Terrible Experience due to Faulty Lids We ordered seven 16-oz smoothies for our entire family. As we backed out of the parking lot, the smoothie carrier shifted slightly, which somehow made 3 of the smoothie lids go flying off. The smoothies spilled out completely, all over the car, leaving purple stains everywhere. We went back in and explained the situation. No refund or in-store credit for the lost smoothies, so we wasted $50 and half an hour mopping smoothie off the car with napkins. The smoothies that survived were disappointingly bland. If you order a smoothie here, do not let it leave your sight or your hand, otherwise your car and clothes will be ruined. read more

Great stop for a ladies day out, and they have a drive through so I can easily stop by with my kids in tow, which I really appreciate! I've been to this location twice before for a smoothie and both times asked the worker at the window what their recommendation was for a good drink. You gotta ask the people who know, right? Both times I was a little disappointed in the drinks I got. They're just... not great. The texture and flavor don't quite do it for me, but I wouldn't say no to coming again should a group of friends be up for going. Especially since you can try to choose healthy drink options and smoothie flavors so you feel good about what you're putting in your body! I have also been searching high and low for a drive through that would offer a good soft pretzel and I thought this might be my saving grace! Haven't tried Roxberry before and I was pleased that they're open early and many/probably all of their items are great for breakfast or any time of day. They offer smoothies, fruit blends, fresh pressed juice, green smoothies, acai bowls, yogurt bowls, etc. The smoothie I tried was tasty and blended well. The place itself is cozy but there is only one person working, taking in person and over the phone orders. So it could definitely get slow really quick. You will be paying from $5 for a 16 oz smoothie to $6.80 for a 32 oz. So a better deal for more. So maybe split one! read more

I ordered the mystery mix deep-freeze smoothie, which is cheaper than the regular smoothies because it's made from extra portions of other smoothies. You never know what different flavors you'll get in it, but they're all delectable and such a bargain. The app is amazing, too--you can do a "drive through" where you order on the app and then when you arrive at the parking lot in front of the store, you check in on the app and they promptly bring your order out to your car for you! read more

The staff at this particular location seem to be on the younger side, and depending on who's working, this affects the consistency of a smoothie. For the most part, I have found the workers to be pleasant, but there happen occasions when the staff were less than inviting. The ingredients are fresh or fresh, frozen, and a bit pricey. Came here for a breakfast "date" with my husband this morning! We had about a half hour to order + eat! When we walked in, there wasn't anyone in line or waiting for their order, so this should have been doable! 15 minutes passes and we still haven't received our açaí bowls! Finally after twenty minutes, we got our bowls & had ten minutes to eat them. It ended up working out, but that's a long time to wait for an açaí bowl in my opinion Today, we ordered, the dominator & the Pb crunch! Both were really good! I have had a plethora of things on their menu & none have disappointed! Service has ALWAYS been slow though! I feel like they never have enough people working! Also, if you are a health nut, I would recommend GreenMe or Ivie Juice Bar! The majority of Roxberrys smoothies contain frozen yogurt or sherbet! They are definitely more of a treat, than a healthy breakfast smoothie! I will come back to Roxberry, I overall enjoy what they produce, for what it is... Can't hear them when ordering in person through the drive through. When I called on the phone earlier she said I had to speak up but over the phone I couldn't hear her. Did a DoorDash order and went to drive through to pick it up. Said that since I just ordered it that I would have to wait 15 minutes. But I was in the drive through waiting my turn. No one behind me had to wait in the designated waiting areas. I ordered before all of them online on DoorDash but since they were drive through they got first service? That doesn't make sense. Why do they get priority when I ordered before them? And was actually in the line before them? And the girl brunette girl that was in charge and training said that they got priority but I was in line... all the people came like minutes into the drive through after me and they got it before me. I get there is procedures but no one was in the drive through and they made me wait and get my food after all the other people. I already had my order in and just because it's procedure that's not fair. When I talked to her about it she just sat there and laughed and never said I'm sorry. And was like haha well whatever type of additude. It shouldn't matter how I put in an order. If I put in an order with your company you should take it and make it. I was there before everyone else. Every customer is wearing a mask but none of the employees do. Especially after covid, food handlers ESPECIALLY should be wearing masks.

ALLERGEN ALERT: Be aware that the items listed under the "100% juices" section on the menu are NOT all 100% juice. When I asked about ingredients, I was told the items listed under the big banner of "100% fruit/veggies" were just that. But when I pushed further about any hidden ingredients, I was shown a container of peach juice they use and was shocked at an ingredient list the size of a LARGE small print paragraph listing 20+ ingredients (many of which were complete junk). The girl at the front had no idea it even existed nor that it was a problem. For someone like me with real food allergies, it's a real problem. Employees need to be educated and labeling should be *100%* accurate. read more

I was very surprised as I was sitting with my two daughters on the evening of February 12th waiting for our smoothies when the music playing in the establishment started repeating a phrase using the "F" word over and over again. I was a caught off guard and second guessed myself at first whether I was just misunderstanding the words but then I heard the family at the table next to us ask each other if the song was saying that word. I asked the young man at the counter to turn off the music and let him know it was very offensive. My guess is the management had no idea he was playing that and if they did then the ownership should look for new employees that can represent their company better. The sad thing is that good employees are hard to find now days. I wish Roxberry luck keeping their business going in these times. As a side note. Morning at the Roxberry. On our way to the Provo Airport (side note: Hallelujah! They have a wide selection of Fresh-Squeezed Juices, All-Fruit Smoothies, Smoothies (with sherbert and such), Breakfast Bowls, and Green Smoothies, as well as a small case of Muffins and Baked Goods. I grabbed a Breakfast Bowl with Peanut Butter, Granola, Sliced Bananas, and other various fruits I can't remember. I'm all about anything with PB in it, and this was tasty. The gf ordered a Green Smoothie that was a touch on the sweet side (Agave), but was an easy-sipper no doubt. 3.5 stars for the above. 5 stars for the service. Stopped by Roxberry on our way out of town one morning for a quick breakfast on the go. They have a wide selection, and the menu is pretty clear as far as what will come in your smoothie. I personally grabbed on of their green smoothies w/ spinach and mangos, but my boyfriend grabbed a smoothie bowl. I thought the green smoothie was good, but a tad sweet for my liking (they add extra agave sweetener). The smoothie bowl was pretty tasty, but I would have preferred for it to come in a shallower bowl so the granola/banana to smoothie to bite ratio was more even. I think if you're looking for a Jamba Juice nearby, this is an adequate substitute if that's your thing. 3/5 for the smoothies 4/5 for service, our hostess/smoothie maker was bright eyed and bushy tailed for 8am! read more
