The service was great, the owner was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing. The waffle was incredible, the fruit was so fresh and really tied the whole dish together. The burrito was packed to the rim with delicious potatoes, eggs and meats and then smothered with pepper jack cheese.

This food truck is located at the CAL Ranch parking lot in Draper. Looking for a good Reuben in Utah. Found it. Delicious. Good pastrami, crisp coleslaw, good dressing--just an overall very delicious sandwich. Not skimpy, either. Comes with kettle style potato chips which were good. Good guy running the truck, friendly. Gonna find an excuse to come back. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

They might just…read morehave some of the best chicken strips in the area (shhh, don't tell anyone!), and the burgers were great too. The price is extremely reasonable for what you get, and the food is fresh. We got two burgers, some chicken strips, and an agua fresca (cucumber lime mint). The burgers were cooked medium-well, so a little pink remained. I hate when burgers are overcooked and dry, so this was a nice surprise. The grilled onions were especially good. Overall we felt it was a good value for a truck burger and the portions were great without being unnecessarily small or large. The double cheeseburger was $6.50, the single was $4.98. I was shocked at how reasonable the pricing was, most places these days want to charge you $15 for a garbage diner burger. The chicken strips were amazing, and the highlight of the meal. They had a delicious light and crispy batter that was such a nice change from the standard frozen-bag garbage that you get at so many food trucks these days. The chicken was juicy and tender. I think these might be some of the best chicken strips you can get in Saratoga Springs, no joke. The service was great, we spoke with the owner for a bit and he was very friendly. The menu was easy to understand. I think the prices are really reasonable given how expensive everything is right now, most places would be charging double. Definitely give this place a try on your way home from Costco or Smiths. We were surprised; it feels like disappointment is a regular thing these days with eating out.

The food is always delicious and super flavorful. If it's supposed to be crunchy? It's crunchy. Soft/fluffy? Soft and fluffy. Spicy? You get it. I've had multiple things and everything is fire and the people are so friendly and nice. My most recent time I got the Bento Box with two pieces of Korean fried chicken, but I've had the the tuna poke bowl, the loco moco, the Pele Plate with kimchi fried rice and the spicy pork belly and all of them last me, like, 3 meals. Literally, everything is good, they're fast, AND the portion sizes are Poly size, so you'll be able to feed your big fellas!

The smoked meat kind of tasted like char sui to me. I'm glad they didn't pour more sauce on top of the meats (some places have done that which made the meats more sweet). Happy they were close to my house in Salt Lake City so I could try them. Nice fast communication. The T.I. brewing company had a taco truck on their website for today so I wanted to clarify that it would be this food truck and they got back to me right away when I sent a Facebook message. Made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely go back.

The homemade longganisa (Philippine breakfast sausage) itself is incredible with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and perfect garlicky-ness. If they ever consider selling their longganisa in local Asian stores I will absolutely be first in line. And then they built everything around the longganisa, forming the most beautiful longsilog (longanisa breakfast) sandwich ever imagined with the soft brioche, atchara (pickled papaya), runny egg, cucumber, cheddar cheese with that really mild bite, and spicy mayo (which is very mild, I don't do spicy and it was great). I'm drooling just typing this out. If I lived closer I would be here weekly. It's worth the price (it's also huge/filling, on top of insanely delicious). It's worth the line. Yes, the line can be kind of long so either come early or just make sure you have the time available to you. It will be worth the wait. You can take the buzzer with you into Roots coffee and grab a drink, or pop next door into Ruby Snaps and try some cookies while you wait. The owners/family/employees are all very friendly and helpful with any questions. If I have more opportunities I'll eventually try every sandwich. My friend tried the Bulgogi and loved it. The bite I had was great; the Bulgogi was seasoned really well and it also went fantastic with the brioche. The ribeye meat was really tender. I'd asked for a side of extra atchara with my sandwich not realizing how much was already on it. I suggested to my friend to add it to her Bulgogi because the sweet tanginess from the rice vinegar would complement it well, and she loved the combination -- that is also my suggestion to all of you.

I had the Manila and LOVED the pickled papaya & cucumber paired with the Filipino longganisa, and let's not forget about the fluffy, buttery brioche bun! I just can't get enough! My husband had the bulgogi and was equally impressed. Being a food truck they have a cool set up, a couple seats outdoors and a sweet partnership with the coffee shop next door who offers their patrons a place to sit and eat inside. Can't wait to visit again!
