Utah smokehouse sandwich
Laura J.

Got the Utah Smokehouse sandwich and it was sooo good. Came out piping hot and fresh! Nice tangy and savory combination.

Utah chain bakery. They have a lot of great bread options. I had a neighbor who worked here and she absolutely loved it.

If you like a hearty bread, then try Dakota: Whole wheat, loaded with nuts and seeds.

Want a sandwich? Go here instead of Jimmy John's. Better tasting sandwich for same amount of money. Very good customer service too.

No, this place is absolute fire. The homie named Gabriel was the one that helped me out and he put…read moreme on a secret menu item called the Pizzle or something like that which was a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich that I was really craving. It was absolute gas. Easily one of my favorite sandwiches I've ever had and their signature bread is what I had it on, and it was fire. I don't even write reviews, but I literally had to sit in my car and do this because of how helpful he was and how good the sandwich was. Not to mention, I drove for 30 minutes and then ate the sandwich after 30 minutes so I didn't eat it necessarily right away and it was still a fire in the bread was still crunchy and soft at the same time. I'm originally from Colorado and I just looked it up online and saw I had 4.1 stars so I went. I don't regret it at all. I was a little skeptical because it was in the gas station and I was like oh this is surprising cause I was expecting a full brick and mortar style Jersey Mike's style deal, but don't let that deter you! Gabriel, thank you, brother you deserve a raise!

Please try this place. I honestly thought "a sandwich shop in a gas station? Hard pass" but I…read morefinally tried it and wish I had done so earlier. The sandwich was bursting with flavor and the Dutch bread was very fresh and soft . I went with the "Madison Bumgarner" which was fantastic. It's a gas station, so expect that ambiance, but it didn't detract.

The gravy was only okay not great and the mashed potatoes were not good. I wish there was anything good I could say. The corn was alright I guess but it's hard to mess that up. The result looked nothing like advertised and on door dash it said it came with green beans but I didnt get any. I wont be back and I do not recommend. I recommend that the cook learn how to make good food before they start charging for it.

They have really hit on a great flavor and texture combo! Just ate there the first time tonight,…read morethe woman there was very nice and helpful explaining the menu. Basically these are "sliders" but the piece of meat is pretty substantial, I'm a big guy and two of these filled me up. I tried one of each of the three sandwich styles, they were all great. The mac and cheese is my favorite. Then, it's not on the menu / not for sale but they treat you to a great dessert, a fried sweet potato mixture. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back! Go on a Sunday if you're willing to eat out Sundays, they do a full size chicken fried steak on Sundays. I'll close by saying I'm a bit of a chicken fried steak connoisseur, I've eaten chicken fried steaks at a lot of places including Nevada casinos. The flavor here at Praise the Lord took me back to the best of these chicken fried steaks.

Sonora on Main Street Do not let the location fool you…read more Tucked into a corner spot near the freeway entrance on Main Street American Fork, Ocotillo is easy to drive past and a mistake to miss. Step inside and you will find a beautifully decorated space with an open kitchen greeting you at the entrance and a staff that is genuinely enthusiastic about the food they are serving. Ocotillo specializes in the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico, a region known for bold meat and seafood dishes. They also offer a daily brunch menu that is worth planning your weekend around. We ordered the tres leches pancakes, a triple stack that delivers exactly what the name promises. Bathed in a three milk mixture and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, moist but not to sweet. The Sonorense combination was equally impressive. Arrachera steak strips, chilaquiles made with poblano chile, a tamal de elote, and two eggs. The arrachera was excellent and the chilaquiles were crispy, which is exactly how they should be and not something every kitchen gets right. The menu is long enough that choosing something different next time will be a genuine challenge. Omelettes, chilaquiles, brioches, and other specialties give you plenty of reasons to return. We are already looking forward to exploring the lunch and dinner menu. Slightly more expensive than a standard breakfast spot, but the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients justify every dollar. Five stars without hesitation.

It was SO dark compared to the rest of the restaurant, which was fully lit. There was one little table lamp, and we literally had to pass it around just to be able to read the menu. Service was also very slow. After waiting several minutes, our server finally came over to greet us, only to tell us they would be back to take our drink orders. Unfortunately, the food was really bland and underwhelming, especially for the prices. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and only ate 1 of the 3. I had to drench the taco in the hot sauces it came with just to give it some flavor. My toddler wanted nothing to do with the fries or the kids' cheese pizza, and the fries honestly seemed undercooked. My husband ordered a burger and said he would've rather just gone to In-N-Out across the street. The ambiance and decor are definitely nice, but it felt like way more effort went into making the restaurant look good than making the food taste good. Service continued to be very slow throughout the meal, and it took forever for someone to check on us and bring the check. I'm not sure if it was because we came during their last hour before closing or because our table was so tucked away, but either way, the overall experience was disappointing. For the prices, we expected much better food and service.
