My first time at Super Chix. I had the 4 piece chicken tenders, tossed Nashville hot with regular order rosemary pepper fries. In comparing other similar restaurants this was 5 stars. The chicken was cooked spot on. Large juicy tenders not the least dried out. Much larger tenders then most other restaurants. The fries were the kind I really like. Real potato perfectly crisp & seasoned fries. Ordering the tossed Nashville hot was very good, but super messy. Not something I could eat in my car. I want to try their other sauces so I probably won't get the tossed next time. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Stopped on our way through SLC. We aren't normally a fast food family but needed something. We all loved our food and even though it was super fast is was NOT fast food quality. It's restaurant quality for sure. Sauces were excellent, chicken was all cooked perfect and the fries were tasty. We got the sweet seasoning on the fries. Next time I'll try a different one. Saw the pics on the website and was excited to try this with my family. Looked like a gourmet version of Chick-fil-A. When I got their and saw that a chicken sandwich is $9-$11 dollars I was shocked. Small cole slaw $3 and fries are $7. I figured maybe the product will justify the cost. Let's start with the fries. They just dumped them all over the sandwiches. It's hard to make bad fries but they did. Super soggy and zero flavor. Chicken strips where so over cooked they where almost black. Chicken parm sandwich $11 not as good as a $1 value sandwich and your average fast food place and those are not good. 2 grilled chicken sandwiches both had the buns not last 1 bite before falling apart. $74 later for very little food and everyone that ate send never get this place again. I am not picky. I'll eat pretty much any food. I couldn't finish mine. It's one thing to try a new place and not be happy but to spend $74 for 4 adults and a child and no one even got full because no one would finish it. The portions where so small I don't think we could have gotten full on it regardless. One highlight was the Mongolian bbq sauce. It was the only thing that saved eating some fries for me. I would have been bummed for $30 but $74 ouch!!!!! read more

Not sure what the hype is about? The staff wasn't following mask rules, and most weren't wearing gloves. The raw chicken was just sitting out with the juices being splattered dangerously near the bun area. The staff was young and untrained with managers yelling at them continuously. After a 45 min wait for food, the fries were cold and limp and the chicken was too - I didn't even eat one of the pieces because it looked raw. Had the Southwest Chicken Salad and enjoyed it once it was properly had dressing on it. Chicken was moist and delicious. My husband and I had the same just chose grilled chicken on one salad and fried on the other. We then shared so we could enjoy the flavor of both. They have a bar of sauces to customize your chicken the way you like it. We had mixed buttermilk ranch and barbeque sauce to create our own dressing for the salad. My one complaint was not enough dressing on salad when served to us. read more
