First of all, the service was fantastic. I could tell that the people who took my order really cared about the customer...I ordered three chicken wings, along with potatoes and gravy side, and three biscuits. Talk about delicious chicken wings! Everything tasted great!! read more

Love this KFC they are always quick and kind. The GM helped us today Juliana and she was excellent! she was A++ thank u!

We bought a bucket of chicken and it was sub par and soggy. The manager was a dreadful woman very rude and aggressive yelling at us. Never will we be eating there read more

Really mean cranky old lady yelled at us when coming in i felt very unsafe harassed unwelcomed to KFC she yelled at us because we accidently opened the door wrong she then yelled at us because we were standing on the very corner of the property, she refused to give us a free bucket even though it's free. She single handily made me feel unsafe and i might not ever go to KFC again. and i recommend to go somewhere else. read more

I was traveling to central Utah and decided to stop for dinner. I placed my order at 6:47 and sat back and watched the parade of customers walking in to pick up phone orders that had been placed an hour earlier, and their orders were still not ready. Customers were upset with missing food orders, orders that were wrong, and excessive wait times. During my wait I sat at a table that was sticky and needed a thorough cleaning. The windows and floor were dirty and needed attention. One customer came in with his family and was in line. I informed the gentleman that the line he was standing in had not moved in over 30 minutes. He thanked me and exited the restaurant. At 7:35 I finally walked up to the counter thinking maybe I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The girl behind the counter realized that I had been there nearly an hour hastily put my order together. When I got on the road I found that I was missing my biscuit, and I was given a wing in place of the thigh. I felt that it was a complete waste of time and money to stop there for dinner. During my wait for my food a local gentleman told me that what I was witnessing was the normal for this establishment. My advice is ....... Find a different location to place your order! read more

Huge empty parking lot. Clean interior. Super quick service. My son got the 5 tender combo. He said it's insanely good for fast food and that the secret recipe fries are the best fries he's ever had. My daughter got the mac and cheese bowl combo and said she loved the fries too. She said the bowl was so good because she really loves mac and cheese and she really loves chicken nuggets and this is both of those things TOGETHER. read more

Hadn't been to KFC in decades but the fried chicken craving was relentless and they were open. So surprised at just how good that extra crispy chicken tasted. Had the classic 2 piece with one side and a biscuit meal deal. Still get to select which pieces you want and affordably priced. Patient and helpful customer service. Restaurant was clean though the trash needed to be emptied. Overall, our fried chicken craving was satisfied and we'd go back read more

Small portions very disappointed lately Famous bowl pretty much mashed potatoes only sucked I'm done with kfc when they go out of business I won't be surprised read more

KFC - I don't know what this is - Fast Food Near Me - Spanish Fork, Utah

Went to order chicken today they would not even take my order. I was told they had too long of wait for chicken and would not be able to give me and estimated time. I understand being busy and short staffed or any other issues that come up. But shouldn't I bet given the choice of whether or to wait? read more

This is seriously one of the worst KFC's I've ever visited. The chicken is never crispy but wet and soggy. Unfortunately it's the only KFC within a 10 mile radius. I still go hoping things will change. But they never do. Barf read more

45 min wait, horrible horrible horrible customer service, food is over cooked and cold, the waiting area smells like the bathroom.

As far as fast food chicken goes KFC hits right in the middle. What I have enjoyed about KFC is a quick decent fast food meal with friendly service. But at t his location, I have repeatedly been treated as a burden, the servers have spoken to me, like they have something else to do and they have made mistakes on my order. I've only been to this location three times, and each time I left with an incomplete or completely wrong order .I doubt I'll go back to this location. If I do, I will not hope to have service with a smile, and I will check my order before I leave. read more

There's a reason this place has 1.5 stars. It's been at a constant decline. We go every now and then hoping it's better and its safe to say, it's not getting better. They're always out of items. The food you actually can get is dry and cold. And you'll be lucky to get what you actually pay for. Manager isn't willing make a wrong order right. If I give you money for something you don't give me, I should be refunded. Have a store credit. Something. We will never be back! I'll drive to Payson or Provo before stopping here again. read more

We've emailed corporate about how these group of staff is representing their BRAND and still got the FINGER ‍

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come to this location, they forget sporks, or really anything. and when I go in to ask for it, or wait in the drive through to check my bag and get it, I get the most rude, inconsiderate looks/responses. there's one girl specifically who works the drive through that is usually on top of it, but the rest of the people there are either lazy or should find a different job because they lack customer services skills as well as basic common sense. my orders are usually either wrong, or.. wrong. and sometimes it's not an appealing meal, like something is wrong with the food. KFC is my favorite fast food but I'd rather drive to Payson than 10 blocks to this location. read more

I just do not know where to do. Usually it is the terrible sevice that I complain about and the food is good. In this case I have a hard time finding something that is great, and something that is terrible. In this case the food is the same as every other location. It is not really great, just there. The service is pretty good. They have always been pretty prompt, and nice. The location is kind of a mess at times, and nice at others. It is no where near a great location, and no where near a location that stinks. I would like it to be a place that is better but it just seems to be average. Pros: Dependable and normal Cons: Sometimes clean, and sometimes slow on service. read more

One of the best kfcs I've been too. And the new Mountain Dew with honey is amazing!!!!! Fast service and tasty food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! We waited for over 30 minutes for our food, it never came, so we just asked for our money back. The staff just seemed to be goofing off in the back. Also, one of the staff members ate something with their gloves on in the back - super gross. I realize this is a fast food restaurant but seriously?! read more

I appreciate the fact that they still do a lunch buffet, but if you say the buffet goes until 3pm, you need to keep it well supplied until 3pm. I went there at 2:30 and half the items were gone. For chicken, all that was left was wings. Also, it looks unclean and the wait in line was long. I'm sure they have trouble getting and keeping good help. It showed...but you gotta do something about it. Maybe pay a little more. read more

No you don't have to I'm not boggles my mind that this place is still in business... Most unprofessional staff and unprepared restaurant I've ever visited... Save yourself the hassle read more

I had a wonderful meal here and really enjoyed the new cinnamon biscuits to finish off the meal...the employees were great!!

How do they "run out of chicken " at 6:30 on a Monday night? "It will be a 15 minute wait". It might be time for new management. I guess at least the food should be fresh. read more

2 piece snack drum stick & thigh original recipe drive through at close to closing time with a coupon $3. Hits the spot. Oh and a biscuit.

Don't know what's going on with this place but in the old days KFC used to serve larger chickens. Drumsticks were tiny.

This place is disgusting. There was a hair comb on the floor. There was soda all over the floor. There wasn't a single clean table. I was actually grossed out to sit down. We tried to clean the table with the finger wipes and it wouldn't come off!! The food also took forever to get. It's faster through the drive through. PAYSON IS WAY BETTER. TAKE THE TIME ATO GO TO PAYSON. JUST DO IT. read more

KFC that doesn't have chicken?? Waited over an hour for chicken strips. Had to ask for the potatoes that came with my meal. Never got any of our biscuits. One lady had been there longer than us. Two people asked for their money back. The people working there acted like it was our problem they couldnt get their crap together. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and the dining area was filthy!! Not worth the money and wont ever go back!! read more

Just ordered their new Chicken Little sandwich. So disappointing. DRY AS A BONE. What, you can't put some sauce on it? They just take a chicken strip and slap it between a DRY tiny bun with 2 pickels. This is even one of their new entries. These people are some kind of characters. They didn't use to be this rotten. Never again. They can rot in their own chicken grease. They don't care what people say about them, anyways. They go by the principle that a sucker is born every minute. read more

Every time I go to this KFC I ask if there is honey in the bag. All I get back is yeah I think so. Pull away no honey in the bag. This visit tonight I didn't even get a biscuit with my $5 dinner. I guess good thing they didn't give me honey either! Horrible service every time I go. read more

Just bought food about 45 mins ago from the Spanish Fork, Utah KFC. My adult son and I both wanted to try their new chicken sandwiches. Well, they were out of patties, as they have been other menu items multiple times. They told my son they would replace the patties with chicken tenders, and of course charged full price. The sandwiches have barely a sighting of the mayo sauce, and the chicken tastes quite old. We also ordered their fries on the side. The fries taste hours old, and therefore quite difficult to eat. I live here in Spanish Fork. Ive thought it before, but after this latest lack of our item and OLD food, we will NEVER purchase from KFC again. We will be sticking to the ALWAYS quality food and exceptional service at Chik Fil A. I'll be passing the word to friends and family so they don't waste their money as well. Wow KFC, I can't believe you would really allow the kids that work their to serve customers like this! i would be ashamed and embarrassed were it my restaurants. read more

Horrendous customer service. Lady had an attitude with me at the drive thru the whole time. Said it was a ten minute wait for a second chicken sandwich. No big deal, I said I would wait, but asked if I could have both of them fresh to which she promptly said no. A little odd, but again no big deal. The real issue came when I corrected my order that she clearly didn't listen to. She said that's not what I had ordered, but that she "wasn't going to argue with me" and then told me to leave without serving me for trying to get the order right. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager and said that if I didn't leave she'd call the cops on me. Since I was literally boxed in at the drive thru and couldn't move I asked for the store number and she refused to give it to me and said she was calling the cops. As soon as the person in front of me moved, I left and filed a complaint with corporate. Went to the Provo location and they were extremely friendly and prompt. read more

We had a great experience here!! Our adult family of 5 walked in 40 minutes to closing time- the manager was clearly cleaning up but didn't make us feel rushed or like an annoyance for coming in so late. The food was some of the best I've had from kfc, the chicken breast was not dry & the chicken wasn't overly greasy at all like it is a lot of the time. Super nice manager, quick service. read more

I'm really reluctant to post this review because I want this location to succeed, but the experience was absolutely atrocious. People waiting over 45 minutes inside to get Their food. It keeps getting worse and worse at this location. Go elsewhere if you value your time. read more

crappy chicken. it was dry and tasted like cardboard. the biscuits were over cooked and nearly rock solid. very rude to their customers and even to their employees. i could hear fighting and screaming from the drive thru window. they were also incredibly slow and it took me 15 minutes just to get a chicken sandwich, which also had pickles when i asked for no pickles. i asked for the sandwich to be remade and they said they ran out of chicken to make the sandwiches, and they also wouldn't offer a refund. the drive thru is also really messy and has trash and oil all over. overall i would say this place is a disaster and is really disgusting, i would be ashamed to own this place, time for new management i think. read more

I am not sure what has happened to the Spanish Fork KFC location, but I am done. We stopped last night for a take out meal. When we got home we found the gravy to be as thin as water. I called to let them know there is a problem with the gravy. The so called manager was probably a 16 year old boy that had no explanation and no clue. What is sad is the time before we got sour coleslaw, but were willing to give it a second chance. We will not give it a 3rd. read more

The chicken at this KFC has no flavor!! I would say they forgot the 11 herbs and spices this time but unfortunately this is always the case at this location.
