A couple of my friends recommended me to this place for fried chicken. Unfortunately, I am not a fan of the candied glazed hard shell chicken. I guess I am more of a dry rub wings kind of gal and this place uses toooooo much sauce. The skin is also toooo thick and apart from the meat which was weird for me. We ordered honey garlic and house wings/combo. The house was fine, but honey garlic was too sweet. The fries were surprisingly delicious! very crunchy and hot. I am obsessed with their fries. I heard good things about Bok Bok Chicken so I was excited to finally try it! The parking is a little weird because of the layout of the restaurant and parking lot but there were plenty of spots available. I liked that they had a menu outside the store. It didn't take very long for our order to come out which was nice.  My husband and I shared the Candy Garlic Chicken and Snow Chicken. The Candy Garlic wasn't my favorite, as it was really sweet but my husband liked it. The snow chicken really tasty, especially because it came with a delicious dipping sauce. I went up to ask for more but it was .50 for another one so I passed. The fries were so good! They were crispy which I loved! The slaw was great too and I am not usually a slaw fan. I'm pretty picky with friend food but this place has the best friend chicken!! Super crispy without feeling oily, and the Korean style cabbage is a great side for it! The space has a really cool mural with lots of chickens and I always enjoy looking at it. The workers are always so nice as well. read more

My new favorite chicken place in Provo! I am not sure how they double fry their chicken and it still comes out so juicy and not dry! The crunch and juiciness in the sandwhich is unmatched. Personally I find that the fries are better than the tots and did not like the dry rub. The house sauce is a lot like the chick-fil-a polynesia sauce but much much better. Bok Bok has great and prompt service, the cutest wall mural decoration and very saucy, yet delicious chicken! My favourite is the garlic chicken flavour! It is completely drained in sauce and garlic! I had the wings with house spicy sauce. It's got a little kick but nothing crazy. It's very gooey and sticky, but the wings stay crispy and don't get soggy. And don't worry about getting your hands messy, they provide disposable gloves to wear while you eat to keep your hands clean. Why don't other wing places do that? Genius. I recommend the bone in wings, boneless is good too if that's not your thing. It comes with two sides, I'd recommend at least getting the fries. They're super tasty and crispy. They were cooked in some house oil that created a perfect crunch on the outside and a pillowy inside. They were scrumptious. The Asian slaw was green cabbage, pepper and vinaigrette; simple ingredients, yet a strong taste. It was tangy with a fresh twist. The people! The restaurant is run my Koreans, so they for sure know what they are doing; it's authentic. They are super friendly and talkative so if you ever need anything don't be afraid. Stopped here on a taste of Utah County tour and split a chicken sandwich meal, house chicken strips, and sweet Garlic strips. The chicken sandwich was frankly outstanding! There are many great chicken sandwiches in the area, and this was one of the best I've had. Chicken was very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the pickles and red slaw were fantastic. The fries were also excellent - nice and crispy with a bit of a breaded texture. We ordered the slaw on the side, and it was surprisingly excellent - oil based rather than mayonnaise, very crispy, light, and fresh. The chicken strips were below average though. They were small, tough, and lacked the crispiness of the sandwich. The flavor was fine, though both were very sweet, so this isn't what you want if you are looking for something savory. I prefer Chick-Fil-E for chicken strips, but the sandwich was excellent! We will be back for sure. read more

I went to Bok Bok tonight before going out for the night with friends, and it did not disappoint. We ordered each of the sauces in the boneless chicken along with two orders of the Bok Stickers. Everything was delicious. However my favorite was the Snow dry rub, and my least favorite would be the Candy Garlic because it was sweeter. The pot stickers were good as well, just small portions for a bigger group! Definitely worth the experience! If I lived closer I would definitely come more often! Let's just say the food is good until you see how dirty as hell there restroom is. Anyway I walked one day into the restaurant there was nothing on the floor that was dry I fell and the employees just laughed so bad and didn't ask if I was ok neither did they help. The manger called me and said he will pay me back for my food that I had bought but never called back or anything. There service here is crap! Remember when you advertise your food please make sure your kitchen and bathrooms are clean before you tell people about your food. This place needs to close down! It's too dirty to even be open! This place has a definite vibe for being new and different and their garlic candy chicken is quite good! Their sides on the other hand, have much to make up for in adding to the dish. Their fries are good but are often dry and tasteless and their slaw does almost next to nothing to compete with their chicken. It'd almost serve a better purpose as a garnish than anything else. It desperately needs pizazz and flavor! Their butter rice is also JUST rice. No seasoning, and nothing to add to the meal. Please give me something to look forward to at mealtime than just your chicken! My husband lived in Korea and he too was amazed by the authentic flavors and sauces on the chicken. They have a few different options including chicken sandwiches and fried chicken plates. You can get boneless, wings, or a combo of the two. You also choose your sauce, and all plates come with two sides. We tried the house boneless chicken (my personal favorite) and the snow boneless chicken. Sides include Asian Slaw, Butter Rice, or French Fries. We tried one of each, but the asian slaw was easily the best! Try a mix of two of them. The house sauce was incredible, a little sweet and sticky if that is your thing.
