OVERPRICED AND NOT MADE WITH REAL FRUIT. Walked in to an empty shop and the one girl working didnt greet us or offer any help with a pretty confusing menu. Turns out their protein bowl base that look like fruit smoothie bowls are just water ice and protein. I guess thats my fault for thinking a place called life and health would use real fruit in their products. The bowl my friend got was this gelatinous foamy mess. There was real fruit on too but just strawberries and bananas. They are extremely overpriced. I can make my own at home for much less. read more

We tried the protein waffles, which tasted like cinnamon and maple and everything nice We enjoyed them more and more with every bite we took! We ordered fruit punch, which was gorgeous but also super good- full of protein, collagen, electrolytes and just 85 calories! We also got the blueberry banana smoothie, which tasted like a marshmallowy treat full of fiber and protein clocking in at only 250 calories! Cozy atmosphere. OVS is a local owned shop with amazing healthy shakes at a great price. They managed to offer dine-in options by taking proper precautions during the covid-19 pandemic. They have plenty of places to sit and it is extremely clean! Menu: 9/10 This is one of our most favorite menus. It was so easy to see the food items and what was in it. It made the ordering decision much easier! Price: 8/10 The refreshers we got were about $7, but for all of the health benefits in the drink, we think this is beyond fair. A true hole in the wall--seriously, we had to walk into a laundromat through another doorway to enter. Immediately though you are hit with a delicious waft of cinnamon and oatmeal, courtesy of their protein bowls and waffles. We saw them hand juicing and using fresh fruit and everything they were bringing out looked delicious, including the shakes.Though we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our drinks, I'm happy that it is going well for this cute, local business that has excelled at creating a place for the Latinx community. People were greeted by name and their small space was filled with laughter. We ordered the Tropical Berry and Orange Power and they are good, if not a little sweet for my tastes! So much juice and they have great presentation with gradient colors and glitter! Though we had to rush off, we will definitely be back to try more of the menu! read more

Today Grubhub screwed up (which they don't use Grubhub) I had to call in and tell them what exactly I wanted because the Grubhub menu was wrong. I love Vida y Salud I walked through a Laundromat to get to their door and I was greeted by Maggie and Charly shaking my hand and asking my name. They served me these wonderful protein waffles and a yummy banana caramel protein shake and asked me questions about myself. Then others came in and Maggie and Charly would already know their names and what they wanted to order. She told me that this shop started as a way to provide Herbalife protein and vitamins to the part of the Latino community without health care and also provided a space where Latinos could meet other Latinos. Maggie has definitely created a family with her customers and it's very heartwarming to see. Now, they want to expand outside of just the Latino community and include everyone in their family. Just a couple blocks north of the Orem Asian Market, they have a lot of yummy options and the love you will feel there will just be so refreshing. read more
