My son is graduating from high school. I wanted to get a banner made with my son's name on it. I was working with the print shop manager, Autumn Bruun. I ran into some plumbing issues, which cost me a lot of money, and had to apologize to Autumn about canceling the banner as I couldn't afford it. She worked with me and made sure I got the banner! Soooo interesting. Went to purchase ballons and there was a small line. There was one young girl working the register while 5 where socializing at the ballons and only 2 were doing work. I asked the young lady at the register if there was a reason why her colleagues were hanging out and she proceeded to tell me and I stopped her and said you understand that that looks really bad. She agreed and said she would go say something to them. At that moment to other people proceeded to come out from the back room and stood on the other side not doing anything. Not saying that they're not my people but all that socializing. And there are lines. read more

Saw they had 64 items on the item I was looking for. Drove over 30 min to go there, and they said they didn't have any, and that the quantities don't always match online. I can see a couple here and there but 64 off? The manager was not kind about it when we asked how online said one thing, might have been a bad day but a person can only take so much rudeness. The moral of the story, doesn't go by online. Do yourself a favor, call, and make them go look. read more

I needed a large, custom designed banner on short notice and Autumn not only completed it in a few hours, but helped with the design and was great at communication. The banner turned out beautifully and was very affordable. Autumn is the banner GOAT, and the rest of the staff was very helpful also. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I don't have any pictures but this place basically has everything you need to decorate whatever party theme you are throwing. I was able to buy a few things. They have a lot of candy options which is cool. And I also like they have different color m&ms you can buy by the bag. Definitely would go back. Better then a party city I think. -1 their fiesta section was quite sad.. I didn't get any balloons so I can't give any reviews on that. They do have a costume section. read more

One star off for the wait no matter what time of day and the fact it's always full price for party goods. Their costume section is amazing, and customer service is friendly. Sometimes it's fun for my teens to walk the aisles for entertainment & some bag candy. I may have bought half a dozen Star Wars stand-ups just for fun. read more

Three teens working who barely acknowledged the customers. The cashier had one ear bud in. The person inflating my balloons sat around for a few minutes before getting to my order. Managed to pop one of my specialty balloons. After finally getting my order home the balloons were deflated in less than 24 hours. read more

Every time I come here, the teenage staff is walking around like sloths, and spends more time gossiping and chatting than actually working. We just got some balloons and watched as the teenage girl chatted away with her friends while her coworker, whose name tag said "LEPROCY" We had to ask the manager to step in and help. So ridiculous. read more

The store has good selection but I will never be going back because the service is terrible. Called the store all morning and couldn't get one answer. Finally drove to the store and got 8 balloons that I needed to fill for a wedding reception this evening. They told me it was a 3 hour wait to fill the balloons. Come on really three hours. I explained that I needed them now and had been calling all morning much more than three hour. Could they just please help me out. It would have taken them a couple minutes to help if that. She just said nope can't. No sorry or anything. The worst customer service ever. Won't be shopping here again. read more

Just needed to get 21 balloons and get out. Took me 5 minutes to pick my colors, get in line, and pay. I paid extra for them to add hi-float. After 20 minutes, they had 3 done. After 45 minutes, they had 7 done. After 50 minutes, I asked what my ETA would be, and 5 minutes later they were finished (meaning it took them an hour to do a 10-minute-or-less job. I'd understand if they were super busy, but they were not.)Less than 2 days later, only 8 of the 21 balloons are still afloat. Remember, I paid extra for hi-float, so they should have lasted at least through the weekend. So, that's 25 dollars and an hour wait for 21 sad, sad balloons. Thanks Zurchers. read more

Zurchers has a great selection but unfortunately their customer service really needs a great deal of improvement.

If I could rate them with zero stars I would! I have always used Zurchers for balloons for parties and my kids yearly pictures. I don't live close to a Zurchers so I always called in advance to pay and order my balloons. I called yesterday and spent almost 2 hours trying to get someone to answer. I would not normally have spent so long on something like balloons but these were very important to have for our pictures. When someone finally picked up the phone they didn't say hello they just put the phone on the counter and left it there. I would have been fine if someone had taken my number to call me back or asked me if I could hold for minute but that never happened. After waiting 10 minutes the phone it was picked off the counter and I was hung up on. I called back only to be hung up on again. I called back again... same thing I kept being hung up on. Needless to say after spending 2 hours to try to order and pay for balloons I did not get any and we had no balloons for my sons pictures. I am very frustrated and will make sure I let everyone know about my experience so this does not happen to them. read more

The service here is terrible. I bought balloons for my daughters birthday the night before her party so I wouldn't have to stress the day of. I asked for the high float so they would last 24 hours. The next morning all of the balloons were on the floor. In a panic I called their store and the girl I spoke to said they would replace them with the receipt and taking a photo of the balloons. I was relieved. When I got to the store and talked to the manager she questioned who I talked to and proceeded to tell me I didn't buy the high float which was why the helium didn't last. I told her I specifically asked for it and if the girl didn't charge me, that wasn't my fault. I had no idea. I figured she did her job. She rolled her eyes and was sarcastic. After it was settled I waited 45 minutes to get my balloons! It was the weekend before Halloween so granted they were busy but they should have bumped my order up since they messed up. I will avoid coming back to this store at all costs. read more
