She goes out of her way to make sure the arrangment is delivered on time and her work is amazing. Her arrangments are unique and beyond beautiful. She clearly has a talent and it shows in all of her work. Twice I have needed arrangements last minute for funerals (as we learned that clients have passed away), and she quickly jumped on it and got it done even delivering one herself to make sure it was there on time. I spoke with her telling her I needed a Christmas arrangement for my Aunt in Salt lake City, but she loves pink. She put together the most gorgeous arrangement with pinks. Wow. Mindi is a great person who really goes the extra mile with customer service. We're in Utah from Pennsylvania for my parents anniversary. We needed last minute flowers for table decorations. I live near Ogden and had a Memorial service to attend in Midvale. I chose Mindi's because of the rating, and I'm glad I did! I called and explained that I wanted a heart-shaped arrangement in white and purple on a stand, with a glass Pepsi bottle tucked in there somewhere, in the $200 range. Pretty open to interpretation. I expected a small-medium sized heart with white and purple carnations, but Mindi made it look so much better than I could have imagined! What talent! After explaining that I wasn't sure exactly where the service would be held, only that flowers should be delivered to a funeral home, she said she would do some digging and find out exactly where the service would be held because if it wasn't at the location of delivery, she might just deliver them herself instead of trusting the funeral home to deliver them and possibly hurt the arrangement. She confirmed the location for me, sending me a text later that day, WAY above and beyond what a florist service provides! VERY THOUGHTFUL!! I gave them almost no direction except that I needed the arrangement tall, rather than wide. The arrangement was beautiful! Better than I had hoped. They were delivered when I needed them delivered. She even said she would be back to refresh them. (The store is close to where she delivered them. I have no idea if she does this for everyone). Mindi was fantastic to work with and her floral arrangement was incredible! I received great value for I paid. In addition, when she dropped off the flowers the recipient wasn't home so she called me to let me know and I was able to contact my friend who quickly got home. This was excellent customer service!
