Got a delivery order to my office nearby. It took an hour to get to my office. When I catch the kid delivering the food, he was like fiddling with his phone and then I noticed the bag had been opened. I said did you open the bag and he's like yes, I was checking in it because I forgot your water. The bag was like crinkled and crumpled with my chips and sandwich. Looks like coffe was spilled on it too. The kid was way frazzled but I didn't trust the food, so I threw the sandwich away and ate my chips. read more

This location struggles. Orders never come out correct. Always missing something or not made correctly. Jimmy John's is our favorite place so it's sad to leave such a terrible review. We understand staffing is hard and most everyone who works there are very young, but that shouldn't matter. We have lived in this area for two years now and it's always the same. We regret going there every-time. I just paid $24 for two combos for it to be a mess. The sandwich is smushed together, broken and soggy. We are missing ingredients for our 2nd sandwich that we requested. Sodas are always flat. Save your self some money and go into the gas station and buy your drinks inside there. I've had this location deliver many times and every time, something is missing, like chips, the drinks or full size bread you can order. If that's not an option, take that off your app. Because we order that at different locations without issues. We also always add a 20% tip when placing a delivery order which you have to pay for at the time you order. We are always happy to tip but not for poor service. This location never updates the app that your order is on the way or that it's been delivered so you are often left wondering if your order even went through or when it will show up? So with todays soggy sad sandwich, we definitely won't be coming back to this location. Thanks! read more

An employee watched me walk in, grab my to-go bag, and walk directly over to the counter to ask them to cut my sandwich. He said he couldn't do it because of company policy. I told him that he watched me the entire time, and I walked directly over within seconds of grabbing the bag. He said he did see the whole thing, but he still couldn't cut my sandwich, and that there was nothing he could do about it. I told him he could take his knife and cut my sandwich in half. But he continued to refuse. This policy is lame. Why not make a customer happy? I held the bag for no longer than three seconds as he watched me. read more

I ordered the #4, the turkey Tom. The bread was fresh soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just the way Jimmy John's makes it. I love their bread. I always order mine with extra sauce, extra oregano, extra lettuce, and easy onions. The only thing the sandwich was missing was the extra sauce. The sandwich a little more dry than I like. I feel like the sauce adds some extra flavor and juiciness to the sandwich. Sadly, it didn't appear that they had even added any sauce to my sandwich. Next time, I will be sure to emphasize "extra sauce" and hopefully I will get some sauce on my sandwich, if I come back to this location. I'd been to another Jimmy John's in Salt Lake City. Not impressed. Now this is one of only a very small handful of places to get lunch near work. It turns out the sandwich is better than I remembered. It certainly beats Subway. It won't match the Chicago deli's of my youth, but then again, it's in Lehi. They are fast. Very fast. I don't know who is managing this Jimmy Johns but I would be ashamed of my employees. I have been to this Jimmy Johns several times hoping for better service to be sadly disappointed. Today's visit was just another prime example of what wasting my money looks like. First off I order my food only to have my food dropped out the window. The cashier couldn't remember what I had ordered even though she made the order. Also, the same employee conversed with her coworker while my food sits on the counter while she ignores me, the customer. Freaky fast, I beg to differ. I accidentally sent my pickup order here which is out of the way. When I drove through to pick up my order everything was fine. Upon driving home I realized they forgot my kickin ranch. I called to see if I could just get a $.50 credit to my number and they said no I'd have to come get the ranch. Why would I wanna drive all the way back for ranch just give me a credit. Went here and accidentally ordered a #6 instead of a number 5. If it was any other mix up I wouldn't have cared but since it was a veggie sub I was a little disappointed even though it was my mistake as I accidentally said the wrong number. I explained the situation and before I could even offer to pay for a new one to be made they said they would make me a number 5 free of charge and had it ready for me before I even sat down. There is something wrong with the management at this Lehi store which is unfortunate since it's the closest one to me. I love jimmy john's and find it to be super convenient and quick but this location is slow and literally just ignores you. Tonight the car in front of me ended up just driving off because no one was helping him after we waited about 15 minutes. Once I got up to the window I waited an additional 10 minutes for them to make my one sandwich, there was also no one in the physical store meaning it wasn't busy at all. No one took my card for payment and like the other car I was about to drive off until they grabbed my car and gave me my food. Jimmy johns makes great sandwiches and "unwiches." I love the convenience - I can order and pay in the app and pick the sandwiches up on my way home (unfortunately they don't deliver to my area). The app usually tells me when the order is ready. And they usually put our names on the sandwiches if I put them in the order. I can use the drive thru or go in to pick up my order. My husband loves the beach club, and my kids and I love the big Italian. Only four stars because they sometimes don't write the names; one time out of about six, the app didn't let me pay online, and I had to go in to pay; and one time the app didn't tell me the order was ready. All minor inconveniences that wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't offered the service... but since they offer it, they should be consistent about it. read more

I have never sent a bad revew with out purpose! I have worked in kitchens for more then 80% my working life the other has been costomer service in one way or an other. So it's always to educate or inform. I left a horrible revew on this location , because ut was BAD! I'm taking it that the owner or a higher up saw my revew and like someone that cares, thay reached out to me. That has never happend! The gm of the location got a hold of me, my crew members were feed for rree! This company actually cares about there costomers! That is rear and hard to find! My first experience with this Jimmy John's was actually quite good. I loved the bread! And, the toppings were great too. My only complaint was the over abundance of mayo on the sandwich. Not a big deal. I'd just asked that it be excluded the next time. When I returned about two weeks later, I asked that instead of mayo they use salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. I was informed that they could not add salt or pepper to the sandwich. Seriously? They can't make a sandwich the way I want it? When I got my sandwich to the car with packets of salt and pepper to sprinkle, I was disappointed to find that the sandwich was slathered with mayo. As much as I liked the bread, I see no reason to return to a sandwich shop that won't make a sandwich the way I want it. Can you say Soup Nazi? read more

Jimmy Johns... Just saying the name makes my mouth water! My premier experience with a Jimmy Johns was in Midland, Michigan and since I have made it a point to stop in whenever I find one. They're mostly found in the Midwest and usually around colleges and universities... Which makes sense when you go in as the decor is focused on that demographic. Neon, trendy posters, signs saying such things as "Free Smells" and "Bread so French it must be liberated!" Having just transferred to SoCal from NYC I have wished long and hard for Jimmy Johns to always be less than a plane flight away. Why they aren't in the 2 largest markets in the US (NYC and SoCal) is beyond me! As it stands currently the closest shop to me is in St. George, which is still a pretty fair drive but doable... *grin* Nonetheless, imagine my joy when I found out they were expanding to Utah and even better, would be less than 5 miles from where I grew up! Now I have no excuse not to visit my parents!! The best part is this shop is quite possibly the best one I've been in! Everything was completely perfect!! Their French bread rolls are quite possibly the softest, tastiest bread you'll ever find, at a chain or otherwise. They make Subway's look and taste like cardboard. The meat is freshly sliced and veggies are perfect and you can't beat the price. I suggest the Billy Club; medium rare roast beef, cheese and all the "freebies". Their chips are house-brand, make sure to give the Jalapeno flavored ones a go but my favorite is the Salt and Vinegar but the BBQ are a very close second!! What I really get a kick of is how fast your order is prepared. You barely have time to tuck your change into your pocket before they call your name! Another clever thing they offer is free delivery. I've never given it a try, but can imagine that it's a nice alternative to Pizza when you're sitting at home or in the dorm 'altered' and shouldn't be on the road yet the munchie god's are demanding satisfaction. Stale bread...got our sandwich and I had to cut off one end because the bread was as hard as a rock.

The customer service was awful. We rolled up after ordering and the guy doesn't even say hi or anything and swings the card reader in my face, then just flings my order at me and doesn't say "thank you for coming!" Or "have a good one!" Then i get home and unwrap my sandwich to only find hard, crusty, stale bread. So frustrating. read more
