Custom flavor for a small bowl
    Emma C.

This is one of my favorite places to go and get an Açaí bowl, all the I don't usually ask for the açaí flavor my favorites are blue pineapple and coconut for the bottom ice cream. I make my own custom flavor so I can get whatever it is I'm craving all thought th combos the have on the menu are all great options too. Service is ok, all though they do tend to hire college students since it is near BYU the ambience can be a little to loud do to lots of college students. Overall great place for a refreshing treat for the summer!

I've been here so many time! Every time I'm here they do not disappoint! Everything is always fresh and tasty

I love açaí bowls, this place did a great job. Nice variety of bases and toppings. You can build your own bowl or choose one of the options they already have. You can buy protein balls and nut butters. I got a squeeze bottle of the almond butter and it's so good and is so easy to squeeze to top on toast or overnight oats.

Delicious smoothie bowls. We all got the Lahaina bowl, excellent choice! Fast service. The only downside was the bathrooms were very dirty. But for a delicious smoothie bowl, this is your place in Provo!

I am obsessed with smoothie bowls and this is my favorite place in Utah to get one! First off, I will say it's a little tricky to find if you don't know where it is. Bowls Superfoods is open and bright, the workers are kind and patient. I absolutely love that you can build your own bowl. It is so annoying when you go to a smoothie bowl place and you have to pay 50 cents to $1.50 or more just for one topping. Here the smoothie bowls are a set price depending on which size you choose. They have a great variety of bases. My favorite is a combination of dragon fruit, acai, and coconut. They also have a great variety of so many toppings! It is so much fun and makes the smoothie bowl so tasty! Ali absolutely love this place and will keep coming back over and over again!

Bowls- love em! Best thing is that you can customize your bowls and ask for any toppings. My favs are bee pollen, raspberry, blueberries, honey, cocoa nibs, and chia pudding. The bases are really awesome too. Service- quick ordering, plenty of seating, and friendly people. Interior- clean, plants, and healthy vibes Rewards program is also a plus. The bathrooms need some attention- only downside

The best açaí bowls I've ever had are from Bowls Superfoods. I cannot recommend the creamy Ube base enough (the Cacao and coconut are also good base flavors and don't have that icy texture you sometimes get with açaí). They have unlimited toppings, nut butters, chia puddings and have seasonal fruits as well. I love to put agave on top of a bowl with a little bit of salt. Delish!!!

The bases and ingredients here are high quality and a great deal if you create your own bowl! Always create your own cause they really tower whatever you want on haha. My go-to bases are acai & passion dragon. Then some of my favorite toppings are the blue chia, hazelnut butter (I ask for a lot), cacao nibs, bee pollen, and a dash of salt. Add as much as you want, they'll make it work haha. We always get a lid to use as a little bowl on the side :)

To say I love bowls superfoods is an understatement. My brother introduced me to it and I proceeded to take all my loved ones to it afterwards because I enjoyed it so freakin much! Below are pictures of different bowls I have gotten over the months to which I didn't include all of them. Now that I've proven my dedication, let me break it down. First off, there is no refined sugar in any of the ingredients! None! Being raised in a very low to no sugar upbringing, my inner child appreciated this. Secondly, you can add as many toppings as you like and they don't up charge. (Please please never change this!) Thirdly, the workers there are really good at cramming a lot in while aesthetically making it look delicious. I only had one encounter where I wish they put on more-but it was his first day so I'll cut him some slack Fourth, I like that they stay open slightly later than most of the restaurants around. Why Utah County shuts down at 8pm is beyond me. Added tip: I've found the medium size bowl to be the best balance of toppings vs base ratio. With a small you can only taste the toppings and with the large you run out of toppings and have 1/3 base left over. Also, I've shared a medium multiple times and was still left satisfied. Seriously, if you're debating-you should definitely go and thank me later

Awesome acai bowls. I created a custom bowl with lots of healthy ingredients for an efficient price. They had my online order ready fast! This is a nice hidden gem the staff was very attentive and friendly as well.

Great pick-me-up after lunch. The inside is clean and welcoming. We loved the friendliness of the workers. There are many options to choose from and you can even build your own bowl. Order: -Lahaina bowl: This was recommended by one of the workers and we loved it! The coconut base was very refreshing. There's the textures with the granola, chia seed, and coconut. The peanut butter also helped contrast the sweetness. It was also topped with goji berries The portions are generous and the bowl is delicious. 10/10 recommend!

I was hesitant at first of the chia pudding, but that stuff is a game changer (really fills you up).

What should have been a simple…read morecoffee run before I headed to the 4th district court for business this visit to Juice 'n Java turned into a scene of verbal assault and physical intimidation. It began with the older female barista who rang me up. She was incredibly rude, cocky, dismissive, and had an "attitude" toward every word I said. When they realized they were out of whipped cream for my decaf latte (decaff which I need for a heart condition), she and the staff laughed sarcastically. When I asked for other options, she snapped that they "wouldn't give things for free," which I never asked for. After they mentioned that water wasn't free to go and asked that I pay $1 for a water I insisted I would like the water to stay well they didn't like that I wanted to sit down and drink my coffee, also that water almost never came til mins before I had to go , I had to ask three times before a bald older grouchy looking man named Christopher slammed the cup on the counter, the lady who took the order never got the water and so when I reminded them that I had waited forever for the water he went shouting that he was "too busy with the drive thru and that I had to wait ." The situation turned dangerous after I used the restroom which I had to ask for a code to enter and he shouted the numbers at me like I was a lil Toddler learning numbers . I overheard Christopher calling me a "bitch." When I was entering the restroom. As I came out I tried to ask the female barista for the owner's name to report the name Calling and attitude , she ignored me twice. Christopher then abandoned the drive-thru, holding a mop, and began screaming at me. Shouting, "Yes, I said you are a bitch because you are a bitch, coming here giving us attitude about whipp cream treating us like crap !" He proceeded to: * Physically intimidate me by lunging toward me and repeatedly slamming the mop against the floor as he mopped . * Use xenophobic slurs, called me a bitch at least 10 times, mocking my accent and screaming that he didn't know "what hole I came from" but that I "needed to go back to it." Both of these employees Threaten me by shouting for me to "get the eff out" and claiming they would call the police for trespassing because I dared to ask for the owner's name and because they didn't like that I was not taking their attitude or prejudice against me. Just so you know Mr nit so kind Chris working at the coffee shop. I own 2 business and I am a citizen raised in Utah since 1998 and came here legally! You making assumptions about what hole I came from is pretty low and ignorant . The drive-thru was left unattended while he screamed at me. Multiple customers were so horrified some were confused some walked out. In fact, a couple followed me to my car to make sure I was okay and suggested I file formal charges. Christopher has apparently managed this shop for 8 years, yet he lacks basic anger management and human decency. If you are a person with an accent or a customer or professional who expects basic respect, stay away. This staff is a massive liability to the brand. They need to leave customer service to people who actually want to work who has the energy and the passion for customers and who want to represent a brand not some hippie who doesn't care to trash the brand and drive revenue to the floor . Check their google reviews and you will see how much they disrespect customers. They think because their friends have posted some fake reviews that those reviews can distract from the other reviews where customers or victims or as they call us " trolls" have posted the truth. I don't care how much people thinks that senior barista Chris and senior lady barista think they are a badass. For all I know they both act as if they hate their job wearing that bitterness in their faces. It is clear that that are butthurt that there aren't as many customers "wonder why" but also butthurt that they probably don't get many tips. Please go get a real Job leave this to the youthful happy hipsters. I know several baristas that have worked here at both locations in the past and many have left this job unhappy. Owners wake up before you guys have to close your doors maybe start finding that guy and that lady a replacement before you are left with just Chris family and friends as customers. We are in a economy where we can't risk losing customers. Chris won't pay your bills when you have to shut down that place or better yet he won't be able to afford or help you guys pay a lawsuit if you keep allowing him to not control his anger and entitlement in this building. Good luck. I give it a couple of years before this building goes out of business.

Then you got to make sure to tip these people! Because it appears that at this specific establishment, I don't know how much theses guys are making, but they want their tips, bad.
