This specific location is only 2 stories and doesn't have the same cozy comfy bays as most Topgolf's I've been too. It also has surface targets instead of the recessed holes and therefore the scoring seemed much different than usual. It's only a few years old, so I'm not sure if the differences are cost cutting measures. But I was a bit disappointed. I did think it was cool that they had a small miniature golf course out front and it looked like a realistic course with hills and sand bunkers etc. We arrived earlier than our reservation and they informed us they are weren't ready for us, so we headed to the bar. Right after we ordered drinks we get a text asking if we were here. We responded here. Next thing we know it says our bay will be ready shortly. We try to fast track our drinks only to wait another 15ish minutes to get our assigned bay right at 6:15pm. We were on the second floor. Instead of the couch like setting, it had a bar table with high top chairs. The one cool thing, is the screen above the ball delivery box so you could see where your call went vs looking back at the screen near the seating area. The glare from bright lights coming from businesses/buildings beyond the range made it hard to see where the ball was in the air or where it landed. The food is expensive. Portions are small, but food is usually good just not very filling. If you order food and drinks it gets expensive. We played 2 hours with some adult beverages and food and it was $155 before tip. Service was just ok. I've had better. We ordered waters and had to ask twice to get them. Paid extra for a second sauce and never got it. I should have complained but it was only a $1. I think overall I prefer the Midvale location vs the Vineyard one. read more

I went to Top Golf with a group of 11 people, and we got two bays. We got there and were ready to order. They told us we had to wait until everyone was checked in to order, which was annoying but corporate policy I would assume? It ended up taking a while to order because the server wasn't there once we were all checked in. It's also kind of corny that they charge $5 for new guests to sign up for a membership (which I didn't want) and I had to give them all my information. I recognize that it isn't this specific top golf's fault we had to do that but still impacted our experience. We ordered drinks first. They are a Pepsi establishment :/ so I ordered a Diet Pepsi. All of the drinks that came to our table were Dr Pepper. I told the waitress and she said "well one of them should be what you asked for" but when I asked the rest of the table they all had their correct drinks and not mine. I then had to wait for the waitress to come back and tell her again the drink is wrong. It took me 45 minutes to get my drink. The food alone was a 5/5. We got a bunch of different bites for everyone to share. The chips and queso came out really quickly. The pretzel bites were so yummy. I also LOVED the mac and cheese bites. We also ordered the hot honey flatbread and it was really good. The wing trio good but nothing amazing. The real showstopper of this space is the view. It's so pretty to look out at the mountains while golfing. It always rained a little while we were there which made it so fun to see the fall mountains with the rain. When my nephew turned 14, we went to Top Golf to celebrate. Little did I know that he was such a skilled golfer and would kick my butt so badly. Luckily for me, I was able to enjoy a delicious hummus plate and the Red White and Boba drink that was out of this world. We went early in the morning where we enjoyed most of the place to ourselves. I went in on a Thursday evening. It was a walk-in and thankfully there weren't a lot of people so we didn't have to wait. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time going and I had so much fun! I liked the different game modes they provided. Even though I didn't know how to golf, I still enjoyed the experience. I think this would be great for any occasions--dates, hangouts, family night, or company events. This can be pricey though, so I'd suggest going on a Tuesday when they do half-off games. Note: Towards the end of the game, the ball didn't come out, and we thought there was something wrong with the machine; turned out when there's five minutes left, they give you a warning and you'll need to click a button to continue the game. I have to give credit where credit is due. This was one of the better Top Golf experiences I've had in a very long time. For maybe the first time in Top Golf history, THE ENTIRE MENU WAS AVAILABLE! Absolutely shocking in the best way, I know. Not only was every menu item up for grabs, but the food was hot, tasted decent, and nothing was amiss. A Top Golf miracle. The heaters were running full blast when we arrived, so we didn't have to worry about golfing in the cold temperatures. Our bays were working fine and we never had any electrical issues with the ball dispenser or screens. And to top it off (pun absolutely intended), we had a brand new server and she did a phenomenal job. We had no idea it was her first day on the job until her manager came to see how she was doing. So the service was alright. We have a pass for platinum elite and we thought that it would be a tiny bit more of a big deal then it was. The service ever since the girls at the front desk was sub par. You are not a customer or guest you are a #. They just go thru like robots and say what they need to and move on. The only one who was even remotely friendly was our waiter. Who was training someone else. But no one seemed to know the answers to any of our questions and I had ordered the turkey wrap. And I will never order any food from them again. As stated above I had ordered the turkey wrap. Not even 1/2 way thru the first bite and I could tell something was up, something tasted off. Not only did the wrap taste like fish, but the fry sauce did too. I gave my husband a few bites of the wrap and he agreed that instead of turkey it was salmon tasting. But it was definitely turkey in the wrap. You can see in the photo that 1/2 of it is still on the plate. The employees as you would walk the place wouldn't look up and greet you, they wouldn't help you if you looked lost, you could be wondering around and no one would say anything! The people are just there to do their job and leave. So the ambiance was not great. They kept it clean but the staff could definitely use some coaching. I am currently sick from eating that wrap, and have not felt well since leave around 8pm Tuesday. I was a bit surprised there was going to be another TopGolf not far from the existing Midvale location. This one is a little smaller, and a totally different vibe. Very casual feel with the garage doors everywhere and mini golf towards the front. All food ordered was cooked to perfection. Fried Mac & Cheese Bites and Nachos were a great starter. Good setup to watch sports with the huge projector and a ton of TVs in the restaurant area. Not a very fun location. First was told we couldn't bring any type of water bottles in when they let me before at a different location, they made some big deal about it. Then we started playing and got charged $5 per person if we wanted to have our names in! I couldn't believe it! After we ordered food and it was all ok except for the hummus, the hummus was gross. We then got some donut holes and those were really good except for the chocolate ones, just cheap Hershey's syrup. The cream and syrup also were in syringes which was fun the first time but then got pretty old and the chocolate ones decided to explode all over us and when we told the lady how gross the chocolate was and what happened she didn't seem to care. We wouldn't have gotten the chocolate if we knew all that. We had a good amount of donuts left and we asked for another cream one and she said yeah ok so that is going to be an extra charge. I'm out $120 today because of the inhospitable manager girl here (night of 11/25/23). I have a platinum elite membership and fully expected the app to warn me when I'm booking a time "outside of platinum elite hours". Instead the app said the fee would be $0 and then I arrived after a long drive with 4 other people only to be told we had to pay a huge fee. No sympathy from the manager, just "I know the app mislead you but that's too bad, you don't have to stay." So instead of just telling everyone in my party to drive all the way back home after a wasted night, I paid $120 on top of my membership fees. I was never clearly told about my membership limited hours (I have the highest membership available). The management here is truly the worst. They wouldn't even give me any slight discount - despite being outright misled on their app about the fee I would have to fork out. Heard they had a fun mini golf so we wanted to try it. Big signs about no outside food or drink. Ok whatever, water should be ok right? I mean it's summer and 90° outside. NOPE. Oh but hey our water is free. We'll send the bartender out with it. NEVER CAME. We worked our way through the 12 hole course in the summer sun with no water or shade. The holes do have beverage holders though . The course looks like a regular golf course shrunken down which was cool. But it's very different from any mini golf we have ever played and it took some getting used to. Not that we ever did. The last 2 holes I felt ready to pass out cause no water and it was dang hot. Don't take my freaking water away from me and say you'll bring some and don't. So ridiculous. read more

Top Golf is a good time. The food we ordered tasted decent. But the portions compared to price are disappointing. I don't understand why they're so stingy with the portions. It makes me not want to go there. Pretzel bites is $9 and you get a grand total of ten pretzel bites. Nachos with chicken is $14 and you get about 10-12 nachos and not even enough toppings for all of them. If we go again I don't think we will order food. It's just not worth it. read more

I went to TopGolf recently for my birthday, we got in around 8 o clock on a Saturday in march. Alexa was my waitress. I've always enjoyed TopGolf in salt lake, and like many people was excited about a new location in utah county. I was very disappointed with the way that Alexa treated us. From the start of the visit, she was very strict about not doing anything for us until our time started. It was to the point where she literally told us she would wait to take our orders until the clock started, and she stood and waited to talk until we pressed the button! Throughout the visit, Alexa was pushy about ordering extra food, which always makes me uncomfortable, especially since she hardly checked on us throughout the visit, but I had the most trouble with service at the end. My wife was very kind and dispensed 10 balls for me to hit at the very end, since our clock was just about to run out. We often do this at other TopGolf locations, and the staff is always friendly and allows us to finish before letting us go since it only takes us 3 minutes max to hit 10 balls. As soon as the clock stopped, Alexa stepped in my way, told us we can only dispense one ball at a time, then threw all the balls out onto the course in front of my whole group. I understand there may be a rule against this, and I understand how it could be a potential safety hazard, however I was very taken back by how it was handled. As we walked out, Alexa then proceeded to her coworkers nearby and mocked us aloud, laughing and stating we had dispensed 30 balls and talking proudly about how she stopped us from hitting them and threw them out. VERY rude and unprofessional, Alexa. Please don't talk about customers in front of them. I would much rather drive to Salt Lake county to play TopGolf in the future than end up feeling the way my wife and I did after playing here, especially on a special occasion. Overall, the facility is nice, it doesn't have a 3rd deck or pits for the balls to land in, but they do have fun activities to do while you wait. If only the service wasn't poor and customers were treated like Alexa treated me, I would recommend this place. I do highly recommend making the drive to Salt Lake, the wait times are shorter, and the people are better. Very apparent priorities here lie in moneymaking, customer experience is suffering as a result. read more

Nice new top golf once you get in. However, staff was not very welcoming and did not greet us as we walked in. Once my party was on the waitlist, they said it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited for an hour and checked in with the front desk and they did not have our name in the waitlist. It was deleted from the queue. After another 20 minute wait, we finally got a text that the bay was ready. As we were walking to the bay, we were stopped and told that the bay we had was reserved. After waiting another 10 minutes they let us play but we had our play time cut in half. There were dozens of other bays open and I am aware that they may have had other reservations. As we were leaving, those bats were still open. I have never had this problem with the West Jordan location and will most likely just take the extra time to drive down. I advise you do the same. Did appreciate the nice new equipment and technology which is why they get two stars. Waiters and waitresses were helpful. Management and front desk need work. read more
