My wife and I wanted to have a nice dinner and have generally had a nice time at this restaurant, however, Yesterday we got there just the two of us and requested a booth, she said great and brought us to a booth we then waited 15 minutes and we realized nobody had even spoken to us. There was a waiter helping the table next to us and when he finished with them I loudly said "Excuse me" and he didn't turn to help so I said it louder and he obviously ignored me. Another waitress went to fill up the waters of the people next to us and nobody ever came to help us. After 25 minutes we left of no one even getting us water. This used to be my go to place for Italian but the quality is falling. I've eaten here for years and this week i needed some Chicken Bryan and pasta and house salad. Actually I got the chicken trio. The chicken marsala was greasy and the chicken Bryan, my favorite missed the mark by so far it was sad. The sun-dried tomatoes tasted off,throwing the whole dish off. I didn't even eat the last dish. The bread was drying more than day old dry. Yes I got this to go, but still to go in the past has been awesome. So I'm even more disappointed. Who dropped the ball? This isn't a one of because my previous order wasn't 100% either but it wasn't this bad too. If really like to see improvement but I'm afraid your moving in the wrong direction for that. I would have loved to review the food but unfortunately, we stood there for literally 10 minutes and NOT ONE employee offered us even a "we'll be right with you". The restaurant was damn near empty at 2:30 on a Monday. An employee walked out from the back, clearly saw us and nada. When I returned home and we started eating, it tasted like a whole bottle of salt had been poured onto each chicken! I love salt! This was the most horrible meal. We could barely eat it! Sadly I would have rather have gone to Olive Garden the margarita pizza they put the tomatoes on top of the pizza dough and if anyone that knows how to cook knows that tomato's have water in them and it just made the bottom of the pizza a soggy mess. We came for dinner on a Saturday evening around 5:30. We waited about 20 or so minutes to be seated. The hostesses were kind! When we were seated, our waiter came over right away and asked what we wanted to drink and what appetizer we wanted. I told him that we have not quite had a chance to look at the menu yet, but we ordered our drinks and told him we would let him know if we wanted appetizer. He came back about five minutes later with the bread and the olive oil dip but not our drinks. He said that he would be back in a few minutes with the drinks. We waited about 10 more minutes and then our drinks finally came out. From what we could tell at the other tables he was working at, this seemed to happen to them as well. The bread was so soft and warm, and the olive oil dip is delicious! We always had a little bit of pepper to our olive oil dip together to enhance the flavor. Definitely a great little starter to snack on while waiting for our food! Because we had the bread, we didn't order an appetizer. We ordered our food, which both came with a side salad. We both got the Caesar. I love Caesar salad and this one didn't disappoint! The lettuce was crispy, the cheese was fresh, the croutons were flavorful, and the dressing was great as well! After we got our salads, our entrees came out probably 20 minutes or so after we ordered. I ordered the fettuccine Carrabba. It was a giant portion! The chicken was super tender and really flavorful. The mushrooms and peas added a nice texture and the noodles were delicious! My husband ordered the Maria pollo dish and loved his chicken and the flavor it had as well. He got mashed potatoes for the side and enjoyed those too. We will definitely be back for the food. It's always been fresh and flavorful when we have come. The service of our waiter wasn't the best. He didn't check on us they often, or refilled our drinks when they needed it, and when hhe seemed bugged and irritated to even be working. He shouldn't work at a place like this-simple as that. He wasn't very helpful and just didn't have a good attitude. This would have been a 5 star review if he was more pleasant. read more

FRONT STAFF SERVICE: 0/5 OVERALL SERVICE: 3/5 When the hostess (Quincey) sat us, she sat us at a table next to an empty booth. We asked if we could sit at that empty booth, but she explained that the server who had that section was not available so she couldn't sit us there. When our server (Daniel) came over and greeted us, we asked him if we could sit at that booth and for him to possibly serve us from that booth. He asked Quincey and she said no. Just a few MINUTES later, another hostess (Tia? brunette) sat a party of 4 in that very booth we were asking to sit in, so I was a bit confused (and a bit upset) as to how this restaurant actually sits guests. I guess the hostesses here couldn't think "out of the box" and don't necessarily know how to cater to guests' requests. The booth had better lighting and ambiance. The table we sat in, the actual tabletop was a bit shakey and unstable, the lighting was poor, and there was a cold draft (we may have been sitting under a vent). Maybe this is more of a training issue that needs improvement with the front staff. The ONLY REASON why I'm giving this OVERALL experience a 3/5 is that our server Daniel, was phenomenal. He served us like a PRO - like he worked at a "white tablecloth" restaurant! He shared the specials for the night, which I actually ordered because he described it so well and overall had a great presence. Daniel's recommendations were ON POINT, specifically in the steak I ordered. He did a 2-minute check after we received our food, and made sure all were to our liking. Calamari was actually pretty tasty, and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The only reason why I would come back to this place is that we received excellent service from Daniel. read more

The best part is, they are open on Sundays until 8 PM. The staff was friendly, but one bus boy had AirPods in and there was a sweatshirt on the same table that they were rolling or packaging silverware for service. It had a mom and pop type feel. Food was decent. read more

This place was fine but nothing super great. I was debating whether to give it 3 stars or 4 stars. We got the soup with our meals and the soup was ok, nothing great. Wouldn't get that soup again. We think it's way over priced for what it is. I got the lobster ravioli which I liked and enjoyed. It was $20 and you get 9 ravioli and they are small and it didn't fill me up. If I spend $20 on a meal I wanna be full. I want to leave the restaurant full, not still hungry. The waitress was nice but a tiny bit slow which is fine because it was a busier night. She did mess up on our check and charged us for an extra item that we didn't order. I'm glad we noticed before paying. Getting seats for a party of 9 with no reservation is definitely not an easy task. We did call ahead seating and got seated in about 10-15 minutes after we checked in. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't spectacular. The caprese salad was great tho. When we got the plate I was like "how are we supposed to eat these 100 tomatoes" buuut we did lol. I don't remember what all the meals were called tho lol. The pasta with the scallops were pretty good. Unfortunately my SIL had a hair in hers. They did not hesitate at all to take it off the bill and replace the meal. Many places give a bit of a hard time when something like this happens. Our server was Tara and she was sooooooo good! 1st impressions are important, and as 1st timers here, we have a mixed review on this one: food was delicious, I'll start with that!!! Flavors were fabulous, and the presentation was great, the ambiance is good, and the restaurant was clean, lovely decor, and pleasant inside The service however was poor. Maybe our server was having an off night, but the place wasn't busy when we were there and we had to ask multiple times for basics. It seemed like other people were hustling, but our server wasn't and we had to ask multiple other people if they could get our server, even when it came time to pay, they were nowhere to be found. For some reason I went into this dinner with fairly low expectations. I'd been here once before, and thought it was fine, but we had a gift card so we thought we'd try again. I was very pleasantly surprised. In fact, it was some of the best salmon I've ever had! It was perfectly prepared with the right amount of lemon sauce. Super, super tasty. The major complaint I had, however, was the service. It was very, very slow. We got seated around 7:45 (after waiting an hour) and didn't leave until 9:15. All we got was two basic entrees and an appetizer. It seemed like they forgot about us. The other complaint I'd have is that there was too much caesar dressing on the side salad. I came here with some family. It was for a family members birthday and he wanted Italian. The inside is very pretty and clean. There is an elegant style to the inside seating as well. The staff was friendly and great at serving. However, I don't think they were too happy to be there. In other words, they should smile more for sure. It was a bit uncomfortable for me. Maybe, they were all having a bad day? The food was really good! I got the classic chicken trio and that was delicious. Three different chicken dishes and flavors was amazing. The cheese, sauce and seasonings were impeccable. The mashed potatoes were not the greatest and was pretty disappointed. I think they may need more butter, or a pinch of salt more. Unfortunately, the price is pretty high and with that price I would expect excellent service and amazing tastes for all the food. The food was kinda tasteless. Bland. I had lasagna which, interestingly, was already doused with parmigiana cheese. I don't like extra parm sprinkled (doused) on my lasagna. Were they trying to cover up the fact that the meal was tasteless??? The bread tasted like supermarket bread. Also tasteless. My son refused to eat the French fries saying they were gross. What 14 yo boy turns away French fries? I tasted them and they were doused with spices. You couldn't taste the fries. The spices weren't an accent. The fries were a delivery mechanism for spices; not the other way around. When all was said and done we paid about $100 for a meal we didn't really eat. Will NEVER go back. With prices to eat out having gone up over 4%...I'll give the extra money to someplace tried and true. read more

Worked late, was not in the mood for cooking and had a birthday gift certificate so gave it a try on a Thursday night. Battled the traffic and Red Lights attempting to get in before the dinner rush but not a worry as there was none! Sat down immediately and greeted by a young waiter that had a sense of humor, just what the day called for after a long day. Ordered up the house red wine and had the bread and oil. Appetizer was the shrimp scampi and Dinner was Pollo Rosa Maria, came with a choice of soup and side. Scampi was good, not over cooked or chewy and loaded with garlic. The soup was good but the Rosa Maria dinner portion was smaller than expected, two small pieces of chicken smothered in the Rosa Maria sauce which made the dish look much larger than is actually was. I guess the egg and chicken shortage is taking its toll! A group of 20 colleagues went for dinner tonight in the large private room. The table configuration was odd, like an "E" which made it awkward to communicate but we managed. The space was clean and the table set well. Bread and oil was provided for free. My vegetarian mushroom, onion, and red pepper pizza was brought out covered in pepperoni. The waiter sat the plate in front of me and said, "There was a mix-up and your pizza has pepperoni." I said, "Oh. I'm a vegetarian..." He apologized, but didn't offer to remake it. I said to just leave it as I didn't want to call attention to myself in front of my colleagues. I tried pulling off the pepperoni and did eat a few slices, but the taste was very strong. I was in a group of colleagues who would have felt they needed to wait to eat, had I sent my meal back, so I just ate what I could and thought perhaps I'd get a discount due to the error. Nope. He charged me full price. I also asked for a Diet Coke that never came. I doubt I'd ever eat here again. There were few vegetarian options and the one vegetarian pizza I ordered was not good... and definitely not vegetarian. The staff members were friendly, especially the young lady who seated us. Carrabba's is absolutely one of my favorite places to go for a working lunch. It is conveniently located for most people in Central Utah County, has a great menu and the service is always wonderful. The lunch menu is great. I tend to go with something simple I grilled fish with vegetables and I always add lentil soup. For dinner, you can't go wrong with any of their pastas. My favorite is the rigatoni campagnolo. they usually only have it on the dinner menu, but I've asked for a couple of times at lunch and if they have the sauce made already they have always been kind enough to make a plate for me. I really appreciate how the manager usually stops by to say hi to our table (as he did today). I know that it takes a little bit of extra time and energy, but I appreciate the attention to detail. read more

The restaurant wasn't even busy and we were there for nearly two hours. Their meatball appetizer was basic and not worth it. They use way too much dressing in their caesar. And the cook doesn't know how to prepare seafood. Scallops and shrimp were overcooked and even dry! The Mezzaluna ravioli was surprisingly good and a generous portion.
