they have a time limit as to when you can pick it up. I came an hour later after I put in the order to hear that they made it and threw it away. I asked if I could at least get a refund and the manager said I would have to call customer service about it. The girl at the window was an absolute bitch. Drive through payment didn't work and never showed up. Initially we waited 30 minutes, every car that drove up after us receive their order no problem. Thought that was strange, so we rang them again to ask if our order went through and that we never paid, they said it would be out soon. Another 30 minutes passed. We started to get confused because cars were coming and going. We asked again, same response. At about an hour and 15 minutes we then went inside to ask, very nicely, if the food happened to get lost or just forgotten somewhere and the worker completely blew up in our face with attitude and rage. Told us "We close in 10 minutes, if we get to you then we get to you." And "you guys have been beeping in my ear all night, when I say we will get to you, we will get to you". Came in to try the chili cheese Fritos wrap and the double stuffed Oreo blast. It had Oreo sprinkled on the top then 4 inches of plain vanilla ice cream and the bottom had very little Oreo in it. Since getting new management, I'm happy to say I can take back a lot of my original comments. True, it's still fast food and it's never gonna be stellar. The burgers are never going to be 5 Guys, but you know what you're getting into. Their act has been cleaned up immensely. Haven't had any more messed up, late orders. I like the new (finally) updated ordering screens. I do still have one complaint, though...what's the deal with cookie dough being a syrup? It took three different times of ordering a shake with cookie dough in it and not finding any and finally asking someone to determine that when you order cookie dough, it comes in the form of a flavor shot. Seriously? A full 3/4 of the point of cookie dough is for it to actually be yummy chunks of dough, not just a vague sweet flavor that disappears into the ice cream. read more

UPDATE: I totally lowered my rating from 4 stars to 1 because I just paid $2.50 for a drink that is 80% ice. That's so lame. I'll post a picture. I'm debating whether or not I should go back and give them a chance to fix it, but I have 3 kids 5 and under, so crap like this is a MAJOR inconvenience for $2.50, but it's also seriously lame. I should've just gone to Sodalicious, but Sonic was on the way. I learned to love Sonic when living in Texas. Sonics are everywhere. If not for my Texas life, I probably never would have come here. As far as Sonics and fast food go, I would say this one is a 4. They do 50 cent corn dogs several times a year and my husband goes crazy ordering more corn dogs than any human should. We also come here for corn dogs at random other times (especially during happy hour when they're 99 cents) and occasionally just for drinks or ice and less frequently for other food. I've never had them mess up an order. Sometimes they're really speedy and sometimes they're less so, but I've never had them be slow. Their fountain drinks are good, their limeades, lemonades, and slushes are tasty, but fairly sweet. There are many places that are better that I would also rate a 4, but I base my rating on context. This is Sonic and for Sonic/fast food, these guys do okay. read more

I've been to this location more times than I can count and have never had a problem with my order or customer service. Today, we went for breakfast. We got our food within 5 mins of ordering. It was hot and yummy. Employee was cheerful. Their ice cream is also the best, and they have options out the wahzoo. And they have THE BEST TOTS like, have you ever seen Napoleon Dynamite? And the one scene where he's eating tots out of his pocket and everyone can hear him eating them and you think "I have never eaten tots that are crunchy enough to be heard"? You will no longer be able to say that after eating Sonic tots. No complaints here! read more
