The food was good! We went on St. Patrick's Day, and it was bustling we called ahead to get some reservations, which was really nice. We did have a group of 10 people, and they sat us on the second floor. I would probably try something different next time. I just wasn't super hungry this go around to get one of their main meals. We also did get their cheesecake, which was amazing! Would highly recommend it!

Food was good and the service was great. Kayla was super cute, very friendly and attentive. Next time for sure getting the pretzel, it looked delicious

Beers ($6-8), cocktails (around $10) are great. Fish and fries is $17, very big portions, tastes good. My coworker ordered steak ($24), looks very very good, I will get steak next time. The restaurant is well decorated, a lot details every corner. The staffs were very friendly.

If you want some authentic made from scratch delicious food this is a place to try out. Our server Brook was great. We started with the giant pretzel and beer cheese. Very good. The Pierigy Teaser was phenomenal. For our mains we had Beef Stroganoff, Schweinshaxen, Chicken Parikash and the Fish N Chips. All were fresh made, large portions and quite tasty. The Schweinshaxen was extremely authentic. For dessert we enjoyed the blue berry Czech fruit dumplings and cheesecake. Everything was great. We will be sure to come back.

Bohemian Brewery is a literal transportation experience, taking you to the forests of Germany with their hunter's blockhaus and old country pub fare. The expansive log home with the tallest stone fireplace you have ever seen with animal brewing trophies everywhere you look. We focused our selections on the amazing German meals like goulash, Rubens, spaetzle, potato pancakes, giant pretzels, sauerkraut and stroganoff! The meat on all of them was tender with the char grilled taste. They have an extensive collection of their home, award winning brews, wine list, cocktails, along with an impressive bar and wine list. From the warm welcome to the meal service and sending us off, it was as if all the servers and other staff were competing to be declared the best server of the evening. Now, even though we focused on the old German pub fare, that was just a potion of the menu which had a good list of starters, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Enough to keep you coming back for years just to try it all. To top it all off we had desserts. Great bread pudding (mom and I can never resist) and a Black Forest cake with beautiful cherry in the middle and frosting and whipped cream to die for. I am particular about chocolate cake and this was the exact denseness and moistness that I love. I find it hard to believe that I have never been here before!! Let's all go back together! The only thing I wanted was some good old German apfelschorle (a popular sparkling apple juice).

Solid European / German fare. Is you like garlic, get the roasted garlic bulb with toast. The schnitzel got the spot, as did the masked potatoes. Was hoping for more dill flavor in the pierogis. Goulash sounded good, but wasn't my favorite. Our server was excellent, and the vibe inside felt very bohemian.

$2 pints!!!! Whattttttt?!? I'm use to places being $2 off, but these were $2 pints on Tuesdays. So glad I stopped in here. This is a great spot for anyone to enjoy good food and great beers and good company even if you come alone. It looks like a cabin inside. It's cozy. They're kid friendly. There's also a bar area. The beers were delicious. For as simple as a Kolsch is, this was amazing. I had the hef next. I'm typically a banana and clove person but this one didn't hit the way I expected. It was still good but the Kolsch set a high bar. I then tried two of their Octoberfest beers which were both delicious. I ordered the pierogies and bratwurst. I will say that I'm not a sauerkraut loving person but this was pretty good. It is on the sweeter side as far as sauerkraut goes and it was good. They served a lot though! The bratwurst were good. I wasn't expecting two links! And the pierogies to me seemed like a mix between a pierogie that I was accustomed to which is boiled, and an empanada it was good however they made it. For dessert, I opted for the fruit dumpling since I'd never heard of such a thing. Presentation is interesting. The sauce that covered it all is delicious. The dumplings itself was like an Asian bao bread bun but then filled with fruit. Today's was apple cinnamon. It was yummy. Can't say I'm mad about it. Kira was behind the bar and she did great checking in and making sure I was well taken care of. Defiantly a place I'd come back to!

Came in for an early dinner on a weekday. Heard about this spot from a friend so decided to stop by for some stroganoff which is what I got. I have to say it was spicy? Overly tangy? The steak was cooked beautifully but the sauce was a little overwhelming, spicy and salty. Noodles cooked really well too. Overall the price threw we through a loop but the portioned were decent. I guess I was not expecting $28 entrees from a brewery but I'm also not from around these parts. Not sure if I'd get stroganoff again. Maybe a burger instead. Overall the aesthetic was good, restaurant was clean, and easy to get parking. Servers could have come by during the meal a little sooner but were attentive to water and any needs we had and we got all food exactly as we ordered everything

We held my brother's rehearsal dinner here for a small number of friends and family! We had two large tables and ordered off the normal menu! Plenty of parking in the adjacent lot! The interior has the vintage, German beer hall feel! Upstairs and downstairs seating allow for many different size groups! Our servers kept up with the many asks and needs of our large group, which was much appreciated! The food was stellar, with fun takes on German classics! I started with Amber Lager, which was crisp, refreshing, and took me back to my time in Europe! The pretzel is quite large and served with a tasty beer cheese! I had the pierogi and bratwurst plate, which include decadent potato and cheese filled dumplings, two bratwurst that still cracked upon cutting, and a very sizeable amount of sauerkraut! Overall, a great place to get your fill of German grub and beer! Definitely add to your list!

Halibut Fish & Chips w added side of sour kraut

Two visits during a three day work trip, to add fairness on my Bohemian rating. The first night I opted for the Goulash. This is the real-deal, not some Midwest concoction of elbow macaroni, but tasty tender chunks of beef in a flavorful paprika sauce, w bread dumplings. Satisfied my craving! Night two, I had the Fish & Chips (halibut) w a side of sour kraut. Bountiful and filling, the fish was perfect. The only dig is the most poorly made Manhattan on my first dining event. The volume was not there. Noted that Bohemian (and SLC in general) may have a forte for beer, and the weaker variety of beverages. Bohemian was packed, yet as a solo diner, it is easier to get a seat at the bar. Past reviews claim "too noisy"... why would you expect otherwise? It's a busy restaurant/bar, not an intimate/romantic venue. I'll def return on future work trips. More Euro food to sample!

Great experience! Had the special...salmon topped with a mango salsa with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I paired it with a nice glass of Chardonnay. Great meal and fun venue.

A great spot with a fun, laid-back vibe. The beer is solid across the board, especially if you like traditional or European-style brews, and the food is hearty and satisfying, perfect pub fare. A reliable place to hang out, eat well, and enjoy good beer. Also really enjoy their weekend brunch! Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Food: 5/5 Dessert (Bonus): 4/5…read moreService: 10/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Yall, run don't walk, this place is DELICIOUS. Husband and wife making traditional Bosnian food. We had the Old Bridge Platter, Cevapi, and Mućkalica. The Old Bridge platter had Dolma (in their case stuffed bell pepper), stuffed cabbage, shish kabob with different meats, homemade sausages, and a spinach/egg and cheese pastry. The ENTIRE PLATTER was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The pepper and cabbage were stuffed with ground meat and rice, it was nicely seasoned and the cabbage and pepper were nicely cooked. The dish kabob was grilled to perfection and had good flavor and the homemade sausages were also good. The spinach pastry was one of the best bites, just really good flavor on it. The Cevapi was their homemade sausages with their pita bread, really good. The Mućkalica tasted like a warm hug, just lightly spiced and super rich. The couple running the place, super sweet and not at all judgy if you have never been there or don't know what things are, the wife took time to explain to us the menu and answer any questions, super sweet couple. The dessert, the baklava and multi-layer cake. Baklava was as described, slightly softer than your typical baklava, similar flavors. The Multi-layer cake was the standout, the crust was the baklava filling but there was other whipped layers of cream, the flavor was perfectly sweet. And the turkish coffee, nice and strong and the give you a Turkish delight on the side the bite in between sips. Really good meal, wish they were open on Sundays, but we will be back next time we're in town.

A huge shoutout to Bowers, our server, who made the experience even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was attentive throughout the evening without being overbearing. Our group sampled quite a bit of the menu, including the milk bread, octopus, bison tartare, cold-smoked elk loin, blue cheese potato chips, scallops, short ribs, and Whistling Springs trout. Everything was well prepared and flavorful, but a few dishes truly stole the show. The bison tartare, scallops, and cold-smoked elk loin were absolute standouts and some of the most memorable bites of the night. If you're looking for a place with excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere, and exceptional service, Bambara is definitely worth a visit. During our initial visit, I expressed disappointment directly to the staff as our meals (Bambara Breakfast) came out cold across the board. The potatoes were cold, the eggs were lukewarm, the sausage tasted old and dry, and the sourdough toast was cold and hard. It took a lot to get some attention, so I was extremely disappointed as I had ti get up and pull a manager to the side while not trying to make it a big deal. We were on a time constraint so this delay didn't help. I do appreciate that they were prompt to resolve, and when the new plate came out, it was as initially expected. On day 2, I decided to switch it up and go with the Florentine omelette with a Side of Crispy bacon. It was ok, but I was disappointed in the omelette overall as it was bland and overcooked On the 3rd day, I thought of doing the French toast, but then decided to stick to the staples for breakfast. The menu is always changing, so some of the things I was looking forward to were no longer available. After having a really good experience before, this time around was a bit of a letdown. I did appreciate how the services stepped up a notch, but the food didn't leave a memorable impression with us this time around.
