Had a great dinner here the other night. The service was great and the food was tasty, as always. I ordered the kale crunch salad, which I love, and grilled nuggets. The nuggets were seasoned and cooked perfectly. I love dipping them in their buffalo sauce. The salad is truly one of my favorites and the kale was super fresh. The only thing about it was the bowl wasn't as full as other locations I've been to. They definitely could have added more. Mt husband ordered the spicy deluxe with tomato on the side and extra pickles. When our order came out, we noticed the tomato and a bunch of lettuce was on the side. There were no extra pickles and we checked our receipt to find we had been charged extra for the tomatoes and lettuce. His sandwich also had the tomato on the inside so they didn't even remove it but charged us more. It was so busy, we didn't want to say anything but this was a little irritating! Life hack: you can ask for frosted sodas at this location. If you get a frosted root beer, it's like a root beer float! It does cost an extra $2.30, so it may not be a regular treat, but good every once in a while. I've been to this location a few times and I've gotten quick service each time. First off, if you're using your GPS and are told to turn left, take the turn after the Wendy's and not the one right by the Chick-fil-A. It is technically an entrance, but it's a really weird turn and much easier if you're turning right. Otherwise, the Wendy's turn is much easier. That weird turn hasn't tainted my experience at this location, though. My food came out nice and warm, both inside the restaurant and in the drive through. I love how this location is so close to work for me, so when I'm having a craving I can hop on by for a #1 (my go to - where it all started years ago when my sister got me a sandwich for the first time, back in VA). This Chick-fil-A is pretty efficient, for the most part. They have now designated lanes for mobile orders and drive through, with attendants outside taking orders during prime, busy hours. I am surprised at how much smaller the portion of sandwich is, but that's all across the board (I get it... inflation, cost, bottom line, etc). But I still go back because it's one of my favorite chicken sandwiches... oh and the fries too! I really do enjoy most of the menu, including breakfast, but I have a hard time breaking out of my norm sometimes. Overall this location is great! The staff is helpful and kind and it's clean. Good evening, I've never experienced anything but good food and service from Chick-fil-a. But that all changed this evening, starting with a mystery beverage. I ordered Dr Pepper for my girlfriend. The bag clearly says Dr Pepper but what we got was some sort of poorly mixed mystery diet soda. Next all of our fries, her nuggets and my sandwich were cold! Like they had been sitting outside in the 40 degree outside night air! To top this perfect order off they did not include any napkins. So here we were dining on cold food, washing it down with mystery soda and looking for something to wipe out hands and faces. Come on Chick-fil-A you can do so much better! read more

I enjoyed my chicken biscuit. The biscuit was fresh and buttery. The chicken fillet that latte and covered the entire biscuit. I got a dipping sauce to add to my biscuit so it wouldn't feel dry when eating it. I was pleasantly surprised I didn't need the sauce, but the sauce did complement the sandwich. After asking for the correction, I've had one specific worker roll her eyes at me as well as act like I was inconveniencing her. The second time it was the same girl. I felt too nervous to ask for the correct order. This location has always been solid, but lately the drive thru has been lacking. They've forgotten meal items, given me the wrong sodas, and forgotten sauce for the whole meal. I hate to complain. This use to be the fastest chick fila drive thru but now they are down to one lane for regular customers which takes forever!!! It's been 15 minutes sitting here to get through and still sitting here!! They also brought us our food and we have eaten it and still not able to get out of this damn line!! This location consistently tries to give as few fries as possible. And will try to short you in as many ways as possible. When this is brought to their attention, they try to claim that they don't fill up the containers anymore or that the fries will compact in the box as they get colder. Potatoes cost them less than $.25 and yet they can't fill up a box all the way. As much as I love Chick-fil-A, their customer service, their app with points #FreeStuff... Nowadays it's all about how efficient they are with takeout/online ordering. The unfortunate thing about this location is you don't have very good cell phone service! So if you are trying to make an order online it is a little risky. Last time I went, we sat in the mobile order pick up slot for about 30 minutes! I knew that my order had been placed because I was given the chance to type in my pick up number; however, I usually get an email with my purchase confirmation. Because the cell service is sketchy right here, I wasn't sure if it had actually gone through. And the worst part about dining/pick up is that employees hardly ever come by the car unless they're bringing your order, so you cannot get their attention very well. (Thanks COVID ugh). Which is crazy, seeing as Chick-fil-A really does know how to do their thing. Granted, there was a ton of people, but as fast as they normally are, it was a little stressful. Ideally, I would go through the drive-through in this location. Again, because you don't have very good cell phone service and at least at the drive-through you'll know your order has gone through things to their nifty tablets. Overall, Chick-fil-A really is wonderful! Their food is always hot and fresh, and they always have great options. Whether you're in the mood for a sandwich, a side of kale salad #HealthyAF, or an entire platter of chicken nuggets, they'll definitely be the restaurant to hit up for your lunch break. TIPS & TRICKS: * Again, this particular location is very busy around lunch and dinner times. Posting on behalf of my wife. Chick-fil-A has always been the gold standard for moving customers through drive thru's quickly and efficiently. Since they have incorporated mobile orders and allowed customers a designated lane in the drive thru, all efficiency has gone out the window. To roll out a feature for the few they have impacted the many, and in doing so have taken away one of the incentives for busy moms to go to Chick-fil-A. I have been here a few times now and each time is the same. It doesn't speed up mobile orders or drive thru orders, it has significantly slowed down both. Never has a Chick-fil-A drive thru taken this long, and we come here quite often. It would be faster to go through the drive thru before all of this, instead of even doing a mobile order. read more

Chick Fil A is always busy here in Utah. This location is no different. As of right now, there drive through is the only thing open. They are doing some construction right now which was kind of weird for the drive through. With that being said, they did have more people outside taking orders and directing traffic. (After we ordered there was another person directing the merging of the two lanes. I thought it was odd because many other restaurants have these lanes without needing help) I digressed....I do love their lemonade. It is probably one of my favorite lemonades. They do make it fresh. It's very rare to always find a great experience at a fast food restaurant, however Chick-fil-A always delivers! I love the consistency in their training with very young kids who this is probably their first job, but they do an amazing job at helping the customer to feel welcome and servicing the customer in a very timely and quick fashion. Plus their food is always amazing and I've never had anything at Chick-fil-A that didn't taste very consistent, very tasty, and the best chickens around. Chick Fil A is pretty consistent across all their locations-which I believe is a factor of their success. The food is always good, the service is great ("my pleasure!") and even though they are always busy, they move through the line quickly. Their mobile app and rewards program is pretty good-I'm very protective of what I download on my phone and use their app whenever I visit. It seems that the rewards bank up quickly and every few visits I've earned something free. This particular location is a little tricky to get to if you're driving south. The turn in to the driveway is only meant for cars traveling north. So if you're driving south, you either have to make an illegal and difficult to navigate turn or flip around (dangerous depending on traffic) to get in. That's my only real complaint about this location. Otherwise, it's great! read more

Man, where to start. My wife and daughter have been sick so I went to pick up food for them. I went through the drive thru, got the food, and headed home. When i got back home with the food we quickly realized they had forgotten our 30 pc chicken nugget. I started driving back to the store and called the store while I was driving, I talked to the Manager named Samuel. I told Samuel what had happened, I told him I was frustrated and asked what they were going to do to correct it. He asked if I was coming back to the store, and I told him, "yes I am, but I don't want to, but you guys forgot my nuggets." He told me they wouldn't make me anymore nuggets, and said he was going to refund me and then HUNG UP THE PHONE on me. Customer Service 101, mess up the food order and then hang up on the customer whose order your store messed up. As you could imagine that didn't sit well, especially since I was already half way back to Chick Fil A. It was snowing out, and my wife and kid were still hungry. I didn't want a refund, i wanted to get my wife and baby some chicken nuggets. I get back to to the store, I meet Samuel, who is the store manager, and asked him why he hung up the phone. He said because I was being rude. I said I was being rude because you messed up my order. He snapped back that he, personally did not screw up my order and would not be making me anymore nuggets and proceeded to pull out his cell phone and call 911. I am not making any of this up, I wish I was. I did not once threaten him or anyone at Chick Fil A, I ONLY wanted them to fix their mistake, by making me a new 30 piece chicken nugget. I waited there for not one, not two, but 3 Lehi officers to show up. They were all super friendly once I was able to let them know what had happened. One of the officers went in and made sure they refunded my entire order and not just chicken nuggets. Which was super nice of him to do. The fact is, Chick Fil A messed up an order, and instead of providing good customer service to right their wrong, they ended up making a mess out of my day and causing a giant scene. I would hope Chick Fil A would do something additional to right this wrong, but based on their manager Samuel, and his customer service, who knows. Lets hope they do the right thing. read more

But I have had a few negative-ish experiences at this particular location which seems like a pattern now instead of a coincidence. A little skimpy on the food compared to other chick-fil-a's I've been to. (I have four little kids...I've been to A LOT.) And a little miscommunication amongst employees where one would tell me one thing and then another would disagree. Doesn't make for the most pleasant experiences. Worst service I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. In fact, this is the FIRST and ONLY instance of poor service I've EVER experienced at any Chick-fil-A! So I was 5th in line (as I arrived after my family of 8 who just spent $60+ on food). The very nice fella working the only open register sees the long line. He is in the midst of serving a customer with multiple coupons. The worker turns and asks The Manager (Sarah C) to please open another register. Manager Sarah C says nothing and walks away. When Sarah C is close enough, the worker AGAIN asks Sarah C to open another register and help the people waiting in line. Again, Sarah C says nothing and walks away. Meanwhile the patrons in the long line begin talking about how they've never before seen anything like this at a Chick-fil-A. It appears Sarah C has better things to do than serve customers. Next time I'm going to drive my family of 9 across town to the American Fork Chick-fil-A where the service is up to Chick-fil-A standards. read more

I LOVE Chick Fil A! They make the best chicken sandwiches and always have the best service. This location is close to my house so I come here regularly. The drive thru line is usually always long but same days it'll move fast and others, it'll take 30 minutes. But the food is always perfect!
