I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

It was delivered on the right day at around 12:30pm, which is great. My mom, the recipient sent me a photo and I was upset to see a small, dry bouquet of flowers. I called her and asked a couple questions with finally "I paid $70, is it worth it?" She admitted no. I called Utah Roses and simply told them what was going on and said I wanted a replacement bouquet sent. I was so happy to be told yes, no questions asked. It arrived within a couple hours even though their delivery person was already out and about. So, long story short I was initially upset with what was sent, but they remedied the problem fast and easy and I'm very appreciative of that. Thanks to their great customer service and new beautiful bouquet I would definitely get flowers from here again.

Right in Sandy, along State Street. Spacious shop. Lots of cooler space. It's not just flowers. They sell cards, gifts, and other knick-knacks that you might want to pick up at flower-appropriate moments. Lots of parking. Nice staff that went digging for what I wanted. I'm 99% sure they deliver. Another 99% sure that they're an FTD shop. Cons: A wee bit pricey. Flowers aren't the cheapest proposition when it comes to bang for your buck anyways, but you'll spend a bit here. Although they did have a better deal on roses than other shops I've been to. All bets are off around the mother and lover holidays. Not much else around. Sort of a quiet section of State Street these days. Standard arrangements. Some pretty ones, some so-so. Nothing that blew me away. But you may put this in the Pro column, because they're a good, safe bet for a pretty arrangement. Turns out they didn't have everything I was looking for. The nice gal behind the counter was very accommodating and went looking for it, though. So big ups for working with me. They were willing to order it, but it would have taken a week. With my time crunch, it didn't work out. But I'd definitely come back and try again the next time I'm buying flowers.

Needless to say 40 roses - each cut to generate a staggered arrangement with extra greenery and some golden foliage - is a lot to handle in a bunch, but the young lady there who processed my order did a very nice job putting all in a bunch with all of the extra trimmings and 'flower food' packets to use once I got home. In fact there we so many roses and extra trimmings that my wife and I had to split the bouquet into two Waterford vases as they were just so bulky. That, and cut down the length to something manageable. The end result was quite stunning as all the shades of pink were quite beautiful. The roses lasted a little more than a week, so that wasn't a long life here at the house, but they were beautiful while they lasted.
