The most important thing is that this isn't flavoring and sugar like most places...its real fruit combined in ways Ivie discovered as a college athlete. I have to say though, none of the workers quite make the Poison bowl as well as Ivie the owner but she created it so she knows the right portions... anyways I digress My personal fave is the poison bowl. Dark chocolate makes it less sweet than some of the others but I just feel refreshed after I eat it. It's so good I rarely get anything else. My friend's favorite is the Beach Babe bowl. I also loved the oxygen and tried it before and after a treadmill workout and felt amazing. Its scary to drink stuff before running so I was impressed but also happy with the effects. All the juices are good. I also love the carb the craving smoothie which is a blend of pumpkin/oatmeal/cinnamon/heaven. The prices are a little higher than junk food but definitely worth it. Very rare to find healthy dessert but the bowls are the best healthy dessert you could possibly find

I made sure to confirm this substitution was available before placing my order. After drinking it, I became concerned that my substitution had not been applied, so I tried to contact the store. It took multiple calls to reach a manager, but once I did, they acknowledged that a new employee had likely made a mistake and apologized. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.

Originally I called customer service to see if there was an issue with my blender as it was producing a black powder substance in the base of the jar when I use it. The call to customer service (the wait time before someone answered was 1 hour and 10 minutes!). I'm sure this is due to the pandemic and the company is understaffed due to COVID. They do tell you that on the website. However, after the long wait, the rep was friendly and was able to ask me key troubleshooting questions in order to determine whether it was a jar issue or the motor itself. In the end, it ended up being a jar issue. After determining I needed a jar replacement, and the customer service rep knew I was local, she suggested me just driving to their location and picking up a new jar (bringing my old one back and returning it to them). Normally, if they were to mail the new jar, it would take two to six weeks due to shipping delays and COVID. I was able to come in and get a new jar in person without any issue. I was in and out of their office headquarters within five minutes. I am a fan of this wonderful company!
