We came here, starving, after a successful day of shopping at the Outlets. Luckily, we were warmly greeted and immediately seated. Our server quickly came over to get our drinks. Great start. The menu is small but filled with a wonderful assortment or mouth-watering options. It was incredibly hard to narrow down what I wanted. I asked the server for some help choosing and was expertly guided to what my stomach desired. I ordered the pub burger (patty, pepper jack cheese, bacon jam, crispy onions and lemon pepper aioli) with fries. Hubby had the fish and chips. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time (20 minutes or so) and was visually stunning. My first bite of the pub burger was a melody of crunch from the onions, juicy juice from the nicely seasoned burger patty and a hint of bacon. I was worried about how the combo of a lemon pepper aioli and bacon jam would complement each other, but everything sang. My husband's fish and chips were perfectly cooked with flakey, golden filets. The fries were nicely cooked and seasoned. Great tartar sauce, fry sauce and ranch dressing! Only downsides - there is no sound proofing. Two guest tables on either side of us had no desire to use their "inside voices". Not only was it annoying to listen to every detail of what they were talking about, but their voices reverberated, leaving my entire party to just nod at each other. I had hoped staff would have asked those groups to keep the volume down just a little bit. Since this is like a garage motif, the open ceilings help the echo. My friends were also put off by the garage rags being used instead of standard napkins. I didn't mind but it was a less soft alternative to the standard napkin fare. I loved the garage style; a dark, moody and rough-around-the-edges casual feel. I wouldn't mind trying other menu options. read more

This was a tasty and quick stop for lunch on our way through town. Easy to find off of the highway, with amazing views (outdoor seating also an option), and a fun venue inside. Set in an older garage building, the inside fashion is vintage circus paraphernalia, both big and small. The eyes can wander a bit. The food menu has good variety and items purchased were tasty. A full drink menu is available in addition to their own craft brews; non-alcoholic options: several flavors of craft soda. The service was pleasant and efficient--and a bonus -- the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend and wouldn't mind coming back if we were ever in these parts again. read more

He was upfront about what worked best for us based on what we like, handled our one dilemma very quickly, and checked in at the exact right moments. Very easy to work with and a true professional. We stopped in after a long day of youth football and drive up to Cascade Springs yo see the pretty fall colors. We were impressed with the many options on the menu - something for almost everyone! Strap Tank offers homey, bar-style food in a cool industrial circus-themed space. I dined there recently for the first time in a few years, and here's my takeaway. The food is pretty good! I got the philly cheesesteak and tomato soup. The philly was pretty yummy; the soup was better. We also got the coconut shrimp appetizer, and that was very good. If you want something low-fat or low-calorie, I wouldn't say Strap Tank is a good option. It's a little frustrating that they don't seem to be able to accommodate very diverse diets. But it's a fun place for a night out for sure. read more

Ugh I hate to do this but I have to take off a star. I've had several different items now in the past 11 months and I haven't been overly impressed. But the one thing my husband and I both agree on is no matter how many burgers we've tried they just aren't good juicy burgers. My husband likes his medium rare, me medium, but they won't make them any less than medium. But regardless at medium they are really dry. They must be premade or frozen because they just don't burger like a burger should which is sad because the toppings placed on them are great but the patty just doesn't do any type of justice for hunger. Also the menu is pretty limited so mark it hard to try new things if you go frequently. Service the last few times has been quite slow as well. read more

Steak definitely seemed to be their specialty. The salmon taco was dry. The chicken taco had more flavor but wasn't my favorite. It tasted like crockpot chicken marinated in salsa- nothing special. I loved that they let me sample all three tacos though. I wish there was more aioli on the tacos! My husband got a bacon burger and that was phenomenal. Everything was seasoned very well. I stopped by Strap Tank Restaurant & Brewery in Lehi, Utah (3661 North Outlet Parkway) during a recent business trip and had a really enjoyable meal on June 7, 2026. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($20) with a side of turkey chili, and it was excellent. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the chili was hearty and tasted homemade. The portions were very generous, and from what I saw around the table, that seemed to be the case with all the dishes. We also shared an order of nachos ($12), which was plenty big enough for several people. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of the visit. The décor has a unique brewery and industrial vibe with lots of character, making it a fun place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, and our server did a great job keeping up with a large group. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the prices are a little on the high side, and the automatic 22% large-party gratuity can make the bill climb quickly. That said, the quality of the food, generous portions, and great atmosphere made it a worthwhile stop. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the Lehi area and would happily order that pulled pork sandwich again. read more

We have driven past this place many times and finally made the move to give it a try. I never would have imagined just how insanely amazing this place is okay the inside. They have like a vintage carnival type theme and I absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly but not very fast or attentive. We were the only ones there when they first opened and it took a good minute to even get waters. But, the waitress was very kind and informative when it came to their gluten free menu and substitutes. I ordered their enchiladas. My only complaint is that our food came almost cold. The tortillas felt stale almost. Aside from that, the flavors were impeccable. My husband ordered their dip sandwich. He too said his food was cold but really enjoyed the food. My wife recommended this place to me on account of the incredible Mac and cheese she had. She was not wrong. They have amazing Mac and cheese! My wife got the nachos this time and I tried them and they are fantastic. She got the craft cream soda and I got the black cherry. Both were excellent. Our server was alright. It took him a while to check up on us and get us more water. He didn't seem happy, sad or any kind of emotion. The art deco exterior is fun. And the turn-of-the-century carnival decor inside is off the charts impressive, eclectic and a bit crazy. Probably don't bring kids though because several pictures on the walls are a bit risqué. I went to strap tank Saturday night, the burgers look good so I ordered one. It came to me with this god-awful sauce on it. They said it was barbecue sauce, but it never tasted like any barbecue sauce I've ever tasted before it was terrible. They also don't offer any domestic beer or foreign beer just what they brew there in that brewery, I ordered a leaguer and it had such a funny taste didn't taste like any longer I've ever tasted before. I just need to compliment this amazing restaurant again. I had a drastic change in dietary habits due to being diagnosed with type two diabetes. I have only tried Salmon one other time in my life and it wasn't good. I thought that I would try it at Strap Tank on this visit. The salmon was so flavorful and delicious that I couldn't even believe it. The vegetables were also perfectly cooked and seasoned. I really enjoyed the meal. The service was excellent as usual. I have never had a negative experience here. Our server assured that we had everything we needed and she was very friendly and fun. The ambiance is amazing and if you haven't already experienced it, you need to. Historic gas pumps adorn the front as you enter. Inside are a number of old bikes and motorcycles, among fun metal signs and other memorabilia from the past. Going to The Strap Tank Brewery is an adventure and a peek into the past. They brew ale, root beer, and cream soda. I don't drink beer but have tried the root beer in years past. Be warned, you can't drink just one. I really love this place. This place was good about 4 years ago. Now it just has customers due to location. If someone else is paying and you dont have to pay, I would still stay away. I had a steak and asked for medium rare. They even had the never to put a little marker on it. It was clearly welldone and there were no signs that it was even an animal. Its a real shame because they have a great location. read more

Daughter got the steak dip sandwich, she had the same opinion about her food. I had the fish and chips and the fish was not good. The batter was really greasy, dark brown and tasted like they used old oil to fry it. The pieces were small. However, my daughter and I loved the fries. They were so crispy outside and pillowy soft inside, seasoned well, piping hot. Fry sauce was good but you can't really mess that up. The other sauces, including the tartar sauce were not house made. I was really disappointed in the tartar sauce. Overall, a very sad lunch and not a place we'll revisit. read more

Fantastic first time at Strap Tank Brewery for lunch!! Started with the Lehi Light to drink , very crisp and refreshing!! I got the California Chicken Sandwich sans bread with fries and sauce, delicious!! My husband got the Sasparilla to drink and the Pub Mac and Cheese with a side salad. Thoroughly enjoyed, but needed a to-go box! I splurged and got a taster of the nitro stout and the Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert!! It was even Gluten Free and was still the best lava cake I've had! This place used to be really good, but it went down hill hard and fast after they got a new chef. Before that, they had a good ribeye, a pretty decent burger, and a good menu selection for groups. Then, about a year and a half ago, their menu was cut to about 1/3 of what it was. A lot of the things I liked weren't offered anymore. When I asked why, I was told their Chef went somewhere else, and the new Chef was changing things up. I love their beer, but that's about it anymore. In a state where you can't just go have a beer without ordering food, there should be some good food options, or I end up feeling like I just paid $40 for a beer. Seems like every time I go, they are out of multiple menu items, and seem to be providing less and less value to their customers. The unique building design, and yard trash decor only go so far to attract attention. I'd just go somewhere else if it's the food you're after. My 2 stars are for the Beer, and unique building in a convenient location. read more

Welp, this would've been a 5 star rating because we enjoyed the food, drinks, service was fine, and the place overall was pretty great. BUT then our small party of 3 paid our bill and went to completely fill out the tip and noticed we had a large party charge on our bill that added an automatic tip of 22% onto our check. We were told this was an accident when brought to their attention. Not sure how adding that to a check is an "accident." I think he hoped that we wouldn't notice it and tip our normal amount. This is fraud. Theft. They need to pay better attention to what their employees do. read more
