The second time in I was overcharged. By quite a bit. I haven't been able to go in because I work during their hours of operation and it's not nearby. Dear Bead Fairy Team, I'm reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made at your store on May 22, 2025, where I was accidentally overcharged for one of the items. Specifically, I was charged $30.05 for a single tube of size 6/8/11/15 seed beads, which was clearly marked in-store as $3.75. I've attached the following items for your review: * A photo of the receipt showing the $30.05 charge * A photo of the bead tube with the $3.75 price tag * A photo of all items purchased, confirming no other item aligns with the $30.05 charge It seems this was a simple cashier error. I noticed the discrepancy shortly after leaving the store and tried to return immediately, but the shop had already closed. I recently witnessed an interaction at Hobby Lobby that was disappointing. A group of young girls…read morewere looking through the squishies section and appeared excited to browse the products. At one point, a worker stood there next to this group of girls and waited for them to leave. There was a toy accidentally dropped and picked up by debbie, when one of the girls was trying to pick it up. What concerned me was the way an employee named debbie spoke about the girls afterward. She referred to them as "sloppy girls" and "brats" and complained about them within earshot. Regardless of whether merchandise needed to be put back, I found the comments unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. One of the girls tried to pick up the toy, but felt uncomfortable by Debbie being there, staring. Young customers deserve to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. Retail employees certainly deal with challenges throughout the day, but speaking negatively about customers where they can hear it creates an unwelcoming environment. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism.

I called Heartfelt to see if they had any paper heart cut outs or die cuts, and the woman I spoke with say I could purchase paper and cut out the hearts with their die cuts machine myself! When I got there and she realized how many I needed, she offered to have her team cut them out for me see i needed 100. She was already doing it for another customer and did it for me too! They were ready within an hour. The store itself is super cute. Lots of arts and crafts and scrapbooking supplies, and a bunch of tables to the right when you walk in. Three women were scrapbooking together on the tables! Love this place, great customer service and can't wait to come back.

Rating only the framing department at this location. I bought this custom 30x30 frame as a xmas…read moregift for this puzzle we put together; when we got it back, it was positioned upside down and not straight on the mat. We returned to let them know, and the manager told us "straight is a matter of perspective" which made us scratch our heads, because, umm, have they have never seen a globe? The department manager also said "you didn't give me any instructions on how to place it on the mat". Welp, you didn't ask, and I've never had anything custom framed before, but way to try and gaslight your customer. Anyway, they said they would try to fix it, so we left it there for another week, and all they did was flip it 80 degrees & reposition the hanging wire. When we went to hang it on the wall, we noticed how terrible and not flush the corners are, I've attached photos to show how crappy the construction of the frame is. $430 bucks later, very dissatisfied with the quality and the customer service and have no hope they would correct this and do it right even if I took it back again. Also, apparently no one wanted to sign their name to the quality promise sticker on the back, so that seems worthless. Needless to say, way over priced and they did a horrible job on this frame. 11/10 do not recommend.

They do not maintain the facility or weather proof your storage door equaling dirt all over your belongings along with moisture from the weather. The doors are not sealed properly. When I informed them of the issue with my locker their reply was that if they have time they'll look into it. That was 1 year ago. Poor customer service illegal collection practices.
