Chocolates here are amazing. I've tried dark chocolate at a few local chocolate shops, and this one is my favorite. It's a bit pricey, but I think with the great quality that it's worth it. My favorites are the dark chocolate covered cinnamon bears and the dark chocolate covered marshmallows. I called to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and they said they can always make what you want and have it ready in a couple of days if you call or request online. From the outside, you may not suspect the deliciousness that awaits behind the glass door. But as soon as you step inside, you'll know that you're in chocolate heaven. There is a large case filled with individual chocolates-everything from truffles to cordials. It all looks so fresh and smells lovely. I tried a raspberry chocolate, a blackberry chocolate and a cherry cordial. They were all amazing. There are also shelves of packaged chocolates-perfect for gift giving. I saw smaller ones as well as larger ones-something for everyone. I noticed that the place was hopping-at least 5 customers in there thirty minutes before closing. It's a bummer that they close so early, I could see myself coming in here after work frequently for a treat. I'll need to plan ahead of time and stop by earlier in the day. read more

Why, oh, why haven't I been here before? Oh, I know. Because I have been patronizing a chocolate shop in the millcreek area that recently shut down without notice. Let me say Rebecca's is the BEST! I need to begin by saying that I am allergic to red food coloring. We called and inquired if they used dye in their chocolates. They responded that they only used it in the citrus flavors (and of course, the cherry cordials because the cherry is already dyed). A short while later, we got a text that they would no longer be using artificial coloring in their chocolates (except the cherries). Talk about caring! So today we went to the store. True to their word, they recently made a batch of orange, and the girl at the counter told me she noticed the difference in color of the cream center with the removal of the dye. I even got to taste a raspberry chocolate. It has been YEARS since I had a raspberry chocolate because they usually have red dye. And let me say WOW! The quality of the chocolate is fantastic. The cream center was the perfect consistency, and the raspberry flavor was sweet and slightly tart. And the chocolates are a good size. We had them hand pack five boxes, so we were there for kind of a long time. The lovely ladies who work there were super helpful and patient packing and suggesting flavors as we were not familiar with their inventory. So A+ on customer service. The shop is small and it's in a little strip mall. You probably would drive right by and not even notice that there is a chocolate shop there. But you SHOULD. People say they are pricey, but imo you get what you pay for. And these chocolates are delectable. They just earned my business for life. read more

I stopped in to buy my husband some Chocolates for Valentine's Day. He's very particular about the quality of the chocolate. The staff were so friendly and kind! They had beautiful gift wrapped chocolate sets and plenty of variety. I bought the milk Chocolate set and my husband was so pleased! He said it was amazing and some of the best he'd had! Thanks to Lacey for posting a great review on this place. I think they have been in business 26 years or so and driven past it probably 100 times. I had a large bag of goodies and the picture didn't do it justice. The chocolate covered seafoam was phenomenal! It had brown sugar notes and some molasses (not sure if it contained molasses but sure tasted like it) It had a perfect flaky crunch, and never had it before. Also ordered the salted caramels, mint truffle, chocolate truffle, chocolate covered macadamia paddy, peanut butter truffle, strawberry truffle (they use real fruit and boil it down to make the filling), and he gave us a few samples as well. Wonderful tasting chocolates, the owner knew every chocolate place in Utah and we had a wonderful conversation when I told him what a joke Cummings Studio Chocolates were next to Liberty Park. He mentioned at one time they were the top of their game. Right now they have old, too sweet, crappy ingredient type chocolates. He also knew all about Condie's candy and how they have been around the longest in the state. Can't wait to return to Rebecca's and try their other more popular items and get a larger portion of the seafoam. read more

If you haven't stopped in you must. Her Chocolates are the most decadent and delicious chocolates I have ever tasted. The Salted Caramel is my favorite. They are huge and each piece is so heavy it cures your sweet craving quickly. At least that's how I justify eating one a day whether I need to or not. They are in Sandy so stop by on your way home from work or stop in to surprise,spoil or make amends these will do the trick. read more

Rebecca's is one of my favorite places to get chocolate in this area. It's a small shop with a chocolate counter from which you can choose your own custom mix, as well as some prepackaged boxes. Service is quick and friendly. They are rarely busy enough that I need to wait to be served, and generally it's a high school aged kid working there, or the owner. The first time I came they gave me a free chocolate, which was nice. The chocolate they use is good, high quality chocolate, and it is pretty thick, which I like. Their caramels are my favorite thing to get, and they probably have 8-10 different kinds (plain, sea salt, with different nuts, with coconut, etc). The creamy fruit fillings are also some of my favorites, and when they have fresh dipped fruit I always have to get some of those! They also have a chocolate dipped marshmallow with coconut that is delicious. Other offerings include seafoam, toffee, peanut butter cups, mints, etc. Really, I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. The flavors change a bit with the seasons, so it's always a good idea to check back every once in a while. The best thing about this shop is that they offer both milk and dark chocolate versions of everything. This is so smart and makes me so happy! I really don't like milk chocolate, and it's so sad when there is a chocolate that sounds good somewhere but is only made with milk chocolate. Prices are average at I think $25 or $26 a pound. This is totally reasonable for good chocolates! If you are lucky you might find bags of their "seconds" for sale. These are chocolates that were not quite up to their standards so they sell them for half price. If you do, you will probably want to stock up, but please leave a few for me! read more

I discovered this Chocolate Lover's Paradise just after they opened in Sandy. I can still smell the heavy cream fondant cooking, the caramel and my own fantasy of Dark Chocolate perfection in varieties not found previously. Everything is home made and the shop always smells divine. Rebecca even won me over to fruit centers, which I had never liked & now they are among my most yearned...Boysenberry, Raspberry...I could go on & on but I think I'll drive there right now & treat myself to a birthday wish long overdue. read more

We stopped by Rebecca's for the first time yesterday and I've found my new favorite chocolate shop. The strip mall and the store itself are a bit dated, but they more than make up for that with their fantastic chocolates! I'm a huge fan of dipped chocolates and these are better than any other locally-owned shop I've tried. Everything was very fresh, the centers are flavorful, and the chocolate coating is thick and has the perfect snap when you bite into it. Even though their store isn't huge, they have plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The owner is very pleasant and obviously takes a personal interest in each customer. I am sorry but these must be the worst chocolates I have ever eaten. Could not find a selection card anywhere so had to try them blind. At the end of the box when recycling we found the menu card hidden under the chocolate tray!! The lavender was horrible and I like lavender. Who wants a basil chocolate in a selection, it's one thing to choose it but another to have it in a gift box? These were bought as a gift and at £1.00 per chocolate I was very disappointed. Several of them had been squashed and the liquid inside had escaped making a very messy box. Did not look very professional. Not a patch on caragh chocolates. read more

I had driven past this little shop a few times and had always been curious about it. Never having purchased fine chocolates before, I didn't know what to expect. I went in and was promptly greeted by an older sales clerk, whom I later found out was the owner. He was friendly, informative and very guest services oriented. The shop was clean, well organized, and quite frankly, very enticing. While the prices may seem a bit steep, they actually are not and the price is well deserved for the quality. The owner definitely knew his product. He let me try the one chocolate I was skeptical about and it blew my mind. It is probably one of my favorites. The apricot is so surprisingly good and I highly recommend it. I purchased about 20 different kinds of chocolates so that I would have a good idea what this business really had to offer. Their product is unique in so many ways. The owner explained how their fruit chocolates are all natural flavoring because they cook the fruit themselves. They have a huge selection and I was able to get something for each member of my family that I knew they would like. When I got home I couldn't help but have a nibble of each and there are definitely some unique and rich flavors there. Okay. People. Holy smokes. I just ate my entire bag of chocolate in one sitting. I've always been a fan of See's but there may be some serious competition here. The fruit filled truffles are un-real, and I don't even like chocolate covered fruit!! We are chocolate hounds and have eaten chocolate locally, regionally and in various places around the world over many years. Hands down, no contest, Rebecca's is our all time favorite. We discovered it while driving along 700 East probably 15 years ago and have made the drive from 30 miles south many many times since then, buying a "supply" and putting some in the freezer. The quality of the chocolate (we only get dark) is superior to any other local or national candy shops and the flavors and textures of the fillings are divine. My favorites are the pineapple cordial, the apricot creme, the rum victoria, and any of the caramels. My husband loves the boston buttercremes the penuche, the mint creme and the lemon creme. We always order separate sacks of our favorites and put our names on them! We have introduced many friends to Rebecca's who have also become aficionados of Rebecca's. It has an unassuming storefront so don't be dissuaded by the hometown look and feel. The chocolate is world class. read more

Came in to order some chocolate dipped strawberries and blueberry and raspberry cups as part of a romantic Birthday gift. Originally wanted to get a lb of strawberries and the gentleman I spoke with advised me to just got 3 or 4 and it'll be the right amount. He could have sold me on the pound and gotten more money but he really cared about the product that was going to be going out as a gift and that really impressed me. Ended up getting 4 large dipped strawberries, 2 blueberry cups and 2 raspberry cups. When I picked up my order a few days later it was presented perfectly in a dish and wrapped up. Really appreciate the customer service, when picking up the order was greeted by a very sweet and nice woman whom worked there and she gave amazing customer service.
