The food was tasty! I ordered four strips tossed in Buffalo sauce and a side of rosemary fries. The strips were excellent and the size is deceiving! I thought four strips would be just enough to get me full, but I was full after eating two. The fries were ok. I love rosemary on my fries, but they were just too salty for me. I wanted to keep eating them but after awhile of munching on them, it was just a little too much for me. The service was fine. I came at an odd time, in between lunch and dinner when it was slow, but when I went up to order there were four people right behind the counter all chit chatting and I felt awkward interfering. Every one of them stared at me intently when I was ordering haha But otherwise, everyone was very nice, and service was fast! Overall I would definitely go back, but I would adjust my order a bit! read more

Morgan is absolutely the best customer service representative I have ever talked to! He went above and beyond to help my family with a partial refund from a mistake from another store location. This man seriously needs a raise. The food is delicious so he definitely saved our opinion of this restaurant! If you see this Morgan, thank you!! read more

Fantastic and juicy chicken tenders and fries I got 4 Nashville hot tenders lightly breaded and basted with gooey goodness fresh cut Cajun fries To me it's like mixing canes chicken and 5 guys fries and Nielsen's frozen custard So it's heaven on the taste buds just don't go there in a hurry took me 18 minutes to get served hot delicious food read more

The food is so good I love the chicken tenders they are perfect they have the perfect amount of moisture. The size of the fry's are huge. I just love the way they make everything it is amazing I love this place 10/10 would recommend. It is so fast to get your food. read more

Food was fine, but they raised prices again. I'm not paying nearly $21 for a sandwich, fries, and drink again. Won't be going back.

The chicken cordon blue sandwich is one of the Bret sandwiches I've ever had. It's big! Big enough for two. I like the variety of sauces that they offer. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes chicken sandwiches. read more

Best chicken I've ever had and I used to work and eat CFA everyday. This place is phenomenal.

Surprisingly found as a quik grub stop the way south. Really good option from the usual bland places. Will be back.

I have been very pleased with their food! I go monthly to get my salad fix! I prefer to dine in than take out, but take out has its conveniences. read more

Really good staff and very good and yummy food 10/10 recommend. The place was nice and clean. Tables weren't dirty and bathrooms weren't trashed. read more

My first time at Super Chix. I had the 4 piece chicken tenders, tossed Nashville hot with regular order rosemary pepper fries. In comparing other similar restaurants this was 5 stars. The chicken was cooked spot on. Large juicy tenders not the least dried out. Much larger tenders then most other restaurants. The fries were the kind I really like. Real potato perfectly crisp & seasoned fries. Ordering the tossed Nashville hot was very good, but super messy. Not something I could eat in my car. I want to try their other sauces so I probably won't get the tossed next time. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Stopped on our way through SLC. We aren't normally a fast food family but needed something. We all loved our food and even though it was super fast is was NOT fast food quality. It's restaurant quality for sure. Sauces were excellent, chicken was all cooked perfect and the fries were tasty. We got the sweet seasoning on the fries. Next time I'll try a different one. The Nashville hot sauce was great. We will be back. read more

The food here tastes great, but it is insanely over priced. If you want good food and are not on any sort of budget this place is great.

Love this place! My wife and I love the simple sandwich and sampling all their sauces. I like the Nashville hot and the Korean BBQ sauces the best. Portions are great and the food is tasty! 10/10 read more

Moved to Mapelton from SLC county and was nervous about the food selection. Super Chix eliminated any worry. This place is amazing and I'll struggle to ever go back to Chick-fil-A. read more

Great food and amazing ambiance. Loved the rosemary fries, grilled chicken Southwest salad, cheesy BBQ chicken sandwich, and peaches & cream custard. Took about 15-20 mins for our food to be brought out but they made it up to us with a complementary extra custard. Shoutout to Debbie! She was awesome. read more

Saw the pics on the website and was excited to try this with my family. Looked like a gourmet version of Chick-fil-A. When I got their and saw that a chicken sandwich is $9-$11 dollars I was shocked. Small cole slaw $3 and fries are $7. I figured maybe the product will justify the cost. Let's start with the fries. They just dumped them all over the sandwiches. It's hard to make bad fries but they did. Super soggy and zero flavor. Chicken strips where so over cooked they where almost black. Chicken parm sandwich $11 not as good as a $1 value sandwich and your average fast food place and those are not good. 2 grilled chicken sandwiches both had the buns not last 1 bite before falling apart. $74 later for very little food and everyone that ate send never get this place again. I am not picky. I'll eat pretty much any food. I couldn't finish mine. It's one thing to try a new place and not be happy but to spend $74 for 4 adults and a child and no one even got full because no one would finish it. The portions where so small I don't think we could have gotten full on it regardless. One highlight was the Mongolian bbq sauce. It was the only thing that saved eating some fries for me. I would have been bummed for $30 but $74 ouch!!!!! read more

Not sure what the hype is about? The staff wasn't following mask rules, and most weren't wearing gloves. The raw chicken was just sitting out with the juices being splattered dangerously near the bun area. The staff was young and untrained with managers yelling at them continuously. After a 45 min wait for food, the fries were cold and limp and the chicken was too - I didn't even eat one of the pieces because it looked raw. I was so done with the experience I didn't even bother complaining, just left. Definitely won't be back. read more

Delicious food, great service, and a fun environment! My favorite so far was the Cheesy BBQ chicken sandwich, it was SO GOOD.

So disappointed! Had a salad, a little chicken very little avocado, 2 small pieces and mostly lettuce and chips. Dressing was fine, but not great. Bought some fries, rosemary small, burnt and over $4, no Bueno! Wife had a chicken sandwich, she enjoyed it. Will not be back, unless my wife needs a Thai Chicken. read more

First visit was much better than the second. The tenders weren't tender...over cooked... they were jerky chewy...and my fries, not one was more than an inch long. Sorry, Super Chix, I won't be back. read more

between poor service (they forgot our sauce), a soggy bun and small overcooked fries, and very little flavor, we won't be going back anytime soon. We were excited to try it and are extremely disappointed. read more

No masks on the employees or patrons. Even the register person was not wearing a mask. We took one look and left.

We love super chixx! They have the best fries and good gluten free options. Highly recommend them!

Holy cripes, miss this place. The chicken was fine, a half-step above Chick-fil-A. The custard was very mediocre. And we paid $12 for fries (2 large orders) that were just INEDIBLY salted. INEDIBLY. It was pricey for fries to start with and we were legit only able to power through like $3 worth. And still the kids ended up with salt-gut stomachaches. I'd have sent them back, but we'd ordered to go. read more

Had the Southwest Chicken Salad and enjoyed it once it was properly had dressing on it. Chicken was moist and delicious. My husband and I had the same just chose grilled chicken on one salad and fried on the other. We then shared so we could enjoy the flavor of both. They have a bar of sauces to customize your chicken the way you like it. We had mixed buttermilk ranch and barbeque sauce to create our own dressing for the salad. My one complaint was not enough dressing on salad when served to us. read more

It's like a better Chick-fil-A. The Nashville hot is really good and the sauces are fun to try.

This place always hits. Great employees. Clean restaurant. It is usually busy, but worth the wait.

Over priced chicken and the ad on the menu showed 7.99 for chicken cordon bleu. When asked why I was charged 8.99 they said the menu can be off on the prices and then didn't even offer to fix my charge or any other incentives or apologies. read more

it gave me and my friend food poisoning, i think i might have ptsd from that experience, i was up all night in the bathroom blowing the toilet up, i can never look at chicken the same, i have to go to a therapist in a different state because of how awful my food poisoning experience was, i need full compensation. read more

Horrible salad. The lettuce tasted like unwashed plastic bag lettuce. It was southwest.. where ere the beans, corn? Worst southwest salad I have ever had. Ice berg lettuce, a couple tomatoes, one thin slice of avocado, couple of tortilla strips, and one small piece of chicken. NOT WORTH the price. read more

if i could give zero stars i would, the shake was some average shake that had that fake chocolate taste, and the fries and chicken had almost no flavor. my mother and i left very unsatisfied and with a gross flavor/taste left in our mouths. and it was over priced. wont be going back there ever again. read more
