Almost zero meat, a few chopped tomato pieces and very little cheese in my 3 supreme tacos. 2 others I was with - also same amount of (almost zero) meat and same with cheese, etc! We came for the happy hour freezes but the machine was broken. Last time we came, it was broken as well. My little boy got a cheese roll up and I got a Mexican pizza. The food was good. My Mexican pizza had a fair amount of toppings on it and was gooey with cheese. My little boy said his one roll up had a lot of more cheese in it than his other one. The employee who helped me was nice. I had been asked if I wanted to round up for college students and I declined. When I arrived at the window to pay, I was told my total was an even amount and more than what had showed up on the screen. Our family loves Taco Bell, likes to support all restaurants, but we will likely not return to this location for awhile, if ever, even with it being the most convenient location for us. Used drive thru on a weekday evening, around 5:20. No cars in line, which was a bit interesting for dinner time. Two of our kids noticed all the cars at Chik-fil-a and commented how it was strange no one was at Taco Bell. Said we were lucky. Ordering was okay, but the individual taking our order was abrupt and seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe because we ordered a 12-pack of tacos, a couple of meals and a few individual burritos. But, seemed a bit unusual given no other cars in line and only a few in the lot. Specifically told him no sauces needed (I know, many would say that's boring and sacrilegious). Young Cashier was more polite at the window, had our order done more quickly than I thought possible, which was nice. Didn't check our order once received until getting home (haven't learned my lesson). One larger burrito and a bean & cheese burrito missing. Bag full of about 40 sauce packets (see pic - had told him no sauce). That's why the bag felt like it had the adequate amount of food by weight and volume. Looking back, cashier did give a funny smile/smirk when handing us the food. Kind of sad for whoever franchises this location (or maybe they don't franchise?). I remember working in the food industry as a teen and feeling bugged with people when it was busy and they aren't prepared for their turn to order/pay, or they are hyper vigilant about every small detail, or pull out 7 coupons and some change (didn't realize at the time these were the people that I should've been nicest to). So, I always try to be polite, respectful and cheerful with these younger employees, recognizing that they are doing good by working at younger ages. Two of our family members who weren't with us when we picked up the food felt a bit ill afterward (didn't tell them about the situation until the next day). Maybe just coincidence. We ended up throwing the tacos away, a bit worried about what may have been done to them. From reading other comments, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident at this location. I bike by here every day on my way to work and watched this building grow from an empty lot to a beautiful new Taco Bell. New Taco Bells are awesome. Great outdoor seating, and a modern interior set these apart from the old Taco Bell you may be used to. This one is nearly identical to the other Lehi location, which is only a few miles away...I was surprised to see them put in a new one so soon and close to the other, but happy that this one is closer to home. The food is Taco Bell. You either hate it or love it. Most items share the same core ingredients. You already know that. I will say though, if you haven't tried a $5 box you are missing out on a great value. It is hands down the best deal in fast food. I love Taco Bell. Way efficient at getting food out quickly. Young staff but full of so much energy, we share a laugh every now and then either in the drive thru or at the indoor kiosk. I think I'd pass on this particular location near Lehi Outlet Mall. They are natorious for charging you for every thing you order but shorting your order. If you go here count every item before leaving the drive up, cause they won't honor the order if you return later claiming you were shorted. This is a great Taco Bell location! Employees are friendly and covid precautions are being taken to help customers feel safe. I appreciate employees wearing masks, contactless payment and putting food in a plastic container to hand it to the customer. This makes everyone safer. I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions in a space of 5 months and they have messed on my order on all 3 visits. All visits has been via Drive Thru and it wasn't until we got home that we seen the mistake. Some of the examples was a Cheese and Bean Rice Burrito that had sour cream when it doesn't. Another was ordering a Nacho Bell Grande with just Cheese and Beef and making it clear that's it and ALL 3 TIMES they managed to messed that up. On 4/28/20 I ordered Via mobile for pickup. When I showed up when I was notified it was ready, I waited for about 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. I said I was here for a pickup. They had sold out of the flammin hot Doritos shell so they had waited on that. I ordered some party packs and paid extra to make them supreme. I asked to verify that they made them that way. They said that they did. When I got home NOTHING had been made supreme AND I was missing 4 crunchy shell tacos from one of the packs.
