I like this place. The first guy I ordered from could probably use some tips on greeting customers. I really like that there is a fake turkey option. The sub was really good and I look forward to getting it again. After I ate, I decided I wanted a cookie and got in line again. Worst service ever. Server gave us the wrong sandwich and when my husband took it back she argued with him. She then walked off in a huff and slammed the incorrect sandwich in the garbage. She finally made the correct sandwich but I didn't trust her. I complained to a man who seemed to be the manager but he was too busy to look up from his paperwork. I didn't have high or low expectations of this place, and that's exactly what I got. They had a huge delivery order before our large party, so the orders took a lot longer than a normal sandwhich shop might have. I ordered the cheesesteak, which was described and pictured with peppers and onions, but it came with neither, and a bunch of mushrooms, so that was weird. Also when they gave me my change back it was incorrect because they can't count in our currency as well. Pretty wild, I haven't experienced this anywhere that I can recall. One of their daughters is just hanging in the restaurant at a table. I respect the hustle but you need to have adequate support staff to help your employees through the most basic and critical process of business. I placed an order through Uber Eats and the driver waited over an hour at the shop with no movement. This wasn't during lunch or dinner rush -- just complete disorganization. No one answered the phone after multiple attempts to reach them. The lack of communication is unacceptable. For a place with such high prices, I expected at least decent service -- this was the opposite. Management needs to take immediate action to fix these issues. Until then, I won't be ordering again and don't recommend others waste their time or money. read more

I'd heard amazing tings about the "Bobbie" from a friend in Vegas. It pretty much lived up billing, which is impressive since it's not a set of fillings I thought I would like. We also got a cheesesteak. By not calling it a Philly Cheesesteak, I can get behind it. It's a very good sandwich. It may be a chain, but given the extremely sad state of independent sandwich shops in the area, It's a welcome addition. OK sandwich, poor service. We called ahead to place an order to go, since restaurants were not supposed to be open. The girl who took my order was unfriendly and sounded annoyed that I was calling. At one point while giving my order, I could tell she set the phone down and another person picked up. I was caught off guard and asked if I needed to repeat my order (I was confused why I was now talking to a different person). The guy who picked up said he had the order and sounded just as confused as I did. When we arrived to pick them up, she was just as irritated in person as she was on the phone. I paid for my sandwiches ($17 for three small sandwiches-no chips or drinks) and then she pointed to the other end of the counter where the order was. I assumed that meant I was to go pick it up. None of the sandwiches were marked, so it was a guessing game of which was which-and two of the three were wrong (I had asked for no mayo or tomatoes. But we got 'em anyway.) The sandwiches themselves were ok-nothing remarkable. The only bread choice was white, which I don't prefer. For the price, I'd expect it to be on par with some of the other comparable sandwich places-but the poor service, lack of bread choice and sub par food left me not wanting to return. read more

Needing a quick lunch and not wanting a burger decided on a sandwich shop. The bread was soft but the amount of meat just seemed lacking. Even the veggies were slim. Usually when you go into a sandwich shop you at least get half a head of lettuce but here you get a loaf of bread. Customer service was typical fast food chain. Employees hate their job and hate anyone that comes in to order. I've driven through this shopping center lots of times. And I've never noticed that there was a sandwich shop. It's always been there. But it took a search on the Yelp app to surface it and tell me it's there. A sandwich was what I wanted and a sandwich is what I got. I got the Slaw Be Jo and while there is a ton to like about it, I like my slaw to be much more vinegar punched, and this was a sweeter and more flat flavor. The Russian dressing helped, but I did want more punch even so. I also tried a bit of the Thanksgiving-themed one--I don't recall the name--and I liked it even more. I have no idea why there are Dum-Dums by the door, but they say adults can take one so I did. The fast casual setting is good, and for $10 or so for the small, it's a big enough sandwich to fill you up. The service was pretty stellar. How can another sandwich shop stand out? Fantastic bread, a special seasoning spread along with a difficult name to pronounce, that just may do the trick. The bread is soft but still has a nice bite to it. I ordered what seemed like a simple "Ham and cheese" But was pleasantly surprised to see it loaded with a hot pepper spread (NOT hot by the way) and a seasoning on it that gave it a nice extra 'umph. It also paired great with some bbq chips. I'm weird and like to put chips in my sandwiches for an extra crunch factor. Note when taking kids: the chairs and tables are metal and make very loud grinding sounds on the floor when you try to move them. An okay sandwich that seems a bit overpriced and takes a long time to get made. I went with the Bobbie based off a staff recommendation since this was my first time. I was running a little late so I thought I'd give this place a shot since I figured it would be fast. The staff were not overly friendly (seemed stressed) but not mean or anything like that. After ordering, I waited with my receipt. There were a few other people in the place waiting for food as well. I went with the cold Bobbie because I didn't want to wait to have it cooked. Still, after ordering, I waited over 10 minutes to get my cold sandwich which seemed really long considering there was no line or anything at the register. The sandwich itself is basically a turkey cranberry stuffing combination that makes you think of Thanksgiving. Not bad but I wish there were less stuffing and more turkey on it. Portions seemed off because there was too much cranberry sauce too. Not bad but nothing special and don't go if you are in a hurry, this is not Jimmy Johns or Subway. So disappointed! We ordered the veggie cheese burger as a takeout sandwich, and we waited over 15 minutes to get the simple order. When we opened it - it was clearly a MEAT sandwich (see photo below). When we pointed out the error over the phone, they didn't seem apologetic and only offered a refund and replacement sandwich. We picked up Capastrami's tonight and they had half the pastrami and coleslaw that they used to. I don't know if they're having a problem ordering the quantity of meat that the used to, but it's no longer worth the price. I walked in this restaurant and immediately felt like I stepped back into Philly. It has a great vibe, but it's not necessarily a Utah vibe, ya know? Everyone was friendly and down to earth. There was a line when I arrived and a longer line when I left. For people not interested in waiting in line, there are takeout bags set out for online and phone orders! There were lots of construction workers in the restaurant, so I immediately knew this place had good, solid food.
