This store challenges with everything from listening to cleaning. Pretty much the only things I expect from a jersey mikes.

Best restaurant in town, they have the best employees and the best food. Always. Restaurant is always clean as well read more

Excellent subs and friendly staff. Their hot subs are their specialty in my opinion and the best I've had. Their cold subs are good also but they have more competition in that space. My favorite sub is the #99 which is basically a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with chipotle spread. I love their rosemary parmesan bread. This sub tickles all the right taste buds in my mouth and is delicious! During busy times (prime lunch and dinner time) there can be a wait. Too frequently all the tables will be dirty with nowhere clean to sit. When they're busy, no one is focused on cleaning the dining area for new guests to eat their meals. Their dining area is on the small side. Jersey Mike's is my favorite hot sub place in the area by far! Their hot subs and cheesesteaks are hard to beat. read more

Do not go to this location unless you've got a 1/2 hour to wait for your sandwich to be made. Then they gave it away to an Uber eats guy. Ugh, don't have all day. read more

Jersey Mike's always has friendly and fast service. Anytime I've gone to any location, that is the case. The taste of these sandwiches are several notches above the likes of Subway. The rosemary parm bread is sublime. And I can't wait until the new store opens in Saratoga Springs! read more

Great food and service! Helped me pick out a sandwich and made it Mikes way and it was gas. These guys are unreal sandwich makers read more

The customer service was amazing all the staff was friendly and the blond curly haired girl was probably one of the kindest people I've ever talked too. read more

It's Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches are pretty good and the concept is solid. When it comes down to whether one of their restaurants is good or not, it really boils down each independent operator. This one is solid. The sandwiches were good and well assembled. the prices are set by the company so they're what you're expecting and the service was good. If i was in the mood for Jersey Mikes, I'd be fine with eating here again read more

Great service and efficient! Easy access right off the freeway. Only place open for a good sandwich on a Sunday in UTAH.

Great food and the customer service is wonderful! Great environment as well! I always love coming to this chain but this location really outdid themselves! It's always one of the greatest times of the week to eat here and I love being able to see them make the food while it's fresh! read more

The sandwiches were dry even after stating to not forget the oil and vinegar. The service is good otherwise. read more

This location specifically has the best service hands down. They of course make the best sandwiches (Jimmy John's could never) and have amazing service. They're always so nice when I walk in, and the restaurant is clean too. One day they were short staffed, and they were super apologetic that the service was a little slower. But that's alright! Great service nonetheless. I often drive further just to be at this location. 10/10 read more

I've never been to Jersey mikes before and was so happy to meet your employee chris! chris is an amazing!! after having a super hard day finishing finals for school I went in and his positive attitude was contagious! his customer service skills were better than anywhere I've ever been! the sandwich that he made was seriously one of the best I've ever had. He deserves a raise! seriously! read more

Good sandwiches and friendly service. I come here often and I'm always satisfied. Love it.

Great spot good quality food and they were very quick with everything. Also very friendly

I love Jersey Mikes Subs. Some of the best sandwiches around. The #13 is a masterpiece on bread. The meat is sliced to order. Reminds me of Blimpie, which I also used to love. The pepper relish is bangin. The wait time at this location is always good. The employees are always friendly and helpful. This is a well run location. I would love it if this location had a drive through like the PG location, and the parking lot is always crowded but the food is so good, I can't dock stars for that. I can't say I've ever gone wrong deciding to grab a JM's Sub. read more

Is it fancy? No. Do I love it? Yes. I've always been a simple is better when it comes to sandwiches, and this style takes me back to an old grinder shop in SoCal I used to go to. I'm excited to be getting one in SaratogaSprings, but will have to up my workout game as a result. read more

The current employees are so polite, the service is fast and the food is the closest I can get to an east coast hoagie in Utah. Normally wouldn't review a fast food place but this particular location really made my teenage son's day. The girl slicing the meats and the cashier had him commenting on how much fun they seemed to be having at their job and how they made his day. He is not one to say an opinion either way but even later that night he spoke about how the polite employees made his day better. read more

First time having jersey mikes as it was referred to me by a friend. I stopped by this location and was completely blown away by the customer service. So nice and friendly. The sandwich was excellent! Definitely will be back read more

Average sandwich place. Not bad by any means, just won't be my first sandwich place to go to. I had the chipotle cheesesteak sandwich. I asked for light chipotle sauce, and was heavy OR I would hate to know what heavy would be. Flavor was good. Compared to pictures of it, the sandwich was very lightly filled with meat. The staff was very kind and helpful. And fast too! read more

Always fast. Always great quality. When other places won't answer the phone and are too busy to take our orders, we can always count on Jersey Mike's to feed our hungry family. read more

A cut above! They literally cut each piece of meat and cheese to order. I am very impressed with the quality if this chain had thought it would be nothing special. And you know I don't know that it is special so much as it is a quality that sets a standard for chain sandwich shops everywhere! The sandwiches speak for themselves. Their roast beef is prepared in house and delicious. The bread is crisp and and soft, just like you want it! The veggies have flavor! Flavor people (unlike s place that rhymes with "bub hay") I'm a fan of the cheese steaks but honestly their roast beef is really good and everything else besides! You have to try your sandwich "Mike's Way", which means lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oils, and seasonings. So good (even on the cheese steak)! Friendly and efficient staff here with a very casual interior design. Thanks for showing us what the standard should be! read more

I tried this for the first time yesterday, I found the quality, quantity, and price to be pretty fair. Jersey Mikes is on the more expensive side of sandwich restaurants but the subs are 14 inch with great flavor. The portion of meat on the sandwich is pretty good as well. read more

Terrible experience. I'm just glad we're not in a pandemic and that Covid is over, pretty unsanitary to not having any employees wearing a mask. Making matters worse, my online order was placed, when I arrived the employees came scrambling from the back and hadn't even started the order. Not only a higher Covid risk but not sure the purpose of online ordering/ordering ahead if you still have to wait for them to make the order when you arrive and wait. read more

These guys saved the day after a horrible experience with Capriotti's in the same shopping center. Came through with a party tray for 12 on demand and helped carry it out to the car to get me on my way. Fantastic crew and service read more

Definitely the yummiest sandwich I've ever had! I love the number 13 Mike's way best!

I love the fresh subs. They cut the cheese and deli meat right in front of you and they are thin sliced. The bread is fresh and delicious and make sure to do it Mike's Way. Ordered the Turkey Provolone and was not disappointed read more

Jersey's reuben is pretty fantastic, especially considering it's the nearest reuben to my house on any given day. Its only shortcoming is that it's a little bready--this from a guy whose favorite flavor is "white bread." The classic reuben is, of course, made with rye bread, which in all its other forms is an abomination. But the sauerkraut and dressing are designed to totally overwhelm the dirty-herb flavor of the rye, making for one of the world's tastiest sandwiches. Jersey's reuben is made with the same sub loaf as their other sandwiches, and it doesn't get out of the way so easily. It's a big fella. It's an alien experience to eat a reuben that's enveloped in so many inches of bread. Now, if I were smart, I'd have put my bread knife to work and cut a few layers off the outside of the sandwich before finishing it. But the meat, dressing, cheese and sauerkraut were so delicious and so artfully combined that I forgave the whole thing and ate it anyway. So there you have it. read more

I just came in tonight and had a great experience with my mom. Connor was especially friendly and knowledgeable. The whole crew was actually very nice. The food is great and I will be coming back. read more

We used a coupon provided by Jimmerosity to try this new place in Lehi. Jersey Mike's makes a good sandwich. This review is forcing me to think about sandwiches and these questions come to mind. What makes an incredible sandwich? Does an incredible sandwich exist? Are there bad sandwiches? Have I had a bad sandwich? After all it's bread, vegetables and dressing. Jersey Mike's will have the sandwich that you're looking for and it will be great. Incredible? Maybe if you're having lunch with Bigfoot:) read more
