When you are in a drive-thru line for 20+ minutes with 3 cars -- and you are the 3rd car -- the wait time is too long. I've simply backed out of the drive-thru a few times, grateful no one came in behind me so I didn't have to wait for yet another 20 minutes. This kind of extended wait time happens a lot. But what's more, they now consistently get my drinks wrong. Today is the last time I'm going back. I ordered a 32oz Me Time with Mtn Dew Zero, 1 extra scoop of fruit (mango), and fresh lime. When I got home, I opened my cup, and I had none of that. I did have a 32oz Mtn Dew Zero, and it did have about 1 tablespoon of frozen pineapple, and that's it. So what then did I pay for? And what makes it even worse is the staff -- especially the girls who run this place -- are often unwilling to fix the drink when it's wrong. They do it begrudgingly and are rude. This isn't an anomaly. I've been here enough times to know this. For this repeatedly to happen, I figure it might be a bad system, bad training, or bad staffing. What else explains this?"

Ginger's Garden Cafe is absolutely one of them! I LOVE ginger, so naturally I had to try the orange carrot ginger drink, and it was amazing--fresh, bright, and exactly the kind of pick-me-up I wanted. It's surprisingly hard to find a really good beet salad these days, and theirs was exceptional. It was also a LOT of food, so I happily had some to take away. Everything tasted fresh and nourishing, and I walked away feeling energized rather than sluggish or weighed down like you can after eating at so many places.
