Excellent subs and friendly staff. Their hot subs are their specialty in my opinion and the best I've had. Their cold subs are good also but they have more competition in that space. My favorite sub is the #99 which is basically a Big Kahuna Cheesesteak with chipotle spread. I love their rosemary parmesan bread. This sub tickles all the right taste buds in my mouth and is delicious! During busy times (prime lunch and dinner time) there can be a wait. Too frequently all the tables will be dirty with nowhere clean to sit. When they're busy, no one is focused on cleaning the dining area for new guests to eat their meals. Their dining area is on the small side. Jersey Mike's is my favorite hot sub place in the area by far! Their hot subs and cheesesteaks are hard to beat. read more

This location specifically has the best service hands down. They of course make the best sandwiches (Jimmy John's could never) and have amazing service. They're always so nice when I walk in, and the restaurant is clean too. One day they were short staffed, and they were super apologetic that the service was a little slower. But that's alright! Great service nonetheless. I often drive further just to be at this location. 10/10 read more

The current employees are so polite, the service is fast and the food is the closest I can get to an east coast hoagie in Utah. Normally wouldn't review a fast food place but this particular location really made my teenage son's day. A cut above! They literally cut each piece of meat and cheese to order. I am very impressed with the quality if this chain had thought it would be nothing special. And you know I don't know that it is special so much as it is a quality that sets a standard for chain sandwich shops everywhere! The sandwiches speak for themselves. Their roast beef is prepared in house and delicious. The bread is crisp and and soft, just like you want it! The veggies have flavor! Flavor people (unlike s place that rhymes with "bub hay") I'm a fan of the cheese steaks but honestly their roast beef is really good and everything else besides! You have to try your sandwich "Mike's Way", which means lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oils, and seasonings. So good (even on the cheese steak)! Making matters worse, my online order was placed, when I arrived the employees came scrambling from the back and hadn't even started the order. Jersey's reuben is pretty fantastic, especially considering it's the nearest reuben to my house on any given day. Its only shortcoming is that it's a little bready--this from a guy whose favorite flavor is "white bread." The classic reuben is, of course, made with rye bread, which in all its other forms is an abomination. But the sauerkraut and dressing are designed to totally overwhelm the dirty-herb flavor of the rye, making for one of the world's tastiest sandwiches. Jersey's reuben is made with the same sub loaf as their other sandwiches, and it doesn't get out of the way so easily. It's a big fella. It's an alien experience to eat a reuben that's enveloped in so many inches of bread. Now, if I were smart, I'd have put my bread knife to work and cut a few layers off the outside of the sandwich before finishing it. But the meat, dressing, cheese and sauerkraut were so delicious and so artfully combined that I forgave the whole thing and ate it anyway. So there you have it. read more

I've noticed this place since first open been open but I've kinda been avoiding it. I'm kinda just sick of all the subs and pizza places that pretty much all taste the same. So I was like I'm gonna wait awhile til I try that one... Well my husband and I finally went and I was pleasantly surprised. I think this is our favorite sub place. I don't know just something about it hit the spot. It's not as cheap as jimmy johns or subway but it's better. You can get a giant which is huge!! If you get that you can share it with someone lots of food. Only thing I didn't like service was way slow! They only had 3 employees but that probably should have had 5. Phenomenal service. I went to try this place out for the first time and the staff was friendly and fast. As I went up to pay, I realized I forgot my credit card in my coat that was still at the office! I was just going to leave and forget about it, but the manager insisted I keep the food and just call and pay over the phone later. I was blown away by their kindness. I got back to my office and immediately called them back. The sub itself was high quality, I got the tuna sub on the rosemary Parmesan bread. You could tell it was fresh made. The sub does come with oil and vinegar so make sure you ask for it off if you don't like it. I thought it was very tasty however and a nice twist on the classic tuna flavor. The bread was also very delicious. 10/10 would go there again and the service made me a lasting customer!! read more

Jersey Mike's is a great sub shop. They've got a few dozen varieties, and they slice the meats and cheeses fresh when you order. They aren't stingy with them, either. By default, the cold subs are finished "Mike's way" which means they are topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and some spices. Be advised: Mike apparently likes his subs wet, because they will *saturate* your sandwich in oil and vinegar unless you say otherwise. It's a good sandwich for a fair price. Despite being a brand new store, the service was fast, friendly and professional--these guys know their game. I'm sure I'll be back frequently. read more

I LOVE sandwiches!! I haven't been to Jersey Mike's in years, so I decided to go for it. While my sandwich was delicious, the service was not so hot. I placed my order online and selected to have my order delivered curbside. I had my daughter with me and she didn't have shoes on , and I just had shoulder surgery and can't lift her. When I arrived, there was no place to park (not their fault, busy shopping center...although they do need curbside parking places). I called into the store and said I was there. The girl who answered told me that they don't do curbside and it's a flaw with the online ordering....I politely asked if she could bring my food to me if I pulled up outside the doors because there was no place to park and I couldn't carry my daughter in. She told me I would have to wait until the line was gone (there was a huge line out the door). I was not happy. I had to park, a little ways away and leave my daughter and run in and grab my food.
