Well I was excited to eat some wings cause I was craving some good ones, I read the reviews stating the service was bad so I didn't have too high hopes. I got the large appetizer and got the traditional buffalo and the garlic Parmesan wings. The garlic Parmesan were great, no complaints. First thing I noticed when I picked up my buffalo wing was that both sides of it were cold, so I felt all of them and they all were just barely warmer than the coleslaw that came with my wife's meal. The tortillas were dry, the meat wasn't that good and the slaw and mango filling promised could barely be seen. When I kindly sent them back, you could tell the server and the manager who came out to ask why I didn't like them, really didn't know what to do. The wings are tasty, and the staff was nice. Large wings (1 lb) was $10.99 and they come in lots of different sauces, I tired the red chile, atomic, and original sauce. In terms of wings, I have to say I like it better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was friendly and our food didn't take long. Tried their bottomless sticky fingers and they were amazing! You can switch off flavors and their fries were delicious as well. We had Tasha as a waitress and she was absolutely amazing! Not likely to visit again. When I walked in the greeter was on a cell phone for a couple minutes. Didn't even look up to say "it'll just be a minute." My actual waiter was nice and attentive, which was good. Came to watch the USMNT semi-finals. No TV's were set to that game. They did get it changed, but it really wasn't enjoyable to watch with no volume and obnoxious music playing over the speakers. Ended up booking it out of there to just watch at home, since there weren't any other soccer fans there anyway. Food was average, but nothing to write home about. First time at Wingers, located in a mall, not at all crowded. I had the sticky wings with the spicy sweet sauce on the side. These were breaded chicken strips a little on the salty side, I really like the sauce and they offer other sauces in squeeze bottles...BBQ, Buffalo and Original. I had a rather good experience here last weekend! My wife and I shared the original wings (8 piece) with the World Famous Sauce. We also shared the bacon burger with steak fries. I loved everything, though the fries were just OK. I was pleasantly surprised by the explosion of flavor in my mouth from the chicken (which we dipped in ranch). I'd go again for sure. Winger's was a pretty big disappointment for us. We were hoping to find a place close by where we could watch football, eat snacks, and drink beer, but this isn't it. You're better off at Wing Nutz or even at a Chili's or an Applebees. We ordered the boneless buffalo wings, and the sauce tasted almost like straight corn syrup. There's no mention of this sauce being "sweet" in the description, but it's so sugary that our wings didn't taste like buffalo wings at all. Very strange. We also ordered a blonde ale and a pale ale. They were extremely average. Service here was pretty good, but the atmosphere of the restaurant isn't. It's tiny on the inside, and the dining area is a strangely elongated, cramped space. I would not want to hang out here watching a game; it feels awkward and uncomfortable. Not much more to say about Winger's except that we won't be back. This place could be improved, but they seem to do a decent business; somebody in Orem must love that sugary wing sauce. read more

I think this place needs new management! Or management that actually pays attention to what goes on in their store!! I went in Thursday morning to speak to a manger, the host (red head) was rude about helping me, afterward she sat at a booth where I could clearly see her staring at her phone. I saw a waitress, in the back, when she had seen me she quickly walked up to assist me. Asked me if I have been helped, then proceeded to help me with thick their host lacked. She told the manager I needed him, about 5 minutes later he came up to the front, with the HORRIBLE smell of cigarettes, but did assist me. If you're working in a restaurant, I do not suggest having people sitting in the front of the store on their phones and a manager smelling horribly of cigarettes. read more

We went on a Saturday night at 6:30, so I expected it to be a little busy. We only had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress was prompt with our popcorn and drink orders, but we were quite shocked when it took 50 minutes for our food. It would have helped if the waitress had kept us informed as to what was going on, but she didn't pass by our table for 10-15 minutes at a time...the restaurant wasn't THAT busy! Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming the waitress, it was definitely the kitchen. The waitress tried to "sweeten" our sour attitudes by comping us a slice of asphalt pie (which for 4 of us didn't go far). And that's another thing-the portion sizes. I paid $12.50 for their sticky fingers & fries plate. I literally had 10 French fries, 2 celery sticks, and 4 chicken strips the size of the celery sticks...NOT worth $12.50...I can get that on any Kid's menu for less than 1/2 the cost. read more

We came here because the wait for Red Robin was over an hour. There was almost nobody here, which should have tipped us off. First we asked about a table and the wait, and the hostess just walked away without telling us the wait time. We waited 10 minutes, then went to sit down. We asked for a high chair, they said sure, then we never saw that person again. When the server came we ordered drinks and asked for a high chair. He came back and forgot about the high chair, so we asked again and he came back 10 minutes later finally. If it was busy it would be understandable but it wasn't. One salad was brought out 5 minutes later, but everyone else was a 20 minute wait, so she was done eating by the time everyone else had food. It would have been nice for everyone to be served at once. We had planned to get our 3 year old free birthday ice cream at RR. Wingers had a post card saying you could fill it out and mail it in for a free kids meal on their birthday. We asked if we could do that today since today is her birthday and the server said no, you have to mail it in and and we could use it later. Oh... so next year? At this point we know we aren't ever coming back. The food quality itself was ok. But the service was pretty poor. We probably won't be back. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while now and we typically always have good service! Except yesterday.. There was only 3 in our party and we got there and sat down at 5pm. We ordered our food within 5 mins of sitting down so it was a good start. After that, our server Jared became less and less attentive to us. Our food didn't come out until 6pm!! An hour for our food?? Families that even sat down AFTER us got their food before we did. He never gave us an update on our food on why it was taking so long. My two friends got waters and not once did he come around to refill them. We even had the glasses on the edge of the table so he knew we needed them refilled and nope. Just completely ignored them! Very frustrating at this point we were just getting ignored and even with our popcorn while we waiting an hour for our food didn't get a refill till about 45mins of waiting. Lastly, he wrote the wrong order down for one of my friends and had to take it back and get the right one made. That was okay because it came out within a couple mins but still frustrating it was wrong. When Jared was talking to us he was super nice and had a great attitude! Brought my son and my family here for his 18th bday and we were seated right away because the place was empty. We figured we would be out within an hour and boy was I wrong ! It took over an hour just to get our food so we ended up being there an hour and a half and on top of that they put sauce on my wings which I requested no sauce on them. We didn't have time to get them re ordered so I ate them as is. Server was great he even had some other servers sing happy bday to my son which was great it made the experience a little better. I ordered at 7:15 pm Saturday night and told them I had a coupon and they said that it was fine and that our food would be ready 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes later the server came and said in order to use the $6 off 2 meals coupon we had to order drinks, which the coupon doesn't mention, which means that we would have to order around $6 of sugary water which has no value so they wouldn't have to lose the $6 by us using the coupon! We asked to have the manager come talk to us. A few minutes later the server said "good news, we will honor the coupon without you buying drinks". 35 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food, after multiple cars around us who came after us got theirs and the lot was empty. The garlic fries were soggy and looked like they had mayonnaise on them, the chicken meal came with broccoli not cauliflower like the website says (which we were pleasantly surprised by), the chicken was delicious, the food was hot. I decided to try this place after reading some positive reviews. I was completely disappointed in my experience. I sat in the bar area and the hostess said that she would bring me a menu, and I never saw her again. After sitting in the bar for a few minutes without being acknowledged I found a menu and started looking through it. Finally a guy came over and asked what I wanted to drink. After about 10 minutes he came back and asked if I wanted something to eat. When my food was finally ready he just dropped it off at my table and walked away. I had to flag down a different waitress just to get some napkins. When I was done eating, the waiter came back to ask if I wanted another drink twice, but never took my empty plate from the table. Went for lunch and got the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. It was $9.99, for lunch. The sandwich was nothing great, not much better than something you get at McDonalds for 3x the price. Bacon wasn't cooked fully, end pieces of lettuce on my bun, just no standards. I won't go here again. Definitely not worth the price. They also had a buy one get one UP TO $6. Let me make this clear...the only food items on the menu under $6 is chips and salsa and a bucket of fries. What a ripoff. read more

Went today for lunch. Not great. For the price I would look elsewhere. A couple of the boneless chicken fingers were very rubbery and inedible. I couldn't eat them. Waiter was weak- the guy who delivered food was much more attentive. Had to ask for more drinks and water- fingers were sticky and we waited for wipes- luckily one of us had wet wipes in their purse. Good chicken fingers. The buffalo sauce is spicy but not overly so. I usually get the sticky finger dinner. Other items are good too, like the tacos. The beer is good. I think it's a local brewery, but I'm not sure. And they have a full bar with some fun cocktails worth trying. read more

So my wife and I decided to give wingers a shot since. it was nearly empty and we were not wanting to wait a long time. Little did we know that wingers wood and service are horrible! We ordered and waited for 40 minutes to get our food! The place was almost empty! Our waitress was terrible and literally took our order dropped off the food and then gave us our check. Never said anything else or filled up our drinks. They had workers drinking at the bar and had children seated at the bar. The burgers we got were very bland and tasteless. They need to add some sort of flavor. The fries had no salt and weren't great. HONESTLY....
