Always great, went on a Wednesday night and Andrea was our waitress. Not only did she hit food recommendations out of the park, but she was extremely personable and replaced our drinks quickly. She was on top of ranch refills, asking what else we needed and just offering other cool menu options. Queso bacon fries with sticky fingers on top are TO DIE FOR!!! We usually get that with the WTF COMBO and it's the perfect amount of food for like $27. Now their drinks... little questionable They don't have a regular bartender there which isn't surprising because it is deep Provo but when they're good they're good. This spot deserves a three star due to food choices and service. The waitress was prompt and kind. The service was quick and staff were warm. The portion size is large; it would be easy to share food. The tacos were decent. The flavor of the chicken was drown by cole slaw. The cole slaw was mayonnaise based. Wingers used to have the best wings! They were jumbo and full of flavor! While they've expanded their flavors over the years nothing beats their original Amazing sauce but without the wings it's a pretty big disappointment. Their blackened chicken alfredo has also tumbled from a delicious entree to a delicious runny pile of bland cream and subpar chicken. At the very least they still offer the free popcorn and pretty decent service. ps 2006 called and wants Wingers TVs back! But really higher quality modern TVs would go a long way. read more

So, gone is the endless strips for lunch thing they used to have, I suppose because the other restaurant types they want to be like, which are mentioned in some of the other reviews from folks here, don't do that, so why should they? Or maybe it's a cost-cutting thing because ever since the pandy, companies love shrinkflation and gouging. Whatever the reason, one of the more enticing things about them is gone...maybe just at this location because it's in a mall, and a dead mall at that, haven't really checked the rest. The normal overly sweet Wingers sauce is still there, but, happily, they are also playing with superhots and have a ghost pepper BBQ sauce that is quite lovely, if I do say so myself, and I do. I asked for the hottest Buffalo sauce they had and what they brought me had no real heat to speak of at all, so I might have gotten the wrong thing. Anyway, I do applaud them trying to play around with sauces (maybe they're trying to be like BWW, sans an eating challenge or like BWW if it was an actual casual restaurant instead of a shitty sports bar wannabe chain) and service was quite good. I might drift from chicken if I come to another of these and try a burger, as I think that sauce would pair quite nicely with one and I've never had a burger here. They do have Diet Mt. Dew and I do dig the popcorn thing, so a lot of good points in their favor, but overall, the strips were fine, if a bit on the mediocre side, as usual, with the saving grace of them formerly being endless now gone. I have always loved the sticky fingers here. I came here with a few friends and it was really disappointing. We all ordered our burgers medium and they came out very well done. We also got our food after others and came and been seated after us. When we asked about that, we were told cooks were sent home because it's slow. While I get this thinking, I don't think it justifies getting our food after others who ordered after us. Other than the burger being over cooked, it was pretty good and our server did a great job. I wish I could give a separate review for the server as the food delivery wasn't his fault. I sure hope they get better at preparing the food as ordered. read more

Wednesday all-you-can-eat wing night was good. I am not a fan of breaded wings but sauces were good. The Original Amazing sauce was a good blend of sweet and sour, Claasic Buffalo was as advertised and the Bourbon BBQ was a different play on BBQ and good counter to the buffalo. My fiancé and I stopped by Wingers on a Saturday around noon. They had just opened so the restaurant was fairly empty. (The hostess and our waiter were wearing masks and they were seating people at every other table.) Our waiter brought us some popcorn and took our drink order right away. We decided to try the Cajun onion straws (appetizer) and I have to say they were delicious! For our meal I ordered the Stir Fry Rice bowl with famous sticky fingers and my fiancé ordered the 13 piece famous wings. My rice bowl was absolutely amazing and I ended up taking the rest of it home for dinner. My fiancé loved the wings he ordered and took some of those home as well. We ended up paying around $40 for 2 meals, an appetizer and 2 drinks. Our waiter was very nice and we really enjoyed eating lunch here. The first time was mediocre, the second time was an absolute horrible experience... if you're coming here to watch a sports game, Don't! Half the TVs here are super blurry. I guess all good things must come to and end, we've been visiting this Wingers for years and sadly have seen it decline, we understand the staff shortage and are very grateful for the service from the greeters and the waitresses/waiters. During one of our visits I asked for tomato soup, it used to come with grilled cheese and when my order arrived it was tortilla soup, when we told the waitress it was the wrong soup she said it was tomato soup, I asked how come it didn't come with the grilled cheese and she went to the kitchen to get the grilled cheese but she came back to our table and said they didn't make tomato soup anymore, she could have told us that while we ordered or even after we ordered instead of acting like it didn't matter. They didn't think we would notice or didn't care if we noticed. Lately we pretty much have to ask for popcorn (the free appetizer) and twice already my chicken tenders are cold outside and inside, the meat is not warm to the touch at all, when this is brought to the attention of the servers we are told that it's because the sauce that the tenders are "smothered" in is cold, I would believe that if there was enough sauce on the wings to cool them down but there Is little to no sauce on them Compared to other plates we received that have sauce dripping off the wing/tenders. I had the waitress touch the chicken meat and she brought me another order with the same sauce and this time it was at the correct temperature. From the bottomless popcorn brought to your table when you arrive to the tender, perfectly seasoned meat doused in special sauce you will leave stuffed to the brim. The service was so fast, we got our appetizer (a gigantic bowl of chips and salsa) at the same time as our entree (sticky fingers plate)! The chips were freshly made in the restaurant and the salsa was divine. Then came the eagerly awaited sticky fingers. It's the same sauce and flavors they use for the wings, but without any bones to eat around. And wow, they are so worth it. There's just a hint of spice that gives you a kick in every bite, and the perfect amount of special sauce glazing each piece of chicken. The ranch on the plate is just heavenly. You can't buy a ranch in the store that good. They have a night of endless wings or sticky fingers, but for both my husband and I just half of the plate was perfect. The memory of the savory flavor of the sticky fingers will linger in your mind long after your leftovers are eaten. And that flavor memory will urge you to keep coming back for more. But make sure you don't leave wingers without a dessert. I'm not usually one for restaurant desserts (they're usually overpriced and small in my opinion), but wow. Wingers has desserts down cold. The mint chocolate chip concrete pie is a must-try. It's a giant slice of creamy, rich mint ice cream drizzled with chocolate, caramel, dusted with oreo pieces, and topped with whipped cream. Yeah, it's as good as it sounds. Maybe even better. It's the perfect size to split between 2 people (especially after such a big, filling meal) and it was insanely rich and delicious. The sandwich had deli meat that looked like it came from a grocery store, although it was a pretty good amount of food and the bread was a multi grain with seeds which was yummy. The salad liked like something you could buy premade at the grocery store, and tasted about the same. Not bad, but nothing special. Mostly, my meal was nothing special. Went there last night and forgot my wallet inside. I went back in once to look in the booth and it was gone. I went and looked in the parking lot and then went back in a second time and asked an employee if they found a wallet. They said no. I called this morning and they said they found my wallet. I go back in today to get it. The employees acted suspicious and weird acting like they knew nothing about it. Our waiter's name was Nick and as soon as I went in the next day to get my wallet he was standing at the front of the restaurant. As soon as he saw me he walked back into the kitchen. They bring me my wallet (from the kitchen) and all of my cash is gone. I had around $50 inside. The wallet never left the restaurant and we were one of the only people in the restaurant that night. What a disappointment. My wife and I went while they were running their "All you can eat" promo for wings and sticky fingers. I ordered the AYCE and my wife ordered some fish tacos. The tacos were so bad that she couldn't stomach more than two bites, so she sent it back and ordered the AYCE as well. It took 45 minutes for them to bring her out her first order of wings. She ended up having to eat my food because she had to wait so long for hers to show up. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked for a manager. His name was Gabriel. He acted as if there was something wrong with my wife for not liking their nasty fish tacos and complaining that her food was taking so long to come out. I asked him "if everybody's ordering the AYCE and you can't serve them all within 15-20 minutes of sitting down, why are you running the promo? You're clearly not prepared for it". Gabriel decided that it was more important to help in the kitchen than to walk the floor and check in on customers. Needless to say, he's terrible. I gave Winger's two stars, not because the food was all that great, but because our server was very kind and apologetic throughout the meal because she was as frustrated with things as we were. She really was fantastic. Unfortunately, the management here is just terrible. It is very similar to all of the aforementioned places except that they give you popcorn... that oft time is stale. (i don't quite like popcorn so that doesn't really bother me. Their waiters are attractive (I hope that point causes some random person to go to Wingers... because they are no more or less attractive than other waiters). My favorite line though, me- hey can i get grilled onions on that. waiter- sorry we dont have grilled onions. me - uhh can you just throw some onions on the grill for me and cook them a little. waiter- oh you mean sauteed onions. me - (blank stare) The food is pretty decent quality and you will be spending a minimum of 10 bucks a person. I prefer their burgers over all of the other menu items... and so should you!!! because they are reasonably priced, kind of big. Juicy. Usually it's something pretty safe that I happen to be craving, like in this case I got the bleu cheese bacon burger. Sadly, even something as simple as that Wingers couldn't get right tonight, along with some other things. I'm not a big soda drinker but just to be adventurous, I ordered my food with a Coke that came promptly after my request. It was good, but when I finished, it didn't get refilled for a while. That didn't bother me; the fact that the waitress came back and filled up my empty glass with water was what bothered me. Lame. Soda splurge ruined. Then there was the issue of my burger. When it got out to me, there was a sad lack of bleu cheese crumbles. Oh and it didn't have any bacon on it. What? Bleu cheese and bacon are like salt and pepper when it comes to burgers these days. How'd they miss that? I let the waitress know and she said she was sorry and that she would get me some bacon to put on it. That would've been fine if the bacon had come before my friends were finishing off their meals. When it finally did get there (we had to get another waitress passing by to pick it up), my burger was cold. Couple all that with those wimpy thick fries (they give you like seven) and that just about sums up my dining experience. Worst 16 dollars I ever spent. Bottom line: just stick with the wings. Yesterday at around 9pm, I called this location to place an order to go. After asking to place a to-go order, the employee hung up immediately. I figured we were disconnected, so I called again only to receive the same response. I tried a third time and the same result. Since I was nearby, I stopped into the location to find the doors locked. When an employee came to the door, he said they were closed. When I said that their closing hours are listed as 10pm online, he responded by saying that they weren't closed but that their fryers were broken. To me, and the people with me, it just seemed like he was trying to come up with excuses (not even well-rehearsed excuses) to close the store early and not to serve customers who come in for a late dinner. Overall, really disappointing. If the store is closing at 9pm permanently, this should be listed on your website and on your Google Business page.
