Red Rock has had some great beers available on tap and in bottle. I was visiting Fashion place and decided to stop in for a quick drink before going on. This staff was super friendly and fun, it was around the holidays and some people were even dressed up for the occasion. It's important to know that getting a beer here REQUIRES you to get a food item, as part of the alcohol license. It's not terrible, I needed some vegetables anyway, so the $3-4 basket of carrot chips was my snack while drinking. This place is built more as a restaurant, and they have some great food items, and I would definitely stop in for a dinner. The restaurant is in a hard to park part of the mall, but the holiday week is definitely a chaotic time to visit. The interior gives a ski lodge decor with super friendly staff and a welcome reprieve from the busy foot traffic of the mall.

I've been back a few times, but tonight was more disappointing than most. Although our server was exceptional, the food took an hour to get out. They were empty tables around me so I have no idea why but the kitchen was super Duper slow. Add to that, they seated a family next to us, which I'm not normally opposed to, but the child had their iPad on at a loud volume with no headphones. Nobody wants to listen to that. It certainly drop the experience down a few notches. I would've asked the server to ask the family to turn down the iPad but food came out so late. I had to leave quickly. My turkey burger was good but an hour to get it? Unacceptable.

A little lacking in ambiance but hey, it's a brewery. They had a decent selection of cocktails for us non-beer people. We had great service.

I have to say we had a party of 16 and they did an amazing job handling the group. The Drinks were great and the food was great but not amazing. They do have great homemade root Beer.

Delicious chicken pot pie, flavorful and full of seasoning. Chock full of veggies and a good amount of chicken. The crust was flaky and soft. The black bean burger was delightful with savory pita filled black beans and fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes. The side of Cole slaw was extremely flavorful and had the amount of vinegar and oil.

Here's an improved version of your review with a more polished tone and structure: We visited on a Friday evening around 5:30 PM with a party of three--no wait! However, we were seated in the far back of the restaurant, which was poorly lit. The dining area felt almost uncomfortably dark due to several burnt-out light bulbs. I even struggled to read my menu because of my seating position. Our waiter was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu, which was particularly helpful as one of our party members has dietary restrictions due to being on an extremely low-fiber diet. They ordered the Redrock Burger in a bread dough pocket and were able to enjoy most of the toppings served on the side. They paired it with horseradish mashed potatoes, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Another member of our party ordered the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. They especially loved the sauerkraut on the sandwich, but the pickle was unexpected. It lacked the tangy vinegar flavor typical of pickles and leaned toward a sweeter taste--not quite a bread-and-butter pickle, but something different. That said, the sweet potato fries were crispy and absolutely delicious! I opted for the rotisserie chicken, which is literally half a bird. While the flavor was fairly bland, I appreciate the portion size (leftovers are always a bonus!), I've realized this dish is a bit challenging to eat in public. With all the bones and cartilage, it's just not the easiest to enjoy comfortably at the table. The side of raw waffle-cut carrots with ranch was simple but refreshing. However, the carrots at the bottom of the dish were waterlogged, so I had to dry them off to get the ranch to stick. The cooked vegetable medley offered a nice variety, though it, too, was slightly watery and a little bland. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the service was great, but the ambiance and minor details with the sides could use some attention.

First of all, Bekka (sp), did a great job on the service aspect. Ambience is great, but with the 'industrial' decor, it's loud. But that is the way places are designed anymore. My bother and I split a large order of onion rings. Taste was great, but the last 3 were soaking in oil, pretty much inedible. I had an Amber, very good malt and hop flavor. I also had a Citra Black. Great beer, but not available for carryout at the Murray location. Bummer, gotta hit a liquor store. There is no beer list with descriptions of the available brews, major bummer. Please fix that.

The headline here is it's fine. Nothing special happening. We had the burger and onion rings. The burger comes in a pita pocket. The burger would be so much better on a fluffy bun. The onion rings are excellent. The service was lacking. I asked what sugar free sweeteners were available and the server said I don't know I don't use that stuff. Super odd. Also we intended the onion rings to be an app and the came out as a side. We also wanted fries as our side. Overall I think there are better options near by.

Had a fantastic lunch with a dear friend today!! Our server Lillian took great care of us! Always such a fun vibe at Red Rock! We started off by sharing a half order of onion rings! Delicious!! I enjoyed the Black Swan Porter and the Superfoods salad, minus the cheese and pistachios. Didn't get pics of my friend's food, but she had a glass of Pinot Gris and the Chicken Pot Pie! Everything was great! Even bought a shirt on my way out. Can't wait to come back again!!

    Bar or restaurant?

It's licensed as a restaurant, so kids are allowed and you have to order food in order to drink. They have "legislation" pretzels for $0.25.

How late on Sunday do they have the $2 mimosas and bloody Mary's?

We serve those ALL day (from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm) :)

Unfortunately, our waitress, Carol (older lady with blond curly hair) , was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friends if they wanted another shot, Carol interrupted and asked, "Who's driving?" We ubered. We had also eaten and were not acting drunk, loud, or causing any problems. It wasn't the question that bothered us--it was the way she asked it and how she spoke to us afterward. Her tone was condescending and made us feel like she thought we were irresponsible and didn't know our own limits. We are all well over 21 and were simply enjoying food and drinks. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. Angie was kind, professional, and even apologized for our experience even though none of it was her fault. The rude service from Carol completely ruined what was otherwise a nice night out. We have NEVER been treated this way before at other places. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.

I knew from the parking lot this place was a winner. Once inside, it had a welcoming atmosphere and people inside were all having a good time. Luckily there was a ton of delicious looking food on the menu from the expected pizzas and wings to the old world treats like beef stroganoff, goulash and schnitzal. Everything is made from scratch and I couldn't help looking at all the neighboring tables to get an idea of what to try. Our waitress Ashley was really helpful and checked if the pesto was made with nuts as we have peanut and tree nut allergies in our family. Luckily there were no pine nuts or other substitutes and we could safely have it! We ended up getting quite a feast of plates and then topped it off with two desserts- the bread pudding and the German chocolate cake (couldn't come to a family agreement so had to get both!). It had a fresh taste to it and even a little lemon-y, which didn't make the fried cutlet taste too rich. It came with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. The veggies were your basic steamed veggies, but the dish was overall good. Service was great-server was attentive and the manager came around as well to check on us. My family stayed down the street at the HGI in Sandy for 5 nights for my son's soccer tournament and we visited Slackwater 3 times. Pro tip: join the waitlist on Yelp! Even during the week, the wait was 30+ mins each time. Food was great. We tried a lot of different pizzas - we got the Chicken Bro-Do, Hot Honey DP, Tikka Masala, Taco Camarones and Margherita. The airy artisan crust is the same on all pizzas and is delicious. I would recommend them all outside of the Camarones which felt a bit underwhelming as there was very little shrimp and flavor was flat. The Citrus Morita dry rub wings are incredible. We ordered these every night. The Morita chile sauce I would throw on everything. Super fresh and flavorful. It had the right amount of heat . The breadsticks are really good. Same bread that they use for the pizza and stuffed with a ton of cheese. Marinara sauce that comes with it is top notch. The Diablo sticks are spicy just to be spicy. The sauce isn't good. We switched to regular marinara. Would recommend staying away from these. Service is great. Everyone is very attentive.
