Really good! But the crepes seemed really small for what you pay for. Not sure if it was just double folded??

This location is a bit random. The atmosphere is simple, a bit more like a fast food restaurant than a fine meal. The waitresses were prompt. The food is made-to-order, so takes a bit. Every crepe we tried was delicious, hearty, and unique. My "I'm a Vegetarian" was tasty but very cheesy. The "Caprese" was a bit soggy from the balsamic reduction, but still okay. Others preferred the "Chicken Alfredo" to the "Philly Cheese Steak." The arugula side salad is reasonable and adds some greens to your meal. We shared the "Dubai" dessert crepe was a sweet treat ( but I think I would try a fruity one next time). I do wish they had a smaller portion with a smaller price for some of the savory crepes. And some simpler combinations would be fine. It's crazy that I could buy a crepe in Paris for less than SLC. Supply and demand, I guess.

This place delivers on style and substance!…read more It's clean, appealing and comfortable (seating and temperature for a hot evening). Our beautiful server, Florida, greeted us kindly, was excellent with everything a server should, plus...she was cracking jokes to make us smile..and she took a great photo of our family for us! We got 2 savory crepes and 2 sweet crepes as well as the arugula side salad. I tried a beer from Sarajevo that was well balanced reminiscent of Corona. 5 stars for it all!!

The service was amazing and the staff was overall very welcoming and kind. It was less than 10 minutes of a wait for the food. The food was a delightful experience with the dubia crepe being a relaxing rich sweet and salty combo. It had the nice crunch of pistachios with the soft embrace of a fluffy crepe. The Alfredo chicken was a beautiful balance of cheese, chicken, and a surprisingly pleasant hint of mushrooms. I am not a fan of mushrooms but it was not overpowered and complimented the flavor profile of the crepe. They were filling and the waitress was able to get us a box. Went in hungry and left full and satisfied. We even got to leave with the leftover of our frappe drinks in a nice portable plastic cup.

Fantastic food and service!…read more We came to La Caille and enjoyed their Valentine's Day special menu, the food was to die for and we immensely enjoyed the wine flight paired by Troy -- who we were lucky enough to have as our waiter this evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable, he was even kind enough to give us a tour after our meal. We also had the pleasure of meeting Meg and Zane this evening, they were so professional and lovely to talk to. Matt in valet was so helpful when our Uber couldn't find its way to us at the end of the night. The food and atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for in a romantic evening, but the people at La Caille put the experience over the top and I wish I could give more stars. We just liked being there with them, which is such a rare experience when you're going out to dinner. Can't wait to come back to learn more about and experience this place. Thank you!

I had done my research ahead of time otherwise it wasn't clear that there is no self parking options-only valet parking. The grounds and property are beautiful and we enjoyed some photos ahead of brunch. Our group was seated in a semi-private room and the service was impeccable. However - the food... was sadly lackluster and overpriced. I had the chateau breakfast for $39 which included eggs to order, ham (my protein choice), breakfast potatoes and a small slice of crème brûlée French toast. The highlight for me was the potatoes. The ham super dry, the eggs undercooked(I ordered over medium and they were like a sunny side up consistency), and the French toast felt like eating sand without much flavor. Thankfully the "complimentary" croissants were delicious and fresh. Aside from the company I was with, the ambiance and service - I do not recommend nor would I return.

The in-restaurant menu gives the option of ordering fries, onion rings, or a cup of soup for an extra charge ($4.25 for soup). So I ordered a cup of the French onion with my burger. My wife ordered the Monte Cristo crepe with the French onion. I really enjoyed the burger, which was spicy and flavorful. My wife did not like the Monte Cristo crepe, which was lacking in texture and not very tasty. Apparently a Monte Cristo doesn't work as a crepe? The French onion soup was a glutenous ball as the bread became incredibly soggy in the broth. But the broth itself was flavorful. The food was mixed, but the bigger problem came when it was time to pay the bill. I was shocked when it turned out to be almost $20 higher than expected. I was charged $12.95 for each soup. I pointed out the discrepancy and the server took one of the soup charges off the bill. I pointed out that this was still an overcharge based on the listed price of $4.25 on the menu, but apparently the "cup of soup" on the menu did not include French onion, which is something that should have been clearly shown on the menu or at least explained by the server when I ordered it. Not wishing to argue the matter further I paid the bill with an abbreviated tip and left. Given the lack of communication and the exorbitant prices charged for middling food, we will not be back.
