I'm not sure how often it would beat out other dessert treats in the area for me, but if I was hankering for a lot of fresh fruit and some creaminess, I would come back. I went a few weeks ago, and I still think (positively) about the flavors and textures as I drive by. FWIW: I do not think I'm the target demographic for this shop, which appears to be catering to people looking for certain tastes and flavors otherwise not readily available in this part of Utah County. For insurance, the menu has a few sweet options and a couple of savory snacks. The nice lady at the register did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, so she had to refer my question to another employee. But when I went on a Tuesday evening, the place was pretty hopping. So it might be just the thing you're looking for!

They rotate their flavors and when I saw their May menu online, I knew I had to try the cucumber lime paleta! It was soooo refreshing! I got the chamoy and tajin on the side since I wanted to try the paleta on its own first but it was really yummy with the chamoy and tajin. My husband got the Mazapan paleta with white chocolate and cookie butter and he really enjoyed it! If you've ever had the De La Rosa mazapan candy it tastes just that. 100% recommend giving this place a try!

From what the worker said they are always changing up the flavors and LOVE hearing recommendations on flavors! They have premade toppings ones or you have the option to can create your own. I chose their premade one- mojito chamoy. It was a limeade flavor base, dipped in chamoy and topped with tajin. It was little sour for me but I can see this being refreshing on a hot summer day! We also got a strawberry and chocolate one (dulavin) This was more milky and creamy. Not too sweet. We added pecan topping and had a caramel drizzle. This delicious! As for our drink we got to try their brown sugar banana matcha and I was in love with this! I'm a big matcha fan and I love the spin of banana flavor in it. It was creamy, and the matcha wasn't too potent. Overall this place was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful with going over their menu and having good recommendations.

We ordered Cookies & Cream, Sour Cherry & Stracciatella. They were all super creamy and made in house daily! My boyfriend didn't think the Cherry was all that sour but that means we need to come back to try all the other flavors! I was surprised that they sold other things like snacks, soups & smoothies. We had a great experience and loved this cute little house that it's located in. We ended up ordering at the outdoor window instead of going inside and the service was great from the teen and was super easy. Also, the rose bushes were in full bloom and it was beautiful.

It is perfect for even adults who want something but not too much. Their kid size is not tiny like other places; it is actually quite sizable for the value AND they don't limit how many options you can select. They make it work and fit it all in. They have a lot of options for bases, toppings, and sauces. Their fruit options are awesome. In addition to the typical fruits (i.e. strawberries, blueberries, bananas), they also have kiwi and pineapple. All their ingredients are fresh and tasty! The servers are kind and efficient. The place itself is always clean, with fun tropical decor/theme. Will always be returning! So happy they opened one in Saratoga Springs, UT

The green enchilada sauce was so fresh that I could taste the tomatillos as if they were plucked right off the vine! The interior is really cool too. Dimmed lighting, dark brown wooden floors that give it a sophisticated air, ropes and wood crates and a custom-designed counter that definitely takes you oceanside. We were some of the first customers to arrive on a Saturday and our food took a while to make (30-45 minutes). A+ on the tacos. A++ on the enchiladas. It's a level up from other restaurants in the area. It is slightly more expensive ($15-20 entrees). Worth it. Fresh, made from scratch. Excellent guacamole and salsas. Amazing sauce on the enchiladas. The inside of the restaurant is designed really cool. It has cool brick, lanterns, painted areas. Awesome Mexican vibe, nice plates etc. It's a higher end feel. Good place for a date night but still has families in there. Our server was great, other people kept checking with us and they were very nice and pleasant. The manger (owner?) came by and I talked to her for a few minutes and told her how good our food was. She was telling me about how every single thing is made from scratch. It really was good. I was pretty surprised that this place has been just sitting there on Main Street in Payson. Also noticed other reviews that mentioned similar price discrepancies. Turns out the base price without meat shows in the site, but the price in house is with meat. It was good, but I'm never going to spend $15 on a salad with a little chicken in it. I know they need to build their small business and pay their expenses, and I hope they can succeed, but I personally can't afford it and I expect their location and price is going to be a deal breaker for others in the end.

I will say, this is NOT fast food. They make the food fresh to order so do not expect to have a fast drive-thru. We waited quite some time but I have no complaints about that because of the freshness of the food. Additionally, we ordered a side of rice but the nice gentleman at the window told us that as they were cooking the rice, they decided after doing quality control, it just wasn't up to par with their standards. So, he offered us a refund on the side of rice and they filled the taco salad with all the other yummy stuff. We appreciated the honesty and would rather a refund than to be sold yucky rice! As far as the food goes, it was all fantastic. The taquitos hit the spot and had guacamole, cheese, and lettuce. I'd for sure get them again! The refried beans were hot and flavorful. The beef in the taco was juicy and fresh. We will definitely try the taco salad again when they have better rice so we can get the full experience but the chicken was super juicy and flavorful. We are happy to have stumbled upon this place and grateful they're open for our late night cravings. We will definitely be back!
