I travel for my job and I am always comparing every other juice bar to this place. My friends that come here with me have strong opinions of which bowl is their favorite. The most important thing is that this isn't flavoring and sugar like most places...its real fruit combined in ways Ivie discovered as a college athlete. I have to say though, none of the workers quite make the Poison bowl as well as Ivie the owner but she created it so she knows the right portions... anyways I digress My personal fave is the poison bowl. Dark chocolate makes it less sweet than some of the others but I just feel refreshed after I eat it. It's so good I rarely get anything else. My friend's favorite is the Beach Babe bowl. I also loved the oxygen and tried it before and after a treadmill workout and felt amazing. Its scary to drink stuff before running so I was impressed but also happy with the effects. All the juices are good. I also love the carb the craving smoothie which is a blend of pumpkin/oatmeal/cinnamon/heaven. The prices are a little higher than junk food but definitely worth it. The place was empty, so I guess a Friday night is the time to go to Ivie! I liked the vibe of the place. It's clean and fresh and nice. My interaction with the staff was pretty minimal, but they were nice enough. Getting a bathroom key was a little bit awkward. My friend got an acai bowl, which I would have tried had I not been on a juice cleanse. It looked delicious. I can vouch for that much. I love the Kimball and subbing the peanut butter for pb2, and no honey (o don't need the extra sugar). The Malibu by itself is great, as is the gonzo. Very yummy acai bowl! Ivie is conveniently located right next to my gym so it's really easy to stop in before or after my workout. They did run out of quite a few items one of the days that I was there, which effected my friends orders but not mine. I'll continue to return due to the convenience! I like the Provo location a lottttt better. Came in this morning to just get The Basic protein shake, right after my workout, and the girl kept telling me that they didn't carry that item. All that comes in the drink is, protein, milk, and water. Which to me, is a simple request for a juice bar to make... She then tried to charge me 6.95 until I pulled up the Provo menu and showed her it was only 3.95 (which is still too much IMO). After talking to her boss, it turns out it is on the menu and she finally rang me up for it. The girl did after all apologize, which was appreciated. Recently moved to Utah from California and being able to find someplace near our new home with lots of healthy options has been pretty difficult. A friend of ours recommended to meet here one morning while her car was being serviced so we could chill and drink a smoothie. Lo and behold, we found that Ivie had a vast array of healthy options on their menu ranging from juices, Acai bowls, smoothies, all the way to shots of sea vegetables, which tasted awesome. I had to travel to Orem for work from salt lake. After finishing the service call I decided I wanted to have Açaí bowl for breakfast. To my delight, I found that there is an Ivie Juice bar right near the job I had just finished. I usually stop into the South Jordan location as it's the closest to my house and they always make a good fruit bowl so decided to try Orem. I walked in and was warmly welcomed by one of the employees. I ordered the Kimball bowl to go and they started preparing it right away. I took a seat to wait for the order and as I was waiting one of the friendly staff asked what music I'd like to listen to while I wait. I of course chose Bob Marley. As the music started I instantly felt at home in this establishment and had a nice chat with the employee and/or manager. The bowl came out full and looked delicious. Tasted great too! Ok, I get that this location is new. But I've been in here about 5 times and I have yet to meet anyone who can answer basic questions about the menu. The good: smoothies and shakes are tasty, prices are fair and about the same as you would pay elsewhere. Now for the bad. Employees know pretty much nothing about the menu. When asked their favorite items, it's clear they haven't tasted them before. When asked what kind of preworkout they had, the girl answered "uhhhh... I think it's protein??" Employees are always sitting around chatting in the back. They take FOREVER to make the shakes. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 smoothies when no one else was in the store. They also serve their smoothies without any lids, which I find annoying. They have good products, I would just suggest they train their staff a little better. read more

I visited the South Jordan/Daybreak Store on New Year's Day 2018 expecting average smoothies and second string staff. However...I was pleasantly surprised. My smoothie was made with fresh (not frozen) fruit and was perhaps the best tasting smoothie I've had anywhere. Regarding the staff, Savana was both cheerful and very knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of each smoothie blend. She was clearly NOT a second string employee. The place was clean, didn't smell like a dirty dish cloth and was overall pleasant. If you're in the mood for a good smoothie in a pleasant atmosphere, my take is, it would be hard to find anything better than the Daybreak Ivie's. And if you're fortunate enough to have Savana help you, you're in for possibly the best smoothie you've ever had. read more

Unfortunately my first experience here was great, however, this morning my boyfriend and I arrived here 2 mins before the opening time. Sure no problem they will open in 2 mins. We waited outside in the cold and saw that the employees saw us. We even waited a few more minutes after 8:00 am and they still didn't unlock the door. I waited for more than 20 minutes for a smoothie and açaí bowl, I finally asked about it, mind you no one else was in the store, and they said oh sorry our printer was out of paper. They had AT LEAST 3 employees in there and no one even noticed we hadn't gotten our order, after asking where our order was we waited another 10 minutes and I finally got up and asked for a refund. The employee said oh we are just going to give you bigger sizes instead, I didn't ask for that... but I didn't want to make a scene. I honestly haven't had such bad customer service.
